Enra blinked, scrunched her little button nose, and rubber one of her pointy ears, “back to the Library with us, to work for Head Archivist Innoch?”
Sly shrugged and tossed her hands, “no salt on my back. Index?”
Index capped her ink and started cleaning her brush, “I and my father could probably use a few sets of hands about the place, if they could be trusted.”
Job nodded, fairly sure the Urd had been listening to every word, “alright, we were leaving tonight anyway, and from the looks of things we’ve got an empty crate anyway, so getting them out shouldn’t be an issue.

Enra shook her head and reached for something in the bottom of her backpack, “no.”

Index sprang to her feet, the ink stored back in one forearm, the brush and scroll of parchment folding up into the other. “On it, but it’ll take a few minutes to pack everything up.”
