I've been in this forest for about a year or so. I grew to be about the same size as a normal person 2 months ago and i have grown since

The life of living like this in a demon forest with nobody but yourself gets to you sometimes.

I needed something to talk with to keep my sanity.

It's kind of like that movie called CastAway, but instead of a volleyball, it's a pillow made with illusion magic.

It had a face drawn in with a fake marker i made with magic.

You might be wondering why the hell i haven't tried to get out of the forest, it's simple.

I did.

But when i did try to get out of the forest there were even stronger demons and there were more of them.

At least I've done some productive things during this time frame, i killed a bunch of demon rabbits then ate the magic thing, and i also practiced my magic a lot.

So if i were to compare. The me a year ago could only make himself invisible for a couple of seconds, the me now can do it for 5 hours before feeling fatigued.

Oh and the weird thing that said i leveled up when i killed my first rabbit was just the system keeping my hopes up.

The only way to get stronger is to kill things and absorb some of their mana before it disappears into the air, or condenses into a core.

And the skill i have that's called [Absorb] completely bypasses the effect of not being able to get the rest of the mana in from the thing you killed.

So i was walking through the forest with my illusion pillow in my hand, which made me look like i was a lost child, but you can't blame me because I'm technically only a year old.

I was looking for a demon rabbit den, which looks like the portal to the upside-down from stranger things, but filled with demon rabbits

The way i killed them all was pretty simple, make some fake meat to lure the rabbits out.

But today i couldn't find any, which was weird because they just appear out of nowhere and then disappear when all the rabbits are dead.

But that wasn't the problem right now, it was that the weird wolf that i saw when i was first thrown into this forest was looking directly at me with hungry eyes.

"Oh shit." was the first thing that came out of my mouth, but it only sounded like a growl.

I started to make myself invisible when it started to slowly walk towards me.

Its nose twitched a couple of times before it looked right at me.

"I'm fucked" was the last thought i had before i started running away.

But it followed me.
