《The Marauders》Might Makes Right

"Come in Admiral." Sior said.
Admiral Drake walked into her office, feeling uneasy. He has had trouble trusting her since the bombardment of Miru.
"How may I be of your assistance, senator?" He asked.
Sior looked at him with a smile.
"I have a new weapon that we can use on the Zeta Empire, not a new type of ship or artillery, but my administration has approved the use of zoological warfare."
"Zoological warfare?! What kind of animals do you plan on using?" Drake asked.
"Only the kind that are the biggest and most destructive, kaiju." She replied.
The term kaiju, is a word used to describe massive beasts as tall as a skyscraper. Kaiju are often depicted in pop culture across the galaxy as mindless beasts that attack cities, but in reality they are very intelligent creatures and rarely attack cities, only doing so when provoked.
There are many types of kaiju species that live across the galaxy, but due to public opinion of them, many of them have been hunted to the brink of extinction.
"As of now, we currently have two kaiju species within our Republic military as bioweapons; the Rakaron, and the Quadaxis." Sior explained.
She showed Drake pictures and diagrams of the 2 kaiju species on a computer screen. The Rakaron was a semi aquatic 50 meter tall beast that looked like the cross between a reptile and a shark. It had 6 red eyes, a long snout with sharp teeth, had massive claws on each arm with a massive pectoral fin on each forearm, had a massive dorsal fin, and a hulking tail.
The Quadaxis is 55 meters tall, has an axe shaped head, four arms with huge claws, a turtle-like shell with the ability to launch spikes, and can fire a heat ray when a cavity on its chest opens up.

"But senator, kaiju are physically the most powerful known creatures in the galaxy? How do you even plan on taming these animals?" Drake asked.
"Simple, we capture them from their natural habitat, and implant obedience chips into their brains. Those devices will allow us to force them to do whatever we want, and if they resist, the chips will cause them immense pain!" Sior said.
"You can't do that! That's barbaric!" Drake shouted!
"Do you really care for such colossal behemoths? Only the strong survive in the galaxy, and I order you to take a Quadaxis to Tior. The people of Tior are need to punishment for not trusting us. They are planning to show resistance to ever since the destruction of Miru, boycott the supplies that we provide for them, and we have to show them fear. But we will disguise this kaiju attack as a natural disaster, since Quadaxises are native to that planet's oceans." She explained.
Ever since the destruction of Miru, the people of Tior have been protesting against the Republic for their tyrannical actions against that world and not allowing any world to aid that planet after its destruction. Suor threatened that any world that tried to send supplies to Miru or try to support the planet in any way would receive severe consequences.
Some people in the galaxy started to turn their trust towards crime lords, or even the returning Zeta Empire. However, since many saw that the Republic and Empire were both horribly corrupt, evil, and tyrannical, to them they were the same thing.
"Are you saying we have to kill the kaiju as well with our navy?" Asked Drake.
"To punish the people and their government, I shall delay the military order to kill the kaiju, allowing it to destroy most of the capitol city by the time Republic forces arrive. I'm just gonna say that…we were busy fighting Zeta forces on other planets."

"The kaiju aren't the real monsters, you are!" Drake shouted.
"You do realize I'm doing this so that Tior will bend its knee to my Republic and will be forced to rely on us, right? I'm doing this so we can get them to be on our side to defeat the Zeta Empire. Manipulation is a powerful tool, you know, and these kaiju will be a great way to destroy Zeta ground forces."
"I do not care! This is wrong in so many ways! You're absolutely insane!" Drake shouted.
"Guards!" Sior said.
Suddenly two armored guards came into the office and proceeded to beat Drake to a pulp. One guard grabbed him by the head and slammed him against the wall. The other guard kicked him multiple times while the first guard repeatedly punched him.
"Okay, that's enough! If you dare to disobey my orders like that again, the consequences will be much worse for you. I may even have you executed next time." She said.
Drake stood up and walked our of the office. He always knew Sior was getting more and more corrupt overtime, but he never experienced anything like this before in all of his years serving the Republic.
The main fleet had the kaiju in stasis loaded up a carrier. The plan was to use an experimental teleporter to send the Quadaxis into the an ocean of that planet and then send it to attack Oyiak, the capitol city of Tior.
Admiral Drake was then ordered to go to the main fleet and order it to be on stand by as the lone carrier ship holding the kaiju warped into Giga Drive.
