The doorbell rang as Tani rushed over to open the door. She opened the door with Akio standing in-front of her, with the only thing keeping them apart is the door. “Thanks for letting me stay here for the week” Akio said to Tani as she slightly nodded.

He stepped in and began to take off his shoes as Tani’s parents came over to look who came by. Tani’s mother and father were shocked that Tani had invited a guy into the house. Tani’s father is 5’7 ½ with short black hair and blue eyes. Tani’s mother is a BEAUTY, being 5'6 and having a deep purple hair color with bangs that cover most of her forehead, she also has cloudy blue eyes and a single strand of yellow in her iris.

“A-ASUKA!! IS-IS THAT A GUY YOU INVITED HOME?!!” Tani’s father shouting in excitement as she turned her attention to her parents.

“DAD HE’S A FRIEND!!” Tani shouted back as her mother was squealing in excitement saying “MY BABY GIRL HAS FOUND HERSELF ANOTHER MAN!!” with Tani blushing in embarrassment. She then began pushing them back into the living room shouting “JUST LEAVE ME ALONE FOR A FEW MINUTES MOM! DAD!!” as Tani then rushed over to Akio, grabbing his wrist and taking him upstairs to her room.

Akio chuckled a bit after things settled down, saying to Tani “Man, your parents sure are excited” saying it as a joke. Tani looked away saying “It’s because it’s the second time I've brought a guy to my house..” as Akio had a surprised look on his face.

“Oh really? I guess that explains the stalking.” Akio said as she turned her attention back to him confused, “what are you-” Tani said as her sentence was cut off with him pointing to her mother peeking through the door.

“MOOOM!!!” Tani shouted as she opened the door shouting “GO AWAY FOR FIVE MINUTES!!” as she began pushing her mom away and back downstairs. “Aww, but it was just getting to the good part..” Tani’s mother said as they got downstairs.

“Before you go back upstairs Asuka” Tani’s mother said as Asuka looked at her mother. She then pulled on Asuka’s cheek as her mother said “How in the hell did you manage to sway a shinigami...” as she had an innocent smile but a deadly aura around it. “Maahmm, staahhp..!” Asuka tried to say as her mother then lets go, she then says “sorry baby girl, but mother needs to knoowww!” as she raced upstairs.

“MOM REALLY!!” Asuka shouted as she chased after her and had the door slammed in her face. “MOM OPEN UP!!” Asuka shouted as banging on the door was heard, Akio looked at the door a little concerned as Tani’s mother turned his attention towards her.

“Now tell me all about yourself! I need details!” Tani’s mother said as she was excited to hear things about him. “W-well..” Akio began as Tani shouted “DON’T GIVE HER INFORMATION HAYASHI!!” as she kept trying to open the door. “Oh so your last name is Hayashi” her mother said as Asuka realized what she said.

“MOM YOU CAN’T DO THAT TO ME!!” Asuka screamed as she began to try and get the door open. “Y’know, I met someone with a last name Hayashi back at highschool, now I look at it. you look eerie similar to him” Asuka’s mother said as she took a closer look.

Akio blushed a little but stayed calm throughout, as Akio then noticed Asuka’s mother had a faint thunder birthmark underneath her bang and just above near her left eyebrow.

Her mother then moved away from him as she said “Nevermind, his eyes weren’t like that” as Akio sighed in relief. “Was your father’s name Isamu Hayashi?” she said as Akio was seamlessly shocked about this information, Asuka then decided to kick the door open as her mother looked at her and said “You’re paying for it” in a casual way.

“GET…OUTT!!!!” Asuka shouted at the top of her lungs. She then proceeded to slam her somewhat broken door on her mother after she got out of her room. “Ah, young love these days” her mother said as her kanji on her hand then appeared, reading Ryujin Cardinal 5.

Asuka layed on her floor exhausted after screaming her lungs off. “Give me a minute…” Asuka said to Akio as she was taking deep breaths in and out. Akio sat beside her and asked “what should we do now? We have a couple of days to get ready for the raids.” as Tani took some thought into it.

She then sat up and told him “We should get training then, We don’t want to be sluggish” as she smiled at him, Akio smiled back a little as both of them got up and went outside. “Mom, we’ll be back in time for lunch!” Asuka said as her mother waved, saying “Goodluck!”.

Akio and Asuka ran over to a field that isn’t far from her home, “Woah, this is a nice field..” Akio said speechless at the view, the field was a green field that had hills and trees that were viewable from even the horizon. “I use this place to train by myself.” Asuka said as she ran over to a specific spot in the open field.

Akio follows shortly behind as Asuka begins to warm up, “Get ready Hayashi!” she said as Akio said “Don’t have to tell me twice!” as he also starts warming up, taking off his jacket and his tie. Akio and Asuka’s kanji’s form on their hand, with both of them running at each other as they both said “Go!”.

Akio and Asuka clashed fists, causing a shockwave around them with Akio throwing a one two punch. Asuka quickly dodged underneath both punches, trying to go for a grab as Akio caught wind of this, catching Asuka off guard by backstepping.

Asuka nearly stumbled to the ground as Akio caught her shirt, saying “That’s a point for me” as Asuka threw herself up and uppercutted Akio by surprise. He stumbled back as Asuka ran in, throwing two clean punches to Akio’s stomach and his chest. She then mocked him saying "that's two points for me!".

Akio coughed out a bit of blood chuckling at the mockery, he caught himself from falling and weaved around Asuka’s high kick and right hook’d her thigh, near her ankle. Asuka fell down to one knee, as she moved out of a kick from Akio.

Asuka raised up her fists as she had to keep her injured leg up and limped around. Akio’s vision was blurring in and out from the stomach punch and the punch to the chest, and was trying to keep his ground. Akio ran in trying to get the first knockdown punch as he threw a roundhouse kick at her.

She ducked and spun around the opposite way, hitting Akio with a counter roundhouse kick and hitting him straight onto the face. Akio dropped onto the floor as he raised his hand saying “Alright…I call timeout…” as he let his arm drop down tired.

Asuka also sat down as she said to him “You punched my thigh…that really hurt…” as Akio replied “You punched my stomach and my chest…I was going to pass out if we kept it up…”. Both of them were breathing heavily from exhaustion, then they both laughed suddenly, as they were having fun sparring.

An hour and 30 minutes have passed, both Asuka and Akio came back bruised from sparring. “Oh my, You guys sure had fun” Asuka’s mother said to them as Asuka laid down on her couch. Akio just quietly sat down as Akio’s injuries were somewhat healing from sparring.

“What do you two want to eat?” Asuka’s mother said as Akio replied “I’ll eat anything at this point...I’m just hungry..” as Asuka asked “How about something you suggest mom..?” as she giggled a bit.

“Don’t tell me you have that recipe planned mom…” Asuka said as Akio asked “What recipe?” out of confusion. Asuka’s mother then said “You can have my daughter if you want” with a wink towards Akio. Asuka then shouted “I’D EAT WHATEVER YOU’LL COOK BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT TELLING HIM THAT AGAIN!!” as her mother chuckled.

Asuka’s mother gave them a plate of fried rice with some orange chicken accompanied by lettuce beneath the orange chicken. Both Asuka and Akio then said “Thank you for the food!” as both of them began to eat.

Asuka’s mother and father watched them eat as Asuka was laughing and being cheerful with Akio around, She said to him “Our little girl has really gotten out of her shell hasn’t she” as Asuka’s father nodded saying “I hope it stays that way for the rest of her life..” with both of them smiling.
