《Kobold Expansion》Chapter 20: The first supper

I am stopped at the entrance to my cave by a man with a human face surrounded by brown fur. His nose is turned up and pushed flat. He has large bat wings extruding from his back. “I’m here for the Marice!” He shouts and strikes a pose.
“Who?”
“The owlperson. You have captured her and forced her into slavery!” He changes his pose from pointing at me to the cool anime adjusting glasses pose, but he doesn’t have any glasses on.
“No, I didn’t she can leave whenever.”
“Then you have brainwashed her to fall madly in love with you!” He extends his arms like he just made some grand revelation.
“Do I know you?” Who the fuck is this and why is he on my door step? He gives a dark chuckle. “I am the savior of the Airdwellers! A being more powerful than your little lizard brain could imagine. No one will stop me on my sexual conquest of all winged demihumans.”
Oh, he’s another clubmate. I should have put that together earlier. He was striking more anime poses than the ginyu force.
“You got rapey vibes bro.”
“It’s all consensual! What air dweller wouldn’t want to pay tribute to their savior by bearing his child?”
“Yeah cool beans buddy. Just don’t rape any of my people.”
I inspect him.
Name: Kan gang
Level 9/20
Race: lesser human bat, Bathuman Class: Villager, Playboy Skills: Explicit acts(major) Playboy(major) Titles: Chosen
He’s only hit max level twice? What has he been doing all this time? Kill him while he’s weak. I almost want to agree with Eris, but I can’t just kill someone who hasn’t wronged me. I’m a protagonist not an Anti-hero. Again with your delusions of this being a story. Fuck off already Eris. You’re almost as annoying as this dude.

“Can you just leave?” I ask him.
“I will not leave until Marice is carrying my child!”
I really don’t want to introduce this person to Marice. It sounds like he’ll just fucking rape her. Then I have to fucking kill him because he couldn’t keep his bird fetish in check. “Listen buddy. I have to go meet the humans. Which means I can’t have you hanging around my home. Leave now!” I command him. He rolls his eyes at me then takes to the skies. I watch him fly up then immediately dart downwards towards the base of the mountain.
“Oh fuck off.” He must have spotted Marice fishing by the river. I fly down there after him.
When I get down there he is holding a struggling Marice behind him while pointing a pure white arrow the size of a javelin at my kobolds. “Get back foul monsters. You will not lay a hand on this pure maiden.”
“Are you fucking dilustional?” I ask as Marice delivers a punch to the man's side. He bends over in pain. “Marice? Why did you hit me?”
“You’re threatening my coworkers with a sacred weapon!”
“They’re monsters!”
“So? They’re relaxed.” Huh, to think that a few days of fishing with someone would make them friends. I smile at my revolutionary way to make demihumans and monsters get along.
“Come, Marice, let’s fly away from here.” He looks down at her still healing wing. “Did they do this to you? I will make them pay.”
“No they did not! Stop and listen for a second.”
He doesn’t stop. Instead he flaps his wings. Trying to lift off while holding Marice in his arms. She punches him again causing him to drop her. He looks around confused. Then he spots me. He points his ivory arrow at me. “It was you! You casted some kind of mind magic on her! That’s why she doesn’t love me.”

“I detest mind magic.” That wasn’t a sufficient answer for him. He charges at me holding the arrow like a dagger. His movements are slow. Why is he using an arrow as a weapon? I move my arm to block his attack and prepare my other arm for a jab. The arrow effortlessly pierces my thick scales. How could a simple weapon pierce my hide? I shout in pain, but follow through with my jab. It hits him on the chin. His head flies up then back down. He collapses, letting go of the arrow and falling to the ground. “Oh fuck, did I kill him?”
I ignore the arrow stuck through my arm and bend down to check his pulse. Marice comes over to check on me. “Lord Anon, are you okay? You took a blow from the sacred arrow of love.”
“Arrow of love?” I look at the white arrow embedded in my arm. I try to remove it the way you’re supposed to remove an arrow. Breaking it then sliding the shaft out with little resistance, but the damn thing doesn’t break. Instead I have to pull it all the way through letting the fletching rub on the flesh inside my arm. Which is incredibly painful, but one heal spell stops the bleeding and time will do the rest.
“It’s the sacred artifact weapon from the air tribe. It has the power to make anyone who touches it overwhelmed with love.”
I look at her. I look at the dude on the ground. I look at my kobolds. My sweet twink femboy kobolds. Their girlish curves despite their male bodies excite me so.
“I kinda want to fuck a kobold.” This was out of character for me. Until now I have been almost asexual. I was too bussy setting up a village to care about sex, but now I kinda crave it. Like a food craving, and like a food craving it’s very slight, but annoying. “Of course, I would never. I’m their leader. The power dynamic is all wrong. I would be taking advantage of them to have relations with someone under my care.”
“Is that it?”
“Yeah.” Marice looks at me with surprised eyes.
“Why?”
Her feathers fluster as she points the knocked out Kan. “He went mad with lust when we first gifted it to him.”
“Breh. It’s the arrow of thirstiness.” I laughed at my own joke. “Well, guess I’ll keep it. It’d be troublesome if anyone else had it.” She gives me a conflicted look, but I ignore it. “Put him in a cage. I’ll be back in a few days. If he gets out of the cage then kill him.” Her eyes widened at that. I don’t have time to dissect what that means. I fly away.
