after looking through them all I press spider because of spiders use webs and poison giving me a good mash of defense and attack, also I've always liked spiders, They seem cool.

OK, void is probably some kind of neutral magic or maybe something without magic? poison is probably some spider specific affinity based around well poison, and the rest are kind of obvious with water being about dexterity, air being about movement and dodging, fire being about attacking, and earth being about defense.

I pressed earth because I've never been the fastest-moving person and while I do prefer to dodge it's always good to be able to take a hit from time to time.
