chapter 10 backstab of the honored
Draigo: "LIsten here you brat and shut up because this is gonna be a long story. Millions of years ago before the races emerged, before the continent split, before even the gods themselves existed, there were beings that had strange and immensely powerful skills those beings were called Elementals" He said this in a way as if should be in awe of this information.
Excel: "Don't you mean there were only fire, water, earth, and the wind or something like that?" I said regaining some of my courage and suspecting him of lying.
Draigo: "Did I say you could talk, No, I told you to shut up. Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna finish this story talk again and you'll be dead permanently (god what have the kids these days become)" He said threatening me so I could shut up.
Excel: "Got it" I said weakly now being reminded of death, losing all of my courage.
Draigo: "Now where was I oh yes. Elements were as common as flies they were sentient and had their own unique forms representing what element they are. For example the sound element usually appeared as random quiet sounds in the air, the rain element would show as a rain cloud, the stone element appeared as a stone floating in the air, the leaf element appeared as a leave falling up and down in the air, they were as diverse as something could be and these were only some of them. Every knows and then the elements would hold tournaments to see who were the strongest. The winners were almost always Time, Fire, Water, Death, Light, Life, Dark, Earth, and Wind were the reigning champions. The Society that the elements made was a paradise to them although there were problems then and there they disappeared as fast as speed it himself bless his soul." He told me while raising his hands pretending to show me how good life was back then", but eventually the Time got bored of this heaven like world and sought to destroy everything within it." He said growing somber putting his hands down.

Excel: "The ultimate time eventually destroys all, huh," I said solemnly.
Draigo: "Yeah it does, Yeah it does," he said equally as solemnly he raised his head preparing to begin the story again. " Times first action was to inflict the ability TIME on everyone. This would allow him to slowly disintegrate someone by giving them morality. This action was undiscovered because of the nature of his element. This action didn't effect them whats so ever but after a few thousand years the TIME ability showed its worst, during the thousands of years time made sure to touch everyone which he did with perfection. Once he hit his mark of 5 thousand years everyone started to die or in layman terms, they gained a 100-year morality. Everyone senses the changed almost immediately and after finding out it was Time they immediately sought him out for answers after 20 years they found him in a black castle and he stood in front of them proclaiming his insanity and teleporting them 50 miles away from the castle. There were millions of elements but after becoming mortal they became weak as a human baby. So when they tried to storm time's castle it was understandable that after 10 years there were only a hundred Elementals left alive. Among those 100 mortal elementals Fire, Water, Dark, Light, Death, Life, Wind, and Earth. Those elementals made a council like a society with them at the head, eventually, they got desperate enough to come up with a plan. The Plan went on like this the elementals would have a tournament to see who would be the strongest the reigning 10 would become heroes who fight Time. After the tournament ended the winners were expected but there were two newcomers they were Air and Vibrations. The Other 90 were forced to disperse and became the world's first spirit weapons. After choosing their ten weapons the Elementals forced their way through the castle to fight Time and after a long and arduous fight they destroyed time. The Power time left was enough for 9 of them to have the power to bend time. Vibration choosing to get out of this and believing in his comrades. He said that he didn't need the power as long as they turned back time. As this was the goal of course they agreed. So the 9 elementals then absorbed time. Unknown to vibration their minds soon turned corrupt their eyes turned red. By absorbing times power they turned corrupt and convinced themselves to kill Viberation and become the ruler of the future. So they backstabbed Viberation but before vibe fully died he dispersed his power into his spirit to create sentient spirit weapons and used the 90 spirit weapons to assist him. Millions of years laters the elements created the gods to rule over their creations and created monster to cause mayhem. Now whenever a sentient spirit weapon has been born it contains the power of Viberations and his goal to kill the Currupt elementals."

Will You Be Alone? After The End? Don't You Know We're All Still Here?
More than a century ago the world was devastated, but that doesn't matter. Nobody cares about the past, stories from that time are as wildly conflicting as they are ridiculous--when any stories exist at all. There are problems in the here and now that need to be dealt with, bringing the past into things isn't going to help anyone. The fact is that young people all over the world are developing mysterious powers, and the public reactions to these powers are far from positive. Fair enough, you might say. Who wants a young man around who can conjure heat from the palm of his hand? How deeply undesirable is a girl who can bend your emotions to her will? What use, I ask you, is a girl whose very essence crackles with lightning? No use at all, I'd say. As for this so-called Mr Fin and his grand ideals, well, all I can say is that his clothing is of better quality than his plans. Vague allusions to a 'sanctuary' and a 'mysterious and powerful statue' are all very well, but when it comes to solid results I fear you may find him somewhat lacking. Mark my words and mark them well, following one such as him will only lead to tears. All in all, I'd say there's not much you could reasonably expect from a world such as this. Conflict, perhaps. Hardship, certainly. Despair, heartache, loss... ...hope? No, don't be ridiculous. Where could one find hope, in this ruin of an existence? Honestly, I am asking. Where?Discord

The Spy used to live for nothing but money — until he found himself a family. And the Slave craved freedom more than air — until a small hand reached to her for help. Eskela has known conflict for centuries. War had been engrained into the very soil of every one of the eight kingdoms, and blood has been smeared over history to paint a lie. As he tries desperately to find power in a world determined to rob him of it, his cousin Rhiann plots to find freedom through more extreme and destructive means. Conflict does not reside in Cinthra alone, though. Erden, newly hired spymaster for the crown prince of Promnir, is tasked with keeping an eye on the kingdom’s council. The job that was supposed to just be about money quickly spirals into a fierce loyalty, one that leads him to the front lines in order to desperately prevent another war from beginning. Azala, a slave bought by the royal family of Azmosir, finds her loyalty is not nearly as solidified as that of Erden’s. But while the prince she serves plots to steal that which does not belong to him and the queen she respects holds on to a lingering desire for revenge, Azala realizes that she must choose whom to save: herself or Azmosir's defenseless and young princess.
