After a while of walking, they finally reached a public park, that was a bit far from the alley, close to the sweets shop.

"Is something wrong?" The girl asked, but Tatsurou didn't respond,as he was a bit distracted as he looked around, but then he saw what he was looking for a bench and took the girl towards it.

"Take a seat..." Tatsurou said this to the girl, and so she took a seat.

"Sir, I still don't get what you are trying to do I..." As she was about to ask what Tatsurou was doing, he interrupted her by handing her a box with a strawberry cake, that was supposed to be for Sachiko.

"What is this?" The girl asked with a rather puzzled expression.

"It's a strawberry cake..." Tatsurou said as he got the box close to the girl

"I'm sorry, but I have to decline this, I don't even have anything to pay you with..." As the girl said this, Tatsurou interrupted her, once more.

"I don't wanna hear any excuses, your hungry right? There are a plastic fork and knife inside so just eat up it's on me so don't worry about it!" Tatsurou said this with a tone of authority that was also very friendly, after a while of looking at the box and her stomach growling the girl finally gave in, she put her hands together bowed, and started eating, and so Tatsurou finally took a seat beside her.

They were sitting in a bench of the public park of the town, it was a rather big park, with a 15 km track for people to jog or run, a children's park with slides and swings, but the thing that Tatsurou liked the most about it was the trees that gave a nice shade.

And they were sitting on a bench that had the best shade, after all, we were still in May but it was a tad bit hot today, so it was a good idea on Tatsurou part to choose this place and it was also a good hiding place for the moment.

"How is it?" Tatsurou asked with a curious tone.

"This so good! I never had anything like it!" The girl said this with a big smile and with a real joy-full tone.

"I'm happy that you like it, ah! That's right!" As Tatsurou said this he reached for the bag he brought the cake in and gave the girl a can of milk coffee.

"Here, it isn't good to eat something without having nothing to drink it with..." Tatsurou said as he looked at the girl.

"But I..." As the girl said this Tatsurou interrupted her again.

"No buts, just take it..." Tatsurou said as he handed the can to the girl without letting her come up with more excuses the girl complied as she took the can and began drinking it...

After a bit, the girl finished eating, and form her expression Tatsurou figured that she enjoyed it quite a lot.

"Thanks, for the food!" The girl said as she placed her hands together and smiled.

"And also thank you for giving me this, um?" The girl said with a curious tone as she looked at Tatsurou.

"Its Kurokami Tatsurou! You can call me whichever you prefer..." Tatsurou said as he gave a smile to the girl.

"Then, thank you for the food, Tatsurou-san!" The girl said with a big smile while she gave a slight bow to Tatsurou.

"Straight to the first name?" Tatsurou thought to himself as he looked at the girl.

"So, your name is?" Tatsurou asked this and the girl suddenly got up with a surprised look.

"That's right! It's only polite and proper to give your name to someone when they give you theirs!" The girl said as she did a little twirl until she faced Tatsurou, and started to present herself.

"My name is Izanami Shirayuki, the 60th Head shrine maiden of the Izanami clan, it's a pleasure to meet you Kurokami Tatsurou-san!" The girl said as finished her presentation with a bow, once again, Tatsurou didn't have any words, he was left speechless by her, until he realized her family name.

"Izanami, wait you mean the Izanami clan?" Tatsurou asked this with an impressed tone.

"Yes, the Izanami clan..." Shirayuki said as she looked at Tatsurou.

"The Izanami clan, no way..." Tatsurou was dumbfounded, dumbstruck all synonyms of surprise, and Shirayuki just looked at him without realizing what was wrong, so what was the reason Tatsurou was so surprised?

Well, allow me, the Izanami shrine maidens, belong to the Dragon's God organization and are the strongest clan that practices Shinto in all of Japan, their strength comes from their shrine maidens, that have some of the most power-full magic that exists, the ability to cure a vast number of alignments, exorcise, summon and seal away strong creatures.

But the thing they were most known for, was a magic that was able to bring the dead back to life, the latter being highly doubted by many but believed by a lot, they stand at the top, as one of the strongest clans of the Dragon God organization, but not the one with the most members.

But besides this fact that a shrine maiden of one of the strongest clans and also part of one of the strongest magic organizations in the world, was standing right in front of Tatsurou, was not what surprised him, what surprised him was why she was in Takamagahara island, to begin with, the silence was already going for a while with Tatsurou still looking at Shirayuki and she was starting to get worried about him, that was when she broke the silence between them.

"T-Tatsurou-san, is something the matter, did I say something wrong?" Shirayuki asked with a rather worried tone and expression as she placed her right hand placed on her chest.

"What...no, nothing wrong, I was just lost in thought thinking that, I am lucky to meet a member of the Izanami clan..." Tatsurou said this while laughing to make Shirayuki not worry about his sudden silence.

"That's a relief..." Shirayuki said after a small sigh.

"A relief?" Tatsurou asked with a bit confused.

