There’s a particular day, called ‘Mother’s Day’,

On a Sunday, often happening in May,

It’s to celebrate a mother giving birth to you,

Well, everyone, not just you, but me too!

To each child, a mother is in need,

And nothing can happen without the seed!

But you are born, you have come to be!

If you hadn’t, this is something you wouldn’t be able to see!

So, yes, everyone should celebrate this day,

Because everyone has a mother, ok!

So, out of all the holidays out there,

This one is the most fair!

Without a mother, there’s simply no us!

So, shouldn’t we make a really big fuss!

Well, Father’s Day is there too…

So, yes, it’s another important day for you!

Nonetheless, even adopted, one can share,

To whomever it is that had cared!

Give kisses and hugs, laughs and smiles,

For going through all life’s trials!

Grow old and be glad,

There’s no reason to feel sad.

Even in passing, a mother’s figure is still important to thee,

Cause, like I said, without a mother, how could you come to be!
