He wore a green cape and a green clothes paired with his dark green pants and an army boots though it's been drench in blood.

He has a talisman on and a compass dangling around his neck.

With his piercing eyes, he stand up and talk to us.

【 Loki's POV 】

I'm Loki, 15 years old, I'm a child of one of the Wanderer clan.

My parents died while on a journey so I became an orphan.

After my 10th birthday, I receive the power given by the elemental king. I was given the privilege of having this power because, they said I have great potential. My parents were ex-adventurers, so maybe I inherent their talent. But that's not all, I gain this power to protect myself. We wanderers have three rules, first, tame your first monster at the age of ten. Second, they must be in their respective group depending on the first monster tame like the aerial monster group, land group, gathering group, and underwater monster group. I'm in the group of gathering group, since my parents were in this group I was taken by the group. Our leader, Defre-san, he's first monster was a fire spirit, there are differences between the land monster group to the gathering group, the land monster group is composed of battle type land monsters and the gathering group is full of support monsters, usually elemental spirits, or monsters that doesn't have any battle potential. Defre-san's fire spirit is a salamander, it has fire magic and also support magic for fire elemental users.

All the wanderer leaders gain their power from the Elemental Spirit king, we don't rely on gods’ power but rely on the world itself.

I gain the Wind spirit, Sylph.

A walking birdcage that has one eye and one bird foot holding into a cane that use as a footing and a pair of big wings on its back.

Spirits need a body to be able to appear in the mortal plane.

Defre-san's salamander has is the piper.

"I don't know but I think it's around a hundred."

"I think not depending on their speed and ours. Seems like we are their prey."

I cancel my Hawkeye and go with Defre-san.

"Let us handle it, go protect the others." (Zello)

The leader of the land group, Zello-san, his monster is a giant snow leopard.

"We'll support you from the sky!" (Xerxe)

The woman with a barbarian looks, Xerxe-san, the leader of the Aerial group, her monster the Sky conqueror, a giant golden falcon with four wings and a long tale with beautiful feathers.

"Then we'll stay here since this place is not our own battleground." (Flet)

The underwater group, Flet-san, his monster, Sea serpent, a giant serpent that causes huge water torrents.

I'm the second-hand of Defre-San by the way.

The two groups left and only two groups left behind

A magic circle appeared below me, Sylph flew to the sky and create a huge transparent dome.

My sky eyes can see anything inside the dome.

Screens appeared in front of me.

This arcane art doesn't consume much mana because I'm using the power of the wind elemental spirits while also consuming a bit of my own, I can do this for an hour perhaps.

As we watch the colliding battle between the two groups, we see something amiss.

"Those aren't regular wolves, those are demon dogs." (Defre)

"Impossible! That number! Even though we will win, we will also receive a big casualty." (Flet)

The serpent became aggressive.

Three demon dogs appeared.

The serpent attack the demon dogs with its fangs while whipping the other two.

"Two more incoming!"

"Everybody attack!" (Flet)

The whole underwater group summon their monsters and attack the incoming demon dogs.

"I'm scared!" (???)

A child come up to me and hold my hand.

"Don't worry, I'm here!"

"Ahh!!!" (Man 1)

A man screamed, he was attack by one of the demon dogs.

"We are surrounded!" (Man 2)

The demon dogs came in every direction.

"Take the others! Run! We will take care of it as long as you people are safe, we can survive." (Flet)

"Understood! Let's go everyone!"

I called all the children and ran towards the opposite direction where everyone is fighting.

"【 Sky eyes 《 Cancel 》 】"

I cancel my sky eyes and call Sylph.

"With the protection of the wind, shelter me! 【 Birdcage 】"

My 【 Watcher's 】 second skill.

【 Birdcage 】 is a skill that turns into a small house with wings.

"Get inside!"

While I was busy helping the children get inside.

One demon dog appeared in front of three children.

"Ahh! Loki!!!" (Children)

"Help us!" (Children)

"Sylph get the rest of the children and I will help those three!"

I may be not a combat type but I practice martial arts.

"LOKI!!!" (Children)

The demon dog ran and bare its mouth to one of the children.

"Not on my watch!"

I jump and kick the head of the demon dog.

"Run!"

I will slow down this monster.

"Kii!!"

Another appeared!

"Hurry!"

I punch the face of the demon dog.

And hold the frightened child to run.

"Loki behind you!" (Children)

The other demon dog scratch my back and blood flowed out.

"Run!"

I punch the face of the demon dog and kick it hard.

The other one also jump at me, I successfully evaded it and towards the opposite direction where the children ran.

This is bad, I lost too much blood.

The howl of the demon dog is close, is it calling for back up?

I need to hurry.

I stumbled on a rock, my leg seems to also be injured.

"At least those kids are safe!"

I tried to sit down properly.

"LOKIIII!!!" (Children)

I can't talk back since its true, once the master dies, the monster will also die.