"Well, you see normally when I tell people my name they tend to be scared and act as if I'm above them, or they just get away from me...I'm happy, you are the first person to not do that, it makes me happy..." Shirayuki said this while fidgeting a bit, blushing and with a cute smile, once again this made Tatsurou look at her like he just saw a goddess of some type, but instead of just looking at her more in silence and make it awkward, Tatsurou got up from the bench and place his hands in his hoodie's pockets.

"I'm not scared of you, and I also think I shouldn't, you and I are equal, clans and the like are just things people come up with to separate themselves from one other when they are all the same..." Tatsurou said this to Shirayuki without wavering, because this was what Tatsurou believed and it was how he saw the world.

"Tatsurou-san..." Shirayuki said his name with a soft voice and she was this time the one to look at Tatsurou in awe, she couldn't say anything to him, she was at a loss of words, It was also at this moment that Tatsurou tried to ask Shirayuki something that has been on the back of his mind for a while now.

"Shirayuki-san, I wanted to ask this for a while, but who was that woman that was following you?" Tatsurou asked out of curiosity but also because he was mostly worried about her, but the moment he asked, Shirayuki was once again at a loss of words.

"Well...I...Uhm...I..." Shirayuki started to talk like this, and it was obvious that she probably didn't want to talk about it, even Tatsurou could see that "It's alright if you don't want to tell me, and I won't make you either..." Tatsurou said this while giving her a reassuring smile.

"No, no, no you're getting the wrong idea Tatsurou-san, it's just that I don't want to involve you in my problems, that's all..." Shirayuki said this to Tatsurou in a way to mostly dissuade him, from dwelling into matters that didn't concern him, in all honesty, she was just trying to protect him, but at the same time it felt as if she was trying to ask for help, and for Shirayuki it was rather a stroke of luck because Tatsurou just couldn't stand still and back down without doing anything when someone needed help.

"I know what you mean but..." As Tatsurou was about to try to ask again if he could do anything to help her, he felt something that he hasn't felt in a long time, it was a feeling that he knew too well, it was the feeling of malicious intent, Tatsurou quickly turned around, looking for this person, all the while, keeping Shirayuki behind him.

"What's wrong Tatsurou-san?" Shirayuki asked with a worried tone but she soon understood what was happening and kept behind Tatsurou, grabbing the tip of his uniform jacket, after a while of no response Tatsurou took mater to himself.

"There's no need to hide anymore, I know your there, show yourself!" Tatsurou shouted in the direction of the aura of ill intentions, and for a while, the silence reigned again, but then...

"What the..." Tatsurou's gaze turned upwards, as the aura that he felt was now air-born and above both him and Shirayuki, Tatsurou grabbed Shirayuki by her arm and he got away from the bench they were standing and suddenly a loud crash was heard, a cloud of dust was formed, pebbles and pieces of wood from the bench started to fly in every direction, Tatsurou protected himself from this with his right arm in front of his face and Shirayuki dug her face in his back as she held on to Tatsurou.

After a while, as the cloud of dust started to fade away, a tall figure emerged, it was a black armor, as tall as the trees that surrounded them, that armor looked like a knight, and on his chest was a symbol of a lion with a crown on its head, it appeared to be a crest of royalty, this knight was holding a shield in his left arm and a lance in his right, it appeared in front of them standing there imposing and menacing, and now that Tatsurou was able to finally see their attacker he was more at ease.

The knight didn't say anything he was just standing there observing both Shirayuki and Tatsurou, after a while, Tatsurou finally took the opportunity and tried to initiate a conversation with the knight, he didn't respond, he just looked at them without making a single move, Tatsurou was starting to get nervous, with the knight's ominous silence

"Just who is this person? Wait, I have seen that crest before it belongs to the British magic organization, don't tell me they are the ones after Shirayuki?"

Tatsurou thought to himself, because since they were attacked by someone belonging to the British magic Organization, it could only be logical that they were the ones after Shirayuki, this was what Tatsurou thought and he could be right on his bet with all these facts right in front of him, but his thought process was suddenly halted when the knight began to move, he took on a stance that was for anyone easy to recognize, his legs started opening and getting a firm grip on the ground, his shield put aside, his lance taking center stage as he pulled it back, yes that was the stance of someone ready to engage in a fight.

"No way, is he serious?" Tatsurou thought to himself, as he looked at the knight and the situation that was turning worse by the moment, if Tatsurou was alone it would be different, but in this particular case, he wasn't, that was when he looked over his shoulder and he could see Shirayuki, still holding on to him trembling, her eyes closed and on the verge of tears, it was at this moment, that Tatsurou made up his mind as he clenched his fist, and he too took a battle stance.

"No turning back now!" Tatsurou thought to himself and right after he looked to the knight.

"I don't know who you are, but I know what you after, and I won't let you take her or hurt her!" Tatsurou shouted this to the knight that was unshaken by his words if anything, it looked like he was even more eager to go, Shirayuki opened her eyes and looked at Tatsurou with surprise and she couldn't stop looking and being impressed by his fearless attitude.

