Type of test correlates to main class: innate mana, language, learn/apply, decision-making

Main classes: 1 Tier, 2 Researcher, 3 Theorizer, 4 Adaptor

Subclasses:

1-2: Tier Researcher - Researches mana input/output for spells, will normally take a Research Theorizer’s ideas and prove them.

1-3: Tier Theorizer - Theorizes needs for certain actions to be done (aka stopping a fire, saving a coastal city from a tidal wave, etc.)

1-4: Tier Adaptor - Battles with an insane amount of sustainability, will normally provide backup for bigger spells used by other Battle Mages.

2-3: Research Theorizer - Theorizes what kinds of spells could be made, will normally not test them due to their lack of mana.

2-4: Unique Adaptor - Creates spells mainly unique to themselves, power can be enhanced by a Tier mage.

3-4: Specialist Adaptor - Normally leads the battle, has the most flexibility to adapt to the situation.

Notes:

Tier mages will normally aid in providing mana during battles, if they participate.

Theorizers tend to have the most creativity in the usage of spells.

Researchers tend to have their own set of unique spells, which they have no obligation to pass on, but if they decide to, they can.

Adaptors tend to have the most adaptability to situations.
