Hello everyone, I wanted to thank you all for your kind words, comments, and for giving me the chance to pursue my dreams as a writer. Every day I look forward to writing, and this is in no small part thanks to everyone here!!! With everyone's help, I was inspired to take the next step, and successfully published Volume 1 of the Scourge Wars to Kindle Unlimited! Thank you all so much for supporting me. Sorry for the sudden changes, I kept everything up and tried to be as transparent as possible about the move, but I want to make sure that everyone is on the same page.
I want to do even more, not only for myself, but other veterans, first responders, and servicemen and women who are just as creative, so I'm starting to invest the money all of you have given me through Amazon, and Patreon, and Facebook into a team of editors, producers, and other content creators.
My team and I believe that by giving veterans a meaningful outlet for their creativity, supporting their aspirations, and connecting them with a community, will do our small part to lower veteran suicide and depression.
That's our dream, but it all started here and I hope that you readers will continue to support me. For those of you who still want a free web serial to enjoy in the Scourge universe, I have good news. I am currently writing a story titled GROW that will be structured as a web serial with all of the elements that you enjoyed from EVOLVE. The pace will be slower, more lighthearted, and specifically for the RoyalRoad community as a personal thank you from me.
For those that still want to read that first free volume of 'EVOLVE', I plan in the future to make it free for everyone to read. Remember to follow this story for the update when that day comes.

And when their scion challenges Tay to a duel of cards, Tay will find himself thrust into a game of sorcery and strategy as he attempts to both find a way out of this mess and find his own way in the world. To do both, he'll need to learn to accept guidance and coaching where it's sorely needed, craft a deck of unimaginable power, and not die whenever his opponents try and cheat him out of a hard-earn victory. But not all is as it seems in the shadows of Stormwall, and if Tay can figure out the importance of what it is he's stolen, he may just have a chance at saving the game of Runicka. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Runicka: Tournament of Monsters is a high fantasy, card game-based adventure novel with enough magic, worldbuilding, and characters to fill a Sanderson series. I would consider it a part of the GameLit subgenre. This series in particular is not an isekai, and will start and end in a high fantasy setting complete with its own lore and backstory. It is a progression fantasy, and I am writing it inspired by all the Yu-Gi-Oh mangas/animes, and all the hours I've invested/wasted (depending on who you ask) playing TCGs like Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic: The Gathering. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a work in progress. In your journey through Stormwall alongside Tay, you'll probably find typos, grammatical errors, and maybe a confusing sentence every once in a while (although I hope to keep these to a minimum). That said, comments and suggestions on where I can improve are not only encouraged but greatly appreciated. History, in of itself, is an excellent teacher to those from many backgrounds, but at the same time, it can teach those with malevolent intent to learn from the mistakes made by collegues and similar historical figures. History can inspire to do good whilist preventing evil, yet at the same time, can inspire evil to become smarter, and more skillful in its ways. An adventurer, accompanied by a protective guardian, had set out on a journey to explore the world of Aequiria, inspired by the thousands of tales formed previously, to forge a tale of their own through iron and strife. . . . A force known as the Aegi-Machina, souls bound to mechanical suits of armor powered by magic was formed by a figure known only as the "Golden General" during the times of strife sixty years ago. Their mission is to prevent those with power from becoming too powerful and causing another cataclysmic event, and to protect the weak from tyrannical entities. A report has shown that a powerful source of energy was found to the eastern regions of Eyr, and to fufil their mission; they must contain it. This is not about theories. In fact, it's probably going to be far off from canon. This is just how I would've handled the story of Security Breach.Gregory sneaks into Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex in order to uncover the secrets of the pizzeria and find information about the recent disappearances from within. During the five nights he stays inside the pizzeria, he befriends animatronics, discovers information about not only the recent disappearances, but also the dark history of Fazbear Entertainment, all while he has to avoid being killed by rabid animatronics and whomever this mysterious "Vanny" is.