But what was the reason for this, was it because he was ready to protect someone he didn't even know or was it something else, it was hard to tell exactly what it was but one thing was for sure, you could see the gratitude in her eyes.

"Shirayuki-san, stay behind me, ok..." Tatsurou said to Shirayuki with a calm and firm tone.

"Y-Yes!" Shirayuki said this to Tatsurou and it was at this exact moment that the knight lunged himself at them like a lion ready to attack its prey, prepared to pierce Tatsurou with its lance, but unfortunately for this knight, it's prey could fight back, as the lance was getting close to Tatsurou, he dodged to the left and gave it a kick with his right leg all the while holding Shirayuki to take her out of harm's way.

Thanks to that, the knight's lance was now stuck on the ground and he was struggling to take it out,and even the knight lacked any kind of expression, you could tell he was distressed, but also kind of impressed by this turn of events.

"Nice!" Tatsurou said this with a happy tone, but the happiness of his achievement faded as soon as it started, as the knight grabbed his lance and it started to pour smoke out of it and opening up to reveal a sword

"So that "lance" was just its sword sheet, no way" Tatsurou though, surprised at this sudden turn of events, but he didn't break his guard for a single instant, as he saw the knight take its sword out, in a way that could be described as showing off and looked like he was admiring it.

But right after, he prepared to swing his sword, and a bad feeling came to Tatsurou as he was seeing this, he then faced Shirayuki, held her, and threw themselves to the ground and Tatsurou's bad feeling proved right as the knight, swung his sword with incredible speed and strength, as if he was attacking them and as soon as he finished his attack, the trees around the park were cut clean, leaves, tree branches, and trunks of the trees, flying away and falling to the ground, it was an impressive attack that turned part of the park, in what looked like a war zone.

The knight then proceeded to just stand there again looking like he was admiring his work, and in the meantime, Tatsurou was lying on the ground still holding on to Shirayuki.

"Are you okay, Shirayuki-san?" Tatsurou asked with a worried and pained tone from getting hit by the flying debris.

"I-I'm alright Tatsurou-san, don't worry..." Shirayuki answered Tatsurou, between a small cough.

"That's a relief, but things are still looking bad on our side..." Tatsurou said this as he got up and looked up at the knight, while he took a battle stance again, the knight gave of aura that felt like it was laughing at them, as if had the upper hand and would win no matter how hard Tatsurou fought back, but Tatsurou also smiled.

"Don't think just because you got me off guard, that you have the upper hand! This is far from over!" Tatsurou said to the knight and prepared to attack, the knight responded in kind with the same gesture

"This is it, I can't run anymore, even if I don't want to, I have to fight, I have...to show that side of myself, very well then..." By these thoughts alone it was obvious that Tatsurou didn't want to fight, but in this situation, it wasn't like he had a choice, so he readied himself and before he knew it he was running towards the knight and the knight again responded in kind, and soon enough they were both running towards each other the knight reading his sword for another slash and Tatsurou preparing a punch.

They were getting closer and closer, and then as they hit the point of no return.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Tatsurou screamed preparing himself for the impact and the knight was ready to hit him with a powerful horizontal slash.

"This is it! You better grind those teeth, you damn bastard..." Tatsurou said as they were just about to hit each other and it was at this moment a red vermilion color appeared on his right side, and a fist hit the knight straight in its helmet and made him "fly" away from Tatsurou.

"Huh????" Tatsurou said as he was now standing, were the knight once stood, he then looked to the side to see the knight on the ground and knocked out.

"What happened, just now?" Tatsurou asked himself this, trying to decipher what just happened, but his in-progress train of thought was cut short when the knight suddenly got up, looking completely confused his helmet with bump caved in, he slowly began to move towards Tatsurou, that was when a magic circle appeared beneath him that made him stop dead on his tracks and then another one showed up from above him, and various clenched hands, emerged from that one and started to punch him as if he was nothing and soon enough the knight finally stopped moving.

"What... what was that?" Shirayuki asked in absolute awe and surprise and Tatsurou just looked in absolute relief and fear, as he knew who was the one responsible for this.

"JUST WHAT THE HELL, DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING HERE! KUROKAMI TATSUROU YOU IDIOT!!!" Someone shouted this from behind Tatsurou, the person who said this was a beautiful woman in a business suit with long violet hair tied in a ponytail with violet eyes that accompanied her hair, she started to look at Tatsurou as if she was about to "murder" him, as he was completely still in fear and started turning around slowly, meanwhile, Shirayuki being oblivious to what was happening just asked without thinking.

"Tatsurou-san, do you know this person?" Shirayuki asked as she saw Tatsurou finishing turning around, he then answered Shirayuki's question.

"Yes I know her, she is... my homeroom teacher, Kuroiwa Yumeko-sensei..." Tatsurou said with a scared tone while he jolted, and then Yumeko started to slowly approach him, while cracking her knuckles with an aura of impending doom hovering over her...
