《Tales of Mana》Taking a break.

So first of all, this is obviously not a chapter. I'm hereby announcing that I am "taking a break" aka spending hours reading through the older chapters and fixing/changing some stuff.
I know that many of you will still dislike the fact that I'm doing this, but I'd rather face angry people than disappointed people. Also, this will NOT be a rewrite of the plot. There will be changes, but those will be made in a way that it should be possible to continue reading from chapter 15 for those that have already read up to chapter 14(/13..)
But I'm not only doing this to fix mistakes I already made. I also intend to prevent myself from making too many mistakes in the future. So I will read through some guides and all of that stuff.. yes, this is going to take a long time and I myself do not know just how long it will take. Once I feel that I have improved enough to continue writing on this story without screwing up, I will do so. Until then, there will be no new chapters. Perhaps I will even start a new project as a "training".
Last time I screwed up pacing and plot completely. It was going along well this time, but there are far too many things that could and should be improved. Because if I don't do it now, those things might lead to yet another catastrophe. I'd rather make a full stop right now than not doing so and risking to crash into a wall.
First I will read through guides, then I will apply what I've learned to older chapters, both as a means to practice and see just how big the impact is, then, depending on the results, I may write on another project to further improve, and only then will I write new chapters. This can and most likely will take a long time, but:

Expect the speed at which I will release chapters from then on to increase by a LOT. I'd say by.. three times at least. One chapter every day could be possible. This is just me estimating that once I've gotten to know my own story well enough to not spend most of the time thinking stuff like "would this fit into the story? What should I write now?" instead of writing, I would be able to spend much more time writing.
Let's hope that this break won't be too long, but pray that it lasts long enough to actually take effect. Bye.

Saltworld: An Apocalypse LitRPG
August 18, 2018. Earth is at peace. Then the sun explodes, and the world changes forever. Sen Salazar, a third year in Dubai's renowned Belmont University, is thrust into a world where only monsters are found aplenty. Resources are dwindling, survivors are scarce, and safety is nowhere to be found. And when it's combined with an otherworldly system designed to bring out humanity's hidden potential? Sen's watched enough movies to know what to do: Survive. ...He just has to figure out how to stop himself from turning into one of the monsters, first.
8 187Inheritors of Eschaton
The tear in reality led to a new world, one that promised fortune, prestige and a deeper understanding of the universe. Those that entered found only death. Four survivors are stranded in a strange and hostile world, at the mercy of forces they cannot understand. Their only path forward is to travel among the ashes of a broken and dying land searching for a way to survive, to endure - and to make their way back home. Cover art by Harry Rowland.
8 92The Tower Must Fall - Combat Gardener
If you're interested in a conceptual, ground-up rewrite leave a comment and tell me what you loved about it. I've got a pretty good idea of what everyone hated so there's no need for expounding on that. Gardener? A support class? This can't be! What was all my hard work for? Forget this world. Forget the System. Even if I'm a lowly support class, I'll take on the Tower and take them all down! Since the System appeared one hundred years ago, humanity has been divided into three: combat classes, intellectual classes, and support classes. Assigned at the moment of high school graduation, one's class determines their future. Rowan wanted the most out of life. A combat class, an intellectual class, either would be fine. When he is instead assigned a support class, Gardener, he notices the System is completely rigged against support classes. Refusing to give up on his dream of realizing his future by his own terms, Rowan challenges the Tower, the seat of the System and home of the Hero-King, in hopes of bringing the entire System to its knees. Season One complete. Permanent Hiatus, Pending Rewrite. Important notes: -LitRPG fantasy -Rowan is not perfect. He's got flaws, emotions, and personal issues to work through. If you want a perfect, overpowered MC who makes the right decision every time, this is NOT the work for you. -This story opens with a negative situation and an emotional growth arc for the main character. Please don't review until chapter 30 because the arc is not complete until that chapter. (Chapters are short, that's an average RR book's chapter 10) -No harem, no rape, no isekai, no romance -Questions? Please ask!
8 186Passing Onto Fog
This is another attempt at the world travelling reincarnator. I dropped my other story because I didn't like where it was going and I felt trapped in the Narutoverse. This time, I'm going to have the main character travelling to more than just one world and they won't all be action based. Have fun and thank you! The first chapters are rough, but I believe I'm improving! Please stick around while I find the style I wish to write in!
8 139My World
After centuries of trying to survive and living, our MC dies in battle where his memories filled with countless experiences and knowledge get to appear in his younger self mind, (but are they really just memories?) before the big change happens, allowing him to not suffer through the same mistakes he has experienced and make sure that the corrupt apples in society don't ruin the countless lives that manage to survive, ever again.Join us to witness the mystical and wonderful wonders of My World along with our MC, while he battles monsters, finds treasures and builds a safe haven for others to be safe and have a chance at becoming powerful as well, to be able to protect and live as blissful and happy as possible possible in these chaotic times. Please feel free to help me out, the more days off of work I manage to get, the more time for writing I will have and the faster the novel will progress. Thank you in advance
8 207The Thunderbirds and The Phoenix
