When Ray, Miller, Steve, Alpha, Edward, Liam, Beta and his remaining followers arrive at the railway station of Walsouth. An officer came running towards Ray and told him

Officer:(panting) Sir, sorry to interrupt you but there's a fight erupted at the city hall. I am sorry that I won't be accompanying you to your home because we are lacking manpower and they need me to assist them.

Ray:(shocked) Edward, come with me and everyone else please go with Liam to my house and I will meet you there. After a very long time, there's a fight erupted in the Walsouth so, I have to head there myself to see how the staff is working.

When Ray, Edward and a company of soldiers arrive at the spot they saw the black officer fighting another man who looks a lot like him. Ray went over there and point the gun at the black officer’s face and told him

Ray:(trying to stay calm) Stop beating that man and put your hands up in the air.

The black officer started staring at Ray’s face with a very ferocious look but Ray didn’t move his pistol even an inch.

Black officer: The man I am beating is a perpetrator who is engaged in the Northern province terrorist attack. I have full authority from president-general Aiden Howell and my words have equal importance to president general.

Ray:(pissed off) Soldiers arrest him and file a case against him that he was beating a man and after that, he started mumbling stupid things like he was in secret police or something which is arresting the terrorists. Look here you dumb black officer I don't give a shit about anything you do but what you are doing here is making me look pathetic on my turf and I can't allow you to do that so, I will just arrest you to maintain my authority.

Black officer:(angry) Shut up you stupid General do you think winning a war will make you a Godfather or something. I still outranked you for the time being until I am the Black officer.

Ray:(while laughing) This is west, not Central Balck officer. Arrest him soldiers because he is not the Black officer because if he was the Central would already inform us in advance that he will be coming to West.

After that, the fierce look on the Black officer face was taken over by a smile and then he surrendered to Ray’s forces. The man the black officer was beating was taken in by Ray and after the incident, he told the government that while the soldiers were arresting the fake Black officer the man he was beating escaped after attacking one of his men. when the man woke up, he saw Liam sitting beside him.

Strange man:(Confused) Where am I? What is this place?

Liam:(surprised) You woke up.

Strange man:(still confused) Who are you?

Liam:(shouted) Everyone come here the strange man has woken up from his sleep.

When everyone got into the room Ray asked him

Ray:(serious) Who are you and what are your relations with the terrorist attack on Lab 888?

Strange man:(traumatized) I am Rin Nakayama and I came from Ying to Naipoll to protect myself from my brother but in the end, he found me and beat the shit out of me. I don't know anything about Lab 888. All I know is that my brother wants to kill me so, please don't hand me over to him or he will slaughter me as he did with the whole village.

Beta:(speaks loudly) So, from what you are telling us it concludes that the Black officer is your brother.

Strange man:(nervously) Yes he is my younger brother and if he finds out that you people are hiding me he will kill you in an instant.

Then Jacob came running towards him and grabbed him from his bed and ask him

Jacob:(angry) How he was able to wield such immersive power which killed both of my comrades and even after fighting to their deaths they won't be able to leave a scratch on them.
