Brandon looked at his skills, some of them where self explanatory like Advanced Carpentry. the text read "third tier skill. Proficient in the art of building structures out of wood and wood like materials, structures, tools or other appliances made by the user will have a +3 to all stat modifiers." except for the added stat bonuses it was clear what "advanced" meant, he been working for close to 5 years as a carpenter with his brother after he dropped off college. he was not the best but he was good at his job, he worked fast and his results where above average in terms of quality.

Advanced literacy on the other hand was a skill that boosted his intelligence and wisdom, but not only that, the text explained how it also made him three times more proficient in the learning of new languages and tripled the skill experience he gained from reading books specialized in a certain subject. for him, this was extremely overpowered. yes he learned how to read at an early age, and he was a book worm for most of his life, but that did not take away the utility of the skill.

Intermediate Brawling came from when he was a teenager, he used to fight people all the time (hormones and stuff don't judge) and he was good at it.

and the rest of his skills he acquired after he got to this world. he realized that he did not had skills for his other hobbies like programing or a basketball skill even though he played almost every weekend and was considered one of the best players of their amateur team, it seemed like the (((systema))) system was more practical in nature.

He sat there and wondered why his musical talent was not included, yes he might not have played the flute in the last 5 years but he spent all 4 years of high school in the band and was still good at it (or so he thought)

Jack was able to retrieve: intermediate boxing, Beginner Battle tactics, Intermediate Combat Sense, Beginner Ambush Countermeasures, Advanced Fitness, Intermediate Fishing. not only that but he acquired a couple of titles as well: Death Defier, Blood Sworn and Peace Finder

He explained that he used to Box during his deployment with the USMC, all the other "battle" skills where related to his combat experience in the Marines. fishing was his hobby, and for titles he only explained Death Defier witch was when he dodged certain death when going to take a piss missing an RPG that blew up the room his teammates where in, he was the only survivor of his squat, the other two he refused to comment on.

while Brandon was able to reclaim: Intermediate Wits from when he used to debate people on politics, Advanced improvisation he used to leave every project for the last minute and then bullshit his way out of everything, this was his common practice since 3rd grade, Intermediate Animal Training he taught Bosco tricks and commands since he was a pup and finally Intermediate Meditation he and his Ex used to do this hippie bullshit when they still dated. on terms of titles, Apprentice Scholar was a tittle given to anyone who had studied under people with a title equal or similar to scholar for more than ten years( he concluded that almost everyone would have this perk if they had a couple of years of college under their belt). he also was able to retreat the title Revenant this was because of his suicide attempt and subsequent full body and mental recovery after.

"lets party" Jack said while getting up and skinning the OwlBear quickly, by focusing on their skills and Stats they where able to skin the beast very fast, and in close to one hour they gained a few skill levels and they transformed the beast carcass in to some things they could carry.

The skin of the beast became sacks and inside they carried meat and long bones that could be transformed in to weapons in the future. they decided to head East witch is where the now level 8 Woodsman skill suggested they would find water more easily.
