Huo Mei swiveled on her feet and turned around, saying “I forgot I had something to do today! Heehee hoohoo~”

Zi Yang frowned and muttered sadly “Why doesn’t anybody like candy?” as he pulled out a little candy from his pocket. Zi Tian sighed and Huo Mei looked back to see Zi Yang pouting, ready to cry.

She sighed and walked back taking the candy from Zi Yang and smiling “Thanks, Uncle!” Zi Yang perked up and smiled happily, asking “What are you doing here?” She suddenly froze and started to sweat as she said “I-I… I…”

Zi Yang scratched his head and asked “Are you having a stroke? Just spit it out!” Huo Mei looked at Zi Tian and then at Zi Yang before saying “I want to cancel the engagement!”

Zi Yang’s eyes widened and he looked at Huo Mei, speechlessly. Zi Tian also frowned, looking at Huo Mei.

The Engagement was tomorrow.

Wouldn’t the Zi Clan look like a clown if the bride to be just up and fucked off with someone else?

Huo Mei clenched her fists and said firmly “Yes. I want to cancel the engagement!” Zi Yang was confused and took a deep breath, he squinted his eyes and focused his mind before asking softly “Let’s hear the explanation.”

Huo Mei pointed at Zi Tian and said simply “I don’t like him. Very simple.” Zi Yang frowned and asked “Because he’s a retarded waste?” Zi Tian looked at Zi Yang speechlessly, he wasn’t a retarded waste anymore!

He shook his head and sighed again, Huo Mei was stunned and asked “What disease?” Zi Yang stayed silent for a moment before speaking very seriously “A serious case of mental retardation.”

Huo Mei’s lips twitched and she shouted “I’m being serious!” Zi Yang rolled his eyes and said “Walk with me, Meimei.” Zi Tian didn’t spare Huo Mei a glance and pushed Zi Yang away as Huo Mei walked next to Zi Yang.

He flipped the hair in front of his face as he said “Listen Meimei, Miss Ling is a very stupid person. Do you know that I saved her life? Unfortunately her brain doesn’t understand basic gratitude and still has that arrogant ‘all about me’ attitude.” he shook his head and added “How can you be smart if you look at people with your nose? Plus, she’s so weak, why is she so arrogant?”

He flexed his arm and continued “If you Uncle wasn’t a cripple, he could slap her to death! I really would’ve too! She was so annoying, I was happy to get rid of her. What’s the point of being a ‘strong’ person if you’re so fucking arrogant even the heaven cringes?” he shook his head with a look of ‘Not good’.

Huo Mei was stunned and asked “She was so arrogant?” Zi Yang nodded and replied “She even sneered at me!” Huo Mei gasped and replied in shock “She did not!” Zi Yang nodded seriously and added “Plus she even looked at me with disdain!”

Huo Mei covered her mouth and shouted “No!” Zi Yang shouted back “Yes!”

Zi Tian watched the two and felt like his IQ was dropping, what the fuck was this conversation? Why did it feel like they were gossiping…

Sure enough, Zi Yang looked around and whispered “Plus, I heard she never changes her socks.” Huo Mei covered her mouth with a shocked expression as if to say ‘I can’t believe this’, Zi Yang gave her a look of ‘You better believe it’ and she shook her head.

She really couldn’t believe it.

Zi Yang opened his mouth and Zi Tian cut in, saying “Father. The engagement.” Zi Yang remembered that they were talking about this and said seriously “We’ll need to go see Old Gang. I don’t believe he agreed to this.”

Huo Mei turned pale and said quickly “No, no! Forget it, I’ll marry the retard!”

Zi Tian was stunned, why did they think he was a retard?!

Zi Yang ignored her and commanded “To Old Gang’s!” Zi Tian looked at him and Zi Yang looked back, as if to say ‘why aren’t you going yet?’ Zi Tian sighed and turned, pushing Zi Yang to the Huo Clan residence.

Huo Mei followed along, pleading “Tian, please don’t. I’ll marry you, okay? Don’t tell my dad!” Zi Tian replied emotionlessly “Not my choice.” Huo Mei pouted and replied “Please!” Zi Tian ignored her and continued pushing while she continued harassing him.

The trio arrived at the Huo Clan and walked inside.

Zi Yang smiled at the people walking around only to get disdainful looks, someone even spat in his direction and called him trash.

Zi Yang’s eyes sparkled as he caught all these disdainful looks, he was so happy! His hands were itching to kill again! He even giggled, making Huo Mei and Zi Tian’s skin crawl.

They moved quickly and Zi Yang continued looking around at all the people, plans formulating in his mind.

Soon enough they arrived at the great hall.

Huo Gang was sitting on the throne and looked at the trio that just came in. He smiled “Old Yang, how are you today?” Zi Yang smiled and replied “Great! My body is failing as we speak and my mind is slowly deteriorating, but I feel better than ever!” Huo Gang’s expression turned awkward and he replied “Erm… That’s good for you?”

Zi Yang nodded and wheeled himself over, saying “Old Gang, we got a problem! You daughter wants to cancel the engagement because I’m a cripple and my son’s ugly.” Zi Tian’s lips twitched and Huo Gang looked at Huo Mei, who trembled.

Before anyone could react, Zi Yang vaulted from his wheelchair and hugged Huo Gang’s leg, crying “Old Gang! You have to avenge me! I’m your only brother! Your daughter is bullying me! UwU! She won’t marry my son because he’s a retard!”
