After unknown time later
"Ahh! This so annoying after coming to this world all I have been experiencing is pain and pain. If this continues o like this I will be really mentally exhausted together with my body" thought the boy.
"Oh! so you are awake" a young adult came in doctor uniform.
"Ah! Yes I just woke up now teacher"
"Oh you don't need to force yourself up," said the doctor when he saw that boy was trying to wake up.
"Oh, then I will take you to offer sir" you want to know why I called the doctor sir it is because it is a freaking boy and not a girl which I was expecting *Crying* *Coughing* sorry I was a bit out of mind.
Doctor perspective
"Hmm, what is happening to this boy did the injuries finally made him mentally unstable" though as he looked at the boy who was looking at him and crying, suddenly expressionless.
Puzzled the doctor just said something about his injuries and that he treated using first aids and should go to the hospital after he was able to stand up, after saying all that the doctor left as he has some unfinished work to do at the staff room.
Back to the protagonist's perspective
Just as he was thinking about how it was unfortunate that the doctor was a 'he' and not 'her'
"You have some injuries on your body which were looking bad especially the cut on our face! Heck! Why did you even come to school and didn't go to the hospital?"
"I just treated you with some first aids and bandage you, so go to the hospital after you are done with the school"
"After taking some rest go to the class I will be going to the staff room to do my work" after saying all he had to say the doctor just left.

Still lying on the bed the boy just shakes his head and just pretends to be listening on to it. While on his mind

"Well at least I can finally rest a bit since the bacteria have already be taken care of and the issue of blood count can be taken care of by some sufficient food intake and rest"

If I wrote the ending according to what currently feels right, it will be a wretched, cruel ending that feels monstrously unfair and invalidates the work of the various characters... because that's how my life feels at the moment. The planned ending is coming out hollow and awkward, no matter how I write it, and so I've been bashing my head. I will finish it, once I manage to either brute force something decent out, or once my head gets screwed on straight. Audience: This story is not for young children - it contains some profanity, sexual content, violence, gore, and significant adult themes. Most of these are handled delicately enough not to upset teens or adults (hopefully), hence the lack of relevant tags, but it is nonetheless unsuitable for youth.
