《lord fear》14. need help dear?

POV: Vile
It’s been two months since the fight with the professor, Yana has been attacked twice by assassins but I killed them easily without her knowing. Other than that it seems the human girls around school would look at me for long periods of time when they think I am looking away. If I face them or ask why they are looking at me they turn red and run away. My wasps tell me that the blacksmith has almost finished the armor and the noble is sparing no expense. Right now I would say it’s around midnight as I jump from building to building, I have been pushing it off for a while but I need to eat something. I’m not talking about that weird cook thing the humans do, I want some fresh food because I miss the tangy metallic taste of blood sliding down my throat. I stopped at the edge of one of the many school buildings, a human male and female or doing something with their mouths in a dark alley way. The girl was against the wall letting out fast breathes. I jumped down almost without out making a sound…I did say almost didn’t I.
“Lance stop I think I heard something.
“You’re just hearing things baby, there’s nobody over here at this hour. Now you know I wouldn’t let anything happen to you.
“I guess you right. The girl said.
“I guess you’re wrong. I said stabbing my hand in the boys’ chest griping my hand on the girls’ throat to stop her from screaming. She was pinned down by the boy body when I leaned in and bit into the boy neck, her eyes went round when seeing this. I tore some of his flesh and had a little bit of skin hanging from my lip, I squeezed my hand tighter around the girl.

“I am so happy you could feed me tonight, I don’t think I would’ve held out any longer. After I kill you I’m going to eat you too so you and your mate will be together forever and ever, you will just be in my stomach and then in my pop.
The girl was shaking her head violently. I continued to chew on the human and watch her slowly stop moving. I ate the bodies and jumped back up onto the top of the building, I went back into the wood and opened up a rift back to my lair and slept before waking up and returning back to school. The news of two disappearances of the two students a killed yesterday was spreading through the school. Yana looked at me in thought but soon turned back to what she was doing.
“Ok class we all know that the school games will begin in a week from now, at this time you may go and create a team of five. Summonses are allowed in the games but they will be counted as a team member, and you must choose your team mates from the school body. Now any question class?
“No professor! Tor the class said.
“Ok you may all go.
Yana teamed up with Beth and a couple of people she was close with. It seem like the student assassin is in her team, this will make things easy for me. My little eyes and ears have already found out who the student assassin is back at the kingdom. I could go in for the kill now but that wouldn’t be fun at all now would it. After everybody leaves the classroom I head towards the school’s library. For a while now I felt that I needed to go there, like I was being pulled to something. I walked in and was greeted by a short old lady with a smile plastered on her face.

“Hello dear how can I help you?
“I’m ok just here to study. I said walking past her without stopping.
I went to the back off the library and stood in front of a wall, whatever has been telling me to come here is behind this wall. I blast a fireball from a rune at the palm of my hand at the wall and it doesn’t do anything to it. So I gather some of my dark energy in my hands and punch the wall, it cracks. I punch it again.
Boom!!!
The wall explodes back reviling a dark stairway heading down into darkness; I jump down because who in the world wants to walk down some stupid stairs. I land in a lit chamber, in front of me is two golden doors with two giant statues of I giant cow standing on its back legs hold a spear and shield. I use more of my dark energy on the golden doors then I did the walls back up at the library, the thick golden door land with a loud boom and I step inside the room. Around me are pictures of war embedded on the walls. DING! YOU HAVE DISCOVERED MURAL OF THE FORGGOITEN RACE! DING! YOU HAVE GAINED KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR RACE!
On one side there was a king surrounded by his people who were surrounded by deferent creatures and monster, facing of against some more people mixed together with dwarves whom I could tell by their short nature. Also there were humans with pointed ears and little tiny human with wings. I was looking around at the wall when my eyes went to the middle of the room, there was a chest but I didn’t pounder on it any more before I heard footsteps approaching. I threw the chest in my ring and turned towards the door to face my new toy.
“I came to check and see if you needed any help dear. How’s the studying?
“It is going fine old lady go back to your books. I said smiling at her.
“You and I both know I can’t do that boy.
“Then shut up and play with me. I said bringing out my staff.

Project: Outreach

In a twist of fate, the game he wasted his time on turned out to be a training program for an important job; and a key behind him getting the chance to go into space that he always wanted. It is based on an existing outline, and will likely have some modest editing done once it reaches the final chapter.)

A Gray and Grey world
What if adventurers are not as they seemed. In the tales of old, adventurers were the ones who vanquished the demons and beasts from the land, the ones who sealed the great evil away, the ones who saved the world from destruction and kept peace within the lands. But, what if that wasn't really what happened? What if adventurers are selfish, narcissicistic, and- depending on who you ask- evil. What if they weren't the paragons of good that their history books show. As they say, it is the victors that write history. In this world, this broken world, the true nature of adventurers will be told, unveiled to the masses. In this world, where history has yet to be written, the true heroes will be shown. Or- at least, that's what should've happened. But then again- heroes, villains-... everything is relative to the one who sees it. Everything changes depending on who's perspective... Perhaps the heroes of this story- may not be the heroes that you might think. Author : Hello everyone! I just want you all to know that this is a first time story. I'm the one who's doing the draft, editing, proofreading and revisioning! I do aim to have a chapter up every week or so, thus I look forward to showing everyone the world I created!Editor : ^ Proof Reader : ^

An Id of Primal Chaos
TAG DISCLAIMER: The tags 'Portal Fantasy / isekai', 'High Fantasy', and 'Non-Human Lead' do not take place until later on in the novel. Probably mid-way through the first volume. The 'villainous lead' tag is a very loose tag. Some of the things the mc does can be considered villainous to those with a staunch moral code, however, I have not made the mc out to be overtly villainous. True Title: Advent of the Silent Storm (I came up with the original title a while ago, before I had even written a single chapter. It still kind of fits but this new title fits a lot better. I would change it but I don't know if it would screw up the recommendation algorithm.) Excerpt: My mind wanders through the soup of unconsciousness, still startlingly awake despite my physical form’s stasis. Electricity completely paralyzes the air around me and lightning flashes in a constant strobe of blinding light. The ground, thousands of feet below my being has been wiped clean of all manmade artifice and natural beauty; leveled, through absolute power. My power. Synopsis: Tetal Faelen, a very successful businessman with lofty goals, is introduced to an omniscient being through less than pleasant means. This being has an irresistible offer for Tetal with next to no downside. Tetal can’t help but wonder, “What’s the catch?” Additional Notes: Second novel I have started within the Web of Interconnected Realities. My other novel is not posted on this site so don't bother looking for it. I might post it here in the future.
