CONSUME

The black clouds spread slowly like a vine toward Neo's surrounding , the clouds reaches Neo lower body.

Neo lower body turns black and starts to disintegrate that look like multiple small black particle that were evaporating into the clouds.

Soon after his lower body disappeared , the clouds that were spread around Neo lower body went back into his main body.

??"Devvvvvoooourrrrr"

The predator quickly ran away for his life without a single care for his decapitated head , it felt something was coming for him.. something not from this realm.

The clouds around Neo began to spin quickly creating a small dust of wind , it looked like a vortex sucking in the wind.

The cloud enter Neo's skin , pores , cells , muscle , bones , his entire body except for his face turned black and then suddenly he rose up like a vampire , standing on the air slightly above the ground.

Small wings started to sprout on his back shoulder , the wings were black , simple and had 3 small spikes on each of them.

On the center of the wings , it had a circle vortex that spun slowly in one direction.

You couldn't clearly tell that it was wings , unless it was on someone back.

His arms were slightly longer than usual while his finger nail were pointy and sharp.

His hair grew until his waist and his face had lines of black marks.

In a matter of second , Neo appeared behind the predator body who ran as fast as it can , the ant who could leave after images with his agility was caught up in less than a second.

Neo's right hand pierced through the ant's body while holding the predator head with his left hand.

The head on his left hand quickly began to disintegrate into his palm and Neo's wings grew a little bit bigger.

The ant body was twitching , caused from the great physical pain.

With a slight movement of his right hand , Neo pierced through the ant's body 20 times , the ant body tumble onto the ground and then Neo puts his right hand on the corpse and began to disintegrate.

The ant body disappeared , leaving no trace behind , Neo's wing grew a small 4th spike on his pair of wings.

He felt to the ground , the black mist appeared , turning his body back to normal and formed a sphere above him , it then spread around the forest , piercing everything in the vicinity , the ground , grass , vines and trees.

Neo-"*Wh...where am I..*"

Neo open his eyes , failing to see anything because it was too dark , he couldn't move or feel his body at all.

Right.. my legs.. are gone..ughh

Neo wanted to shed some tears but he couldn't and fainted again.

The forest turned black just like before but this times it was on a smaller scale , the sphere pierced through Neo's chest and disappeared in his body leaving no wound.

After about two hours since Cyel and Ria fled to the city,

Cyel and the commander arrived at the carriage with the troops.

Commander-"Check for any survival , and be on high alert to your surrounding because the predator might be hiding in these woods!"

Cyel went inside the carriage that was almost unscratched with a little hope that Neo would be hiding there.

Cyel-"*Not here... the predator surely would of destroyed the carriage if little Neo was hiding inside but why it didn't ..?*"

Predators were known to be devastating because they were really violent , destroying any thing in their path , even if it's nature itself.

While the commander and his troops surrounded the carriage , they were all nervous because they could die any time.

His 4 personal guards were checking the corpse and none of them were alive.

Pguard1-"Commander Johen , none of the soldiers are alive and it seem they were all pierced through the chest"

Pguard2-" And by the look of the armor , it must of been something really sharp , we cannot let our guard down!"

Pguard3-"No sign of blood from the predator , so we can assume they didn't manage to wound it at all"

Johen-"*Hmmm.. It's only one predator.. If I can cut it down , I will become even more famous*"

While Johen was in his thought , Cyel left the carriage with tears in her eyes , she walk toward the commander and lift her head.

Cyel-"Commander.. Have you found my little brother yet?"

Johen-"No Lady Cyel , my soldiers looked around and we haven't found his corpse"

Cyel expression slightly turn better as she let out a small smile.

Johen-" That's right , he may still be alive , no.. He is surely alive so please do not worry Lady Cyel and stay behind the troops"

Cyel nodded and walk back to her horse.

Pguard4-"Commander , what is your plan?"

Johen-"We will search the forest , I am sure the predator haven't gone really far yet because the predator will chase any living being that they can find"

Pguard3-"Then where should we start? I don't think it would be a good idea to split the troops in all direction"

Cyel-"That way"

Cyel points toward the east of the carriage.

