"Kosax and Zoroth. Report the development of the Dungeon in my absence. As well, report the achievements of the inhabitants. I have wasted a significant amount of time this time. We need to plan ahead, as well as make preparations for the upcoming raiders. I need to go out and meet the leaders around. I have to plan to unite the forest outside."

After a brief discussion and chatting, Bor left the Dungeon. Only after he left, Joy brought out the topic of Dungeon's development. Bor was an ally, and he helped with Joy's treatment, but Joy was going to keep some secrets in case of any betrayal.

Since the incident with his father, he always kept one thing in mind, that betrayal could come in any form. He believed his close ones but never revealed everything to a single person. Only Sree understood him very accurately, as he had the utmost faith in her. From the day they had a basic perception, they were virtually always together. Some of the initial members of Pegasys also knew a lot about him. But they also had some dark spots in their knowledge regarding Joy.

For the members of the Dungeon or the ally like Bor, it was too early to believe them. Until that moment comes, he preferred to keep some of the aces hidden.

Kosax and Zoroth were the only ones left in the room. It was too early for Jim to join them in this type of meeting. Kosax gestured Zoroth to start, as he was the one to work mostly during the time Lord was wounded.

Zoroth took a few moments to put the thoughts together. Then with a meek voice started to report.

"My Lord, since the day you have been gravely injured, we had thought of thousands of ways to heal you. But, due to our incompetency, we had a lot of trouble to discover a genuine way. After much argument with Kosax, we started to try in our own way. I started to research on Time Accelerating Rune, and Kosax started to build the room for your rest."

"I ventured in the world of runes and found a way to from the daily summon to control the temporal flow. I have already tampered into that rune format in the past. I started with that knowledge and delved into the world of runes. Generally, while studying, I kept forgetting about the world and time. But this time was different. I had to take the time into account. That's why I did not dare to drift into theory much and started to implement it in practice. Simultaneously, I continued to develop the theory once I failed."

"When I tried initially, for dozens of times, I failed because I was pursuing in the wrong direction. The actual problem laid between the boundary. When I started engraving, it was unstable because the time disparity was creating a volatile vortex. Which actually lead to an explosion. When Jim returned and did the first merger of lands, I experienced the same type of vortex getting created in the border. I understood the actual issue was the boundary, that was neglected before. So I started to build the rune inside your room and converted the room's walls into the temporal barrier."

"Once I succeeded, I experimented with many theories inside that room. I used various methods to calculate the time acceleration inside. With many experimental data, I achieved a 7:1 time acceleration in that room. But I understood one thing while continuously traveling in between the rooms. The Temporal Law was not something to be messed with easily."

Zoroth finished reporting this part while Joy took the queue, and asked, "That's why you built a second door to come out of the room, to make a passage there? In that passage, you built a gradual time acceleration rune, I guess."

"Yes, my Lord. It is a very new construction that we came up with. In your design, that place was supposed to be a vacant place. But, the flow of time was needed to be gradually decreased outside the room. So, Kosax was the one who proposed it, while in your absence, I approved it. Please punish me for the audacity."

"Brother. Do you think I am such a person who punishes for such reason? Continue the report."

'System, gather information about all the workers, including Zoroth and Kosax. I wish to view the changes. I will read them after the discussion with Kosax and Zoroth.'

"Kosax, continue with your report."

"Yes, my Lord. I will start the detailed report." Kosax replied simply.

"While you were recuperating, we completed the Inn first. The inner room was built for your resting place, though only temporary. We can use that room for any other purpose in the future. The only issue is the lack of light. Throughout the Inn, Zoroth has implemented time accelerating rune. Thus, all of us can rest in a short amount of time. This idea was suggested by Ace. But, the same issue could be found throughout the Inn. The darkness was bothering every Inhabitant. In the wall, there were openings earlier. But, as Zoroth started to engrave runes, we have blocked those."

"Next, we have built this structure. We used a wall to separate the kitchen and dining part. At first, we also planned to engrave runes here as well, but the inhabitants protested. Zoroth tried to convince them but could not change the other inhabitants' minds. They do not wish to eat in the dark."

"After this building, we are yet to build anything else yet. Since Jim returned with the cores, he fused all 3 lands he brought, and we got a few interesting places to visit."

"Among the residents, almost everyone got a knack of something or the other. Not everyone is happy with construction work. But they want to help with construction if the Dungeon requires them to do so."

"Regarding the water crisis we suffered earlier, Jim brought back a piece of land, including a huge lake. We are using water from that lake to drinking and cooking purpose. Amec has got a knack of fishing. We don't have fishing equipment, so he is using a crude wooden rod with a vine, which is effectively not good for fishing. But, he can still manage to fish around 2-3 fishes a day."

"Alex has found some wild bunnies and goats in the meadows of the new lands. He started to raise them, but it is early to expect any meat from them."

"Bor supplied most of the meats till now. He was saying that the infestation has increased again. They are yet to control the situation out there. And most probably, he requires your help, my Lord."

"In the field of research, Zoroth is the only one doing so. Ah, yes. There is Hob, who has found an interest in woodwork. He is currently building crude woodworks, like a bed, and log chairs we are sitting in. The log table was also built by him."

"Sinder is currently searching a small knoll, to see whether we have any luck with metals there. We are also planning to build a quarry there, to produce more stones. But, we are yet to move into that field, as none of us knows how to do it. As well, none of us are interested."

"Braddy has started to take the kitchen works. He is cleaning the meat, cutting it, and preparing the dishes all by himself. Once the number of inhabitants increases, he might need help."

"Lorson and Freddy want to continue with the construction work. They had a knack of it, and they are really picking up the pace."

"All the major decisions lie on you, my Lord. Lead us to a great and prosperous Dungeon. The report ends here." Kosax completed his report. It was a lengthy but significant report. He explained all the residents' growth, alongside the projects developed till now.

"Hmmm. So it is a slow, but steady increase in strength. We have built 2 buildings until now, and we are waiting to start developing faster. We have a few summonings I have missed, let's carry over those first. The growth of our brothers should be addressed as well. Let's hope to build together faster." Joy replied.

"Zoroth, can you start to research about small illuminating runes? The illumination can be used to overcome the darkness, and then we can build more houses with time acceleration runes engraved. We need to build the base in such a way that we can overcome the lethal raids shortly. So, I would like to express my gratitude to Ace, who came up with an idea of this much value."

Joy started to take note of what could be done and made a to-do list with the help of the System. He hurried outside and gathered everyone else. He was going to check every person, and assign them their work.

"Before we go out, here is a list of what we need right now. We can not rely on the meat from outside, so we need to make sure the production of the meat picks up. We need to finish some other buildings like a workshop, a research center, and some watchtowers. We need to pace up the production of meat and fishes, so we better build some ranches and fishing equipment. We need to build the second floor for the Inn. As we need more resting places."

"Keep these in mind, I will readjust the precedence once we got new summoned brothers and sisters. As well as after learning their preferences."
