This was his first time killing a living being but Kuronagi expressionlessly cut the goblin's ear as he quickly regroup with Liliana. On earth, killing a living person would make everyone felt sick but for Kuronagi, it was like reading a gore novel. He wasn't affected to human restriction since he never made contact with people. Being a loner never gave him repect for living and the dead.
As they finished cutting off the ears, they started to look for more goblins.

As they search the area, they found a lone goblin wandering around. As Liliana was about to step out, she was stopped by Kuronagi.
"Liliana, i want to test something first."
After he said that, Liliana just sat there. Kuronagi approached the goblin as it didn't notice him. He held out his hand as the goblin stopped moving. Then it began to hug itself as it felt extreme pain. Liliana was scared about what Kuronagi was doing. As Kuronagi clamped his hand, the goblin exploded from the inside. Blood splattered everywhere as the only thing intact was the head. Liliana turned green and vomit. It was a horrible sight as the goblin exploded. Kuronagi walked towards the head as he cut the ears off.
Liliana became scared of Kuronagi. After learning magic, Kuronagi wanted to test out more of the hypothesis he imagined. He walked towards Liliana as she began to slowly retreat from him. Seeing this made Kuronagi confused. Her legs began to tremble as she saw a monster in front of her.

"H-how can you kill it that way?"
"?"
The Kuronagi she saw yesterday and Kuronagi today were like different persons. At first, she thought he was just flirting with her. Then, he killed the goblin by imploding him. What if it was used by her? As she though this, she began to run away.
As she ran, suddenly, a goblin jumped at her. But before she colided with it, the goblin exploded. Blood was splattered on her body as she fell on her back. Kuronagi rushed quickly towards her.
"Liliana, are you okay?"
Kuronagi was worried about her as she retreated from him.
"Monster..."
"What?"
Hwr voice was small that Kuronagi couldn't heard her. Then, she pointed her blade at him.
"Monster!"
"..."
Kuronagi became gloom as she said those words. Liliana's hands were trembling as she pointed her blade against him. Kuronagi remained silent as he smiled at her. His tears began to fall as if those words had hurt him.
"Thank you for taking care of me."
As he said that, he turned around and started to walked away. But he stop for a minute as he raise his hand towards her. Seeing this, she waited her fate but light started to shined around her as the wounds began to heal. She was surprise as she stared at him.
"Sorry that i hurt your feelings..."
After the light faded, he slowly faded. Liliana knew that he only wanted to test a new magic but he was deeply wounded by her words as he walked away. Kuronagi wiped his tears as he glance back.
