《After the universe exploded, I became a Dungeon Master.》001. Prologue

“Crap I have to hide. Where can I hide? Maybe that one over there? No someone's overlooking that area. There has to be one around here somewhere that no one has bothered to oversee. Yes, found one!!!” And with that, a dim purple light flew into the FAR distance.
“Damn it. Why is that guy so good at running. She knows she can't get away, so why bother?” said a light green light to a Dark green light.
“She just doesn't like to pay up on her debts.” the dark green light responded with a sigh.
“Well come on, knowing that idiot she probably went to that small one over there. It's so small that no one ever bothered to look over it for very long, so she probably thought we would ignore it....” Said the Light green light.
“You're probably right, she is so stupid if she doesn't think we would find her there.
And with that two mystrious lights flew over to a small universe in the distance.
Hi, my name is David and I'm from Canada...... well it doesn't matter at this moment because HOLY CRAP THE STARS ARE EXPLODING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's right THE STARS ARE EXPLODING!!!!
Today started out as a normal day. The same thing as always. I was just going about my normal everyday life at work as a normal cashier at a normal store, it was a little after sunset and my shift was about to end when all of a sudden I heard a loud bang outside the shop. It sounded like a car crash. So I ran outside to see what happened and if anyone needed any help. Well, nothing I could do anyway other than call for an ambulance.
When I got outside all I saw was, well Armageddon. There were several cars in a pile-up near the store but no one was looking at the carnage, everyone was looking up at the sky. I was in a panic about all the blood and hurt people in the car crash, but I was also curious about why no one else was paying the crash any attention so I glanced at the sky for a moment and froze at what I saw. Like I said Armageddon. One after the other, faster and faster in some kind of strange pattern, all the stars in the sky were exploding in brilliant flashes of light.
When I saw that I'm not ashamed to say I almost crapped my pants in fear, as I'm sure a lot of other people were feeling the same way due to all the accidents that I could hear happening in the distance.
After a few moments of complete and utter panic, I started to wonder WTF was going on. It felt like I might have gone insane and was seeing things, but when I looked around and saw everyone else was still looking at the sky I knew that it probably wasn't just me. So then I tried to think of what to do next. But alas, there was nothing I could do fore the next moment, BOOM!!! Earth exploded along with its sun.

“Sigh, why did you have to hide? We had to destroy an entire universe just to find you. Sure it's a pitifully small universe, but still, it had some sentient creatures in it.” Grumbled the Dark green light.
“I don't want to pay, I don't want to pay, I DON'T WWWWAAAANNNNTTTTT TO PAY!” Whined the purple light.
“Well, we caught you so you have no choice. Now pay up, or do we have to get rough again?
“Arg, fine, I will pay up. here 7 [Universe Seeds] Just take them and let me go.”
“Do you think that a universe exploding would damage our memories or something, it is 12, not 7, now pay up.” The Light green light furiously looked at the purple light and said.
“Oh, and for the damage caused by you for running away and making us blow up that place, you have to bless a few souls from that place and send them to our universes. About 100,000,000,000 should do.”
“Tsh. Fine, fine, whatever, 100 bill is nothing, whatever.” and with that 12 tiny but incredibly brilliant little dots were sent over from the purple light over to the dark green and the light green lights.
“Good, I expect the souls over at our places within 1 Trillion years. No later, got it? Doesn't really matter which planet or universe just get them over there and don't be too stingy with their blessings.” snickered the dark green light.
And with that, the dark green light and the light green light cheerily flew off back to their own universe.
“Damn bastards, why did I have to lose my bet with them. It will take forever to get 12 more [Universe seeds]. Well, I might as well gather up the 100 bill souls before they all dissipate. Hehe, she didn't say that she wanted good quality souls at least so I can just gather them randomly.”
“There that only took 200,000 years, that was surprisingly fast, barely the blink of an eye. Now time to start the fun part, the blessings, hehe.”
“What the hell, where am I? Didn't the world explode? How am I still alive” David said while looking around himself. He was in a vast area with nothing around him except for a purple glow to be seen anywhere.
“Well you are partly wrong there, yes your world did explode (sorry about that), but you didn't survive. You died.” A booming voice came from all around David.
“Wait, What? I died!?! Then how the world am I still here?” said David while panicking and trying looking everywhere. “And who are you?”
“Well, the answer to some of your questions is, well I'm what you might call a god. And right now you're nothing but a soul that I'm messing around with for a bit. Hehe.” replied the voice.

