Insanity:
Januray 11, 2030. Today Dylan starts his insane training. 6 days a week, Dylan has to start his training at 6am. At 6am, Dylan wakes up and eats breakfast. 6:15am, Dylan gets dressed and hydrates. 6:30am, Dylan starts with 300 push-ups. After push-ups, Dylan does 400 sit-ups. Then 100 squats with 350 pounds. A 3 mile run is up next. After Dylan's body workout, he eats lunch. Then it's time for a power workout. Dylan spends 1 hour using his hand to hand combat.[punches and kickes] Dylan then works on his power moves. He will spend an hour on galactic lazer, and then 1 hour using supernova burst. 1 hour working with eternal darkness. 1 hour with Gamma shield. Then Dylan eats dinner and Takes a shower. Dylan uses 2 hours to relax, then goes to bed.
War time:
Dylan has done that exact workout for the last 6 months. Today, Olypian instructed everybody to stay in their dorms. "The war had begun". All over the news, report on bombing from the galactic empire. Dylan knew this meant he could condront his dad. Dylan snuck out despit what his school said. Dylan's dad "john" was a few miles from the school. Dylan rushed over to Bens and informed him. Dylan was gonna face his dad, 1 on 1.
