《Original Wolf - (The Originals)》51 Marcel's anger

Nevan tracked her scent to the clock tower, making his way up he found her sitting inside using a laptop Finn provided before he left so she could quickly learn about the new age.
Seeing she didn't notice him as she was engrossed in her studies gave a cough to get her attention- "You know it was very rude to just leave like that, not to mention trying to destroy my precious phone." He complained.
Freya jumped in fright when she heard him cough looking up to see it was that same fellow she met outside the witch prison. She immediately went on guard, the last time they met was very strange, not to mention his phone was magically enchanted which she didn't manage to destroy when she tried. Not that she put her full effort into destroying it, but even a casual attack from her should do decent damage considering the many benefits she received with Dahlia who she believes to be the strongest witch alive.
"It's you! What do you want? Why are you following me?"
Nevan casually responded as he walked around checking the place out- "It seems you forgot already, to occupied with your own thing I suppose, anyways I just wanted to find out if your really my sister in law or not, you see Rebekah says she doesn't have a sister, but I can tell you are blood-related so I was wondering what exactly you are to Rebekah, are you a sister or something else?"
Freya was more confused than anything, the last thing she expected was to be talking to an in-law, but the more she thought about it, it wasn't all that strange, it would be more strange if they didn't have significant others after all this time.
Freya- "Are you really married to my sister?"

"Yes that's right, I've grown quite fond of her, the more time we spend together, well except the shopping." he cried a little inside, still wondering why she continues to shop for clothes.
Freya grinned hearing this, feeling more comfortable- "Well to answer your question yes I am her older sister, it's not surprising she doesn't know me though, our mother sold me off before they were born." losing her grin as she recalled.
He brought out the phone again which alerted Freya.
"You know I never did get your name, I'm Nevan by the way."
Freya frowned when she started seeing him dial, she waved her hand sending it flying out the window- "My names Freya and while I do want to meet my other siblings, I'd rather do it on my terms."
His eyes opened up a little in surprise as he watched his phone get sent flying again- "What the hell, can't you just tell me that or better yet can't you just stop me from dialing, why do you have to send it out the window?"
Freya giggled a little thinking he looked funny seeing him pouting at the end- "I'm sorry I didn't put that much thought into it, I just wanted you to stop dialing."
He pouted a little more as he looked at her giggling- "Tch, can you magic it back or something, I don't want to spend all day looking for it."
Freya- "I don't think so, hitting it around is one thing, but you have that thing enchanted, which reminds me, who did you get to enchant it? It's quite impressive."
He mumbled something as he turned to leave to go find his phone saying- "Well till next time, I'm going to go find my phone and give my wife a call."

Freya wanted to stop him and ask him more, but she suddenly felt Finn's life snuff out.

Marcel woke up with a splitting headache as he recalled the ending of his friends, he jumped up and looked around finding himself in the Mikaelson's New Orleans home.
Walking down he found Niklaus in the courtyard with Hayley, seeing her made him extremely angry, yelling- "You killed them! You and your wolves Killed my friends."
Hayley scoffed- "You vampires have done far more to us over the last century so don't even."
Marcel was about to run up on her before Niklaus stepped in front of him- "Marcel now isn't the time to fight with the wolves."
Marcel angrily yelled- "You come to my city and claim yourself, king, again, Well act like it and avenge your people!"
Niklaus frowned not appreciating being yelled at- "We have bigger problems to deal with at the moment."
Marcel looked around him to Hayley sadly stating- "You could have stopped it."
Hayley- "I couldn't stop them in time even if I wanted to, we just recently had a life and death battle and then your vampires came shortly after, there was no stopping it."
Marcel then recalled the two werewolf monsters he saw, looking towards Niklaus he tried to reason with him to take action using this as leverage,- "Niklaus, are you aware that they have developed a couple of werewolf monster things in their pack, they are clearly up to something."
Niklaus eyes went wide and Hayley flinched, the last thing she wanted was for him to learn the alpha secret, then she recalled Nevan already offered to make him stronger, she hoped that was just a joke, knowing him, it might very well have been.
Niklaus spun to look at Hayley- "What is this I hear? Explain."
Hayley sighed- "I had Nevan come and help the wolves out, he taught us many things, one of them was what a real alpha is, that's what those werewolves were, real alphas, something our kind has lacked around these parts for a long time."
What she didn't know is only the ones Nevan's bite could turn people into werewolf monsters, other alphas only had their eyes change to red color.
Niklaus thinking the worst, assumed that Nevan was gathering an army of werewolves to take over, angrily said- "You shouldn't be associating yourself with one of our enemies, do you care nothing for our daughter's safety?"
Hayley stood up and growled out with eyes glowing red- "Don't you talk about the safety of our daughter to me! Nevan would have been a great protector for our daughter."
Niklaus was about to retort when the words would have been rung in his ears- "What do you mean would have been?" he decided to leave the red eyes he saw for later, probably had something to do with the alpha thing she was talking about.
Hayley looking down- "Well I might have driven him off, I and werewolves were feeling like he should have done more to protect us, so we've been kind of giving him the cold shoulder for it and so he left."
Niklaus tried to prevent himself from laughing with only the twitching of his lips giving away his amusement.
Marcel seeing he wasn't going to get what he wants stormed out after saying- "You two deserve each other."

Old Riding Author Lunatic Asylum
Just off the A19, in the dark, incomprehensible lands known as Yorkshire, there lies a town. A town where shadow-silent alleys glint with the secret hunger of knives. Where blood soaks the chipboard window shutters of forsaken terraces stretching off into the night. Where the smog-choked air rattles with the depraved laughter echoing out from clubs that can only generously be described as post-apocalyptic. Well, that’s Middlesbrough. But down the A19 a bit (an impossibly long way down, actually) there lies another town: Raughnen, in the ancient, forgotten Old Riding. It is an equal match in muggery and thuggery alike. It also has magic spells and pointy wizard hats. And now, across the miles and across all sensibilities, a pretty nasty power (a magic one) calls out for its pretty nasty counterpart (a decidedly unmagic one): a proper sound Boro lad. Nothing good can come of it. This is a collection of one novella and four connected short stories: I. A Yorkshire Summoning II. Old Riding Day Trip (the novella) III. Heaven is a Parmo IV. Death on the 66 V. Death on the 257 In total, this comprises 34 chapters totalling around 35,000 words, so try not to worry. It will be over relatively quickly. There are three more short stories with more tenuous links to the core collection: Rush, Paper Round and Scenario 79: Sausage Fingers, all of which can be found in my collection Short Records of Misadventure. Reading these may allow you to make more sense of certain parts of the story, if any sense is to be made at all. NOTE: There are instances of prejudice and discrimination within these stories, including elements of sexism and ageism, which are purely the thoughts and actions of the characters involved and which certainly do not reflect my own views on these matters. ANOTHER NOTE; A WARNING, PERHAPS: This can get a bit weird. In less than 150 pages, we have four viewpoints, first and third person narratives, and a completely disjointed plot with lots of gaps, dead ends and no real resolution. Also ZERO lunatic asylums. It's all a bit odd. If that sort of thing isn't your cup of tea, which it most likely isn't, it might be best to move on now.