“Soul! God!!! MESSING AROUND WITH!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Yep, to tell you the truth it wasn't just your planet that was blown up, but your whole universe. I will admit it was my fault that the whole place got wrecked but meh, your universe only had 32 Tredecillion sentient life forms so no big deal. (Authors note that's a 1 with 42 zeros after it) And with my big heart, I have decided to give some souls from your puny universe a blessing and send you to a new one. I'm so generous aren't I?”
“Your fault the WHOLE UNIVERSE BLEW UP! Why the hell would you do that?” David said while feeling like he was just about to faint but since he was just a soul he couldn't.
“WELLLLLLL since you're the first soul I'm messing around with I guess I can tell you. You see I made a bet with some other gods the other day about which leaf would fall off a tree first, and well they won. I didn't want to pay up so I hid in your universe and while trying to find me well BOOM. Hehe” cheerily said the voice.
“You lost a bet about some leafs falling, came to my universe to hide, and boom? What kind of god does that? Are you a god of chaos or something?” David was almost at a loss for words.
“Yep you guessed right, well I like to think of myself more of a god of randomness and fun things, but generally people say I'm a god of Chaos. You can call me Charel.” Said Charel the chaos god.
“Charel....... Charel the chaos god.... ok that sure is a random name for a god.....” flabbergasted that's all David could respond with.
“Well Charel isn't my real name, but I don't think you could say my real name anyways. SOOOOOOO anyways down to the fun part. As I said earlier I'm going to give you a blessing and send you to a new universe.”
“I'm not sure I want a blessing from a god of chaos, but I bet I don't have a choice do I?”
“Nope, none.”
As that was said a huge wheel that looked like the wheel from “The Price is Right” appeared out of nowhere in Davids sights. The Diameter was so large it looked like a planet stretching from one end to the other and each section was extremely small about the size of a dinner plate.
“This here is my favourite part about giving blessings, This thing is my [Wheel of Blessings]. It has every blessing I can think of from what kind of jobs you could have to cheat like abilities or how many girls/boys you can add to a harem and everything in between, maybe even a combo of all the above if you're lucky. Hehe. Although not everyone might consider some of these things a blessing, say if you are are a boy and get the 10 boys in your harem but your straight hehe” as Charle was saying this she was giggling to herself.
“ Holy crap, this guy is insane, What the hell is that thing going to land on for me, please not the 10 boy harem! I want superpowers or something cool like that if I have to get a blessing from this wacko.” David was furiously thinking to himself.
Then the wheel started to spin.
“Ho, let's see what you will get. It's always fun to see what luck will bring.” Said a gleeful Charel
Now and then David was able to see a flash of the blessings on the wheel and stuff like [Reborn as a princess in a Prosperous country], [Appear as a 15 year old outside a town and have the ability to Create golems], [Will never stub their toe], or [Become the underwear of the most beautiful woman in the world] and [Become the underwear of the most handsome man in the world] would pass by. Some blessings made him want to shout out in joy while others wanted to make him whale out in despair. Every time he did this Charle would snicker to herself which would make David feel even more nervous.
Slowly ever so slowly after what felt like hours the wheel started to slow down. And finally, it came to a stop. When It came to a stop David was at a loss for words. He had no idea what to say. The reason he couldn't say anything was because the blessing that the wheel came to a rest on was [Reincarnate as a Dungeon master with full memories of past life.]
“OHH nice one, haha I really like this variation of this blessing, it's one of my best ones. You sure are a lucky kid, this one has SOOOO much potential for fun, I might actually keep an eye on you now and then to see what you do with this one.” Gleefully said Charel.
“What in the world is a Dungeon master? I like the "with full memories of past life" part but Dungeon master?” If David had a face he would have an extream look of confusion on right now.
“Hehe, you will see, well time to send you off and start with the next person, but it looks like I'm going to have fun checking in on you in the future hehe.” And with that, the purple light around David intensified and his world went dim.