Pguard1-"Lady Cyel , why do you say we should head that way?"

Cyel step aside with the horse leash in her hand , they notice a small crater and one small footstep facing the east.

Pguard1-"Commander.. that footstep look like it belong to a child.. could it be the predator?"

Johen-"No , from what Iv'e heard , they don't look human , this footstep must belong to Lady Cyel's little brother"

Pguard2-"I want to meet this young Lord who can leave a crater behind"

The commander and his 4 personal guards nodded.

Johen-"Soldiers! , We shall head east , dismount your horses and tie them to a tree , you 5 , will stay behind and guard the horse"

Johen round up his soldiers

and formed a column with 25 soldiers.

The first line had 10 soldiers , the 2nd line had Johen with 2 soldiers on each side , the 3rd line had 8 soldiers , the 4th was Cyel and the 4 personal guard and the last line had 3 soldiers.

With this column formation , they march toward the east of the carriage into the woods.

After venturing into the woods , Johen ordered the troops to slow down because the forest was too quiet , he thought maybe the predator must be close.

after marching for half an hour , they arrive at the scene where all the trees , grass and leaves turned black.

The trees look like it grew old and withered away while the grass looked all dried out but the color made this part of the forest abnormal.

The soldiers in front notice a small figure in the center.

Soldier-"Commander , we think that is a human laying down there"

Johen quickly thought it could be the young Lord , Lady Cyel's little brother but he notice that the hair color was different.

Johen-"Lady Cyel , does the young Lord have the same hair color as you?"

Cyel quickly ran to the front line and saw a small figure with long black hair that was naked.

Cyel-"Neo!!!"

Cyel ran toward Neo while Johen quickly spread the soldiers around the area to be on the look out.

Cyel cried and held Neo in her arms , she inspect his body and sigh in relief because he didn't have any wounds.

Johen and his personal guards were standing close to them , planning their next movie.

Pguard4-"That is Lady's Cyel little brother?"

Pguard2-"If he wasn't naked , I would of mistaken this young Lord for a young Lady"

Pguard3-"Careful , this young *Lady* might leave a crater on your body hahahaha"

Pguard1-"Enough , we have to get out of here as quickly as possible .. *It doesn't feel right*"

Johen walks toward Neo and took off his cape to cover his whole body.

Johen-"*This young Lord is so cute... but .. no , my sweet daughter is definitely cuter..*"

While Johen was shaking and nodding his head , Cyel lifted Neo body , carrying him like a princess.

Cyel-"*Little Neo is so light..*"

The personal guard offered to carry Neo but Cyel shook her head.

Without the trace of the predator around , they all left toward the carriage and mounted their horse to head back to the city.

Johen-"*Hmmm.. what happened to the forest .. is it the predator who caused that ... I have to send in a investigation group and a scout squad..*"

As the sun went down , Ria is waiting for her sister and Neo at the north gate of Irk city.

The 2 guard were talking to each other while Ria glares at the road , suddenly , multiple silhouette could be seen , the ground was shaking and then the 30 heavy elite troops appeared with Johen in the front.

Cyel who is carrying Neo in her arms , waved at Ria with a big smile and Ria stood up with a happy expression.

Johen along with his personal guards went back to the headquarters , the troops were free to go home and the siblings went back to the inn.

Johen-"*I have to report this to my master as soon as possible*"

Cyel took out Neo's torn shirt and laid Neo on the bed.

Ria came in the room with a cup of water and a bowl of soup.

Cyel-"Put them on the table , little Neo is still asleep.."

Cyel sat by Neo and held his right hand while Ria looked worried.

Cyel-"Don't worry Ria , little Neo doesn't have a single wounds!"

Ria-"Okay... then I am going to go sleep.. what about you sister Cyel?"

Cyel look at Ria and smiled.

Cyel-"I will stay here for abit more , then I will go to sleep as soon I write a letter to father"

Ria nodded and quietly said

Ria-"Good night big sister Cyel.."

~A couple days later~

Neo-"*I...I can't... br..breath..soft..*"
