Walking home on an ordinary rainy day, i thought everything would all go normally.

But oh, how wrong i was.

Splish, splash, splish, splash.

The sound of my feet hitting the wet pavement resounded in my ears.

I was running to my job on a rainy day.

The way to my job was very boring, there was nothing different than the next.

My life was just this for as long as I could remember.

Eat, go to work, have some free time, eat, sleep, and repeat.

I was going to work as usual, but I was confronted by a man in a dark jacket.

His hands were in his pockets, and his face was covered with the shadow of his hood.

He took his hand out of his pocket and pulled out a gun, and he pointed it directly at my face.

He just spoke these words "Guess this is payback."

"Bang."

The sound of the trigger of the gun kept on repeating inside of my head.

"Click"

It seemed as if time completely stopped, I couldn't move, I could just see the bullet flying towards me.

It was like this for around five seconds, and in that time all I could do was get one single tear out.

Red, that was all I could see.

There was also this cold feeling going throughout my entire body.

I felt my ability to move was completely gone, my head falling sideways.

I looked around and all I could see was blood.

The cold feeling got stronger and stronger until it felt as if I was on fire.

And That's also when the pain stopped.

I was confused, I could feel my body again, but this time it was different.

So i did the only thing I could at the moment, i yelled.

"What the fuck!?"

All that came out of my mouth though were whines similar to a dog.

"EHHHH"

I tried to open my eyes but when I opened them a blinding light was all I could see.

I tried to move, but I couldn't even do that, I just trembled a bit.

"Where am I!?"

Once again, whines were the only thing that came out of my mouth.

I tried moving again and I felt something... weird.

I had a tail.

A FUCKING TAIL.

"What am I?!"

How am I supposed to process that I wasn't a human anymore.

I just tried to remember what my mom used to say, or, well, I would if I could remember my mom.
