《Soul Tamer》Hiatus Update

Hey all, sorry for the unannounced hiatus and just wanted to give a small update.
There were a couple of factors, the main one being that I got a new job (yay) so I was a bit overwhelmed with transitioning positions.
The second reason was that I was (and still am) going through rounds of editing on the first book to get it ready to actually publish. If/ when I get an actual date I will make an announcement for it and most likely remove the chapters from here.
The last big reason was that I was suffering from a bit of burn out and needed the break from writing. I'm getting back into it now (which helped prompt making this update) and hope to get chapters for book 2 on here in the next month. My goal is to get Patreon back to being 10 chapters ahead and getting back on the weekly release schedule I had going before.
As a reminder, Patrons get early access to the chapters based on their tier; as well as, some exclusive bits which currently includes the Epilogue for book 1 and the prologue for a new spin off story set in the same universe.
Thank you all for your support and I hope you've enjoyed the journey so far as we gear up for the continuation.

I am quite busy and write this during breaks at work. This is one of those goon-squad stories with a million characters, so "dizzying" might be a good way to describe the energy. Much of what builds up to the first arc happens in the first ten chapters, which are quite long. For that reason, if you have difficulty getting through the story, I understand, though things don't really start happening until Chapter 8-10.

Riftwalker
Legend speaks that a roaring force of insatiable abyss lies beneath the peaceful overworld. Named the Rift after its chasm-like entrances, this unexplored void has consumed the underneath for eons. What had seemed just a myth crawled out of unreality in the form of eldritch creatures. Reborn as something not entirely human, mankind rejected the boy. Thrown into the Rift by people who feared him, he had to live in a world run by monsters as a newborn. Surviving, however, wasn't his only difficulty as he soon had to decide whether he would save the people who banished him or simply idle as the Rift engulfed all life. As of chapter 9, Riftwalker is on a very small hiatus. I'm very busy with work atm :( Here are a couple of things to expect: Lots of action and exploration! Diverse and refreshing creatures; There are good and evil. Satisfying progression and coming of age. The protagonist stands out but isn't overpowered. There are some litRPG elements, but it's not a determinant factor. The fights are decided through one's combat skill and experience and not stat-checking. Oh, and some other info: There is a bit of gore, but nothing disturbing. Occasionally, there will be images of the scenery and landscape. Chapters will be around 1,5k to 2k words long, and the releases will probably be relatively slow, sorry.

La progression est lente dans le temps, mais il y a des suts qui durent plusieurs jours donc il y a peu de chapitres. Le donjon ne se soucie pas de la vie humaine ou de ses créations, il utilise l'humanité comme un magasin d'âmes, alors ne soyez pas surpris. Haa, et les personnages n'ont pas de nom, c'est normal. L'anglais n'est pas ma langue maternelle, excusez-moi pour la qualité.
