"Trust me... there are much much more disgusting creatures" Don't even get me started with the 'Gutter'

'Wait...Lilith, where did they come from?'

'The bugs approached us from the north, they passed through the village from earlier'

'WHAT?!'

"Guardian 3! stop here!" I roared out

The ship came to a stop and I hurriedly peeked outside, the once peaceful village was now... turned into an aftermath of a massacre, everything was dyed red, dismembered bodies everywhere... I failed.

I went back to my seat

"Guardian 3, please continue with our journey"

"Please sit tight" Guardian 3 replied

"...There's nothing you could've done" Cynthia sat beside me

"It's still frustrating"

"I know"

We both silently sat beside each other, each other's presence was strangely comforting. I looked at the Cryostasis pod and saw Dr.Alissa, what am I going to do now...

"Officer Zeno, may I please ask something?" Guardian 1 asked

"Go ahead"

"I have shared info with your AI Lilith, officer Zeno, are we all alone?" Guardian 1 asked, I forgot, the Latest Guardian models now have their very own personalities. I'm guessing only Guardian 1 is the latest model among all the Guardians here

"Yes, we're all alone" I replied

"Then, please command us officer Zeno" Guardian 1,2,4, and 5 saluted

"Officer Zeno, we are nearing our destination" Guardian 3 spoke

"Go into stealth mode"

The ship soon arrived at the city, I urged Guardian 3 to land to the spot behind the guild. No one really noticed us thanks to the Transport ship's ability

I ordered the Guardians to watch over the ship before Cynthia and I left, luckily the forest behind the guild was thick and tall enough to hide the transport ship.

I went to Lea's office to show myself

"You're early"

"Yeah"

"Well? what was that thing you left behind the guild building?"

"How did you?"

"This is my Guild Zeno, this place has barriers set up that detects anything foreign coming in and out"

"...It's my ship"

"So you can go back home?"

"Sadly, I can't"

"Oh... that's too bad, welcome back Zeno"

"Thanks" I left her room and headed for the ship

I soon arrived at the ship and found out that the Guardians have already installed the solar panel. I entered the ship and helped connect all of the wires from the panels to an energy source before connecting the Cryostasis pod to the energy source.

I was a bit tired mentally so I fell asleep while I leaned on the Cryostasis pod, I woke up the next day and found Cynthia patiently waiting on the corner.

"I'm sorry, have you been waiting for long?"

"No, I just arrived"

I stood up and looked at Dr.Alissa before leaving the ship and headed for the guild hall to get some grub, I want to take care of Dr.Alissa but the cryostasis pod is already doing that job, the Guardians are also looking after the ship so there's nothing much I can do but look for a mission. I first need to get money so I can buy my own private land so I can use it as a base but all the missions there are too low ranking...

Just as when I was thinking of other ways, an opportunity presented itself
