《The Unsorcerer》1st Movement: Magical Energy Without Mana...!?
Inside his mindscape, Cipher began his assignment.
The former UNAF Colonel now knows that the Gods of Iarica were after his life because he was the Unsorcerer, well the second one to be exact. That was all the reason of it and he find that justification somewhat lacking and inequitable.
What did the first Unsorcerer do to gain the animosity of the Mastam? And why is that the Mastam hated the existence of individuals like him?
Cipher couldn't come up with a viable and solid answer. Even the books that he had read back at the orphanage didn't specify any details of the first Unsorcerer's deeds or motives and objectives...
However, a part of his mind kept saying that there were something more to it and he felt that the Mastam were hiding something away from the population. Whatever that was, he will surely find it. Traveling around the continent and gaining knowledge seems to be the feasible option.
With that goal in mind, he must first hide the notion of being an outcast and blend into society. In order to do that and allude the Gods that sought his life, he needed to masked himself.
What better way to do that than incorporating something that wasn't part of you in the first place?
A single thought and a Holographic screen appeared in front of him with a distinct sound.
PING!
[[Mysto-Ergokinesis]]
[The ability to create, shape and manipulate magical energy to use magic for a variety of effects and purposes.]
As an Unsorcerer, this is what Cipher lacks in order to use magic like the inhabitants of Iarica. However, as a Dynamokinetic practitioner something like manipulating Magical Energy is just within his grasp. Once he master this Kinetic ability, he could make his Unsorcerer status invisible to the Mastam thus making him an enigma that disappeared without a trace.

Achieving it would allow him to take a closer look of the entire world and find any valuable information regarding with the first Unsorcerer safely.
Adopting a Zazen posture, Cipher then closed his eyes as he then reminisce using his mind the feeling and essence of Magical Energy.
He had learn that he was born in this world without Mana. Mana is the metaphysical sentient source of energy that surrounds living and non-living things, sympathetic magic, or impersonal force of nature that is always moving from one location to another, seeking material elements or people to inhabit. It is also formed within the soul whenever a creature comes into being. The soul is not necessarily a collection of mana, but the creature itself. When the being dies, the mana returns to the environment waiting to be used again and again. The energy can then be transmuted by the user into magical power that yields upstanding results in both practice and combat.
Adopting this knowledge in mind, one could argue that Mana is synonymous, or related even, to Magic.
Though if Mana is formed within a soul whenever a creature comes into being then why he didn't have it? Does him being a reincarnated person had something to do with him being manaless? If that was true then...could the first Unsorcerer also a reincarnated person...?
Cipher shook his head as he forced that question at the back of his mind. He must first focus at the task at hand.
Since he wasn't born with Mana like the others, he needed to improvise.
HUM!
A radiant indigo light made of Psions covered his entire being, enveloping him in a lukewarm, electric indigo colored steam. He could hear them humming and resonating on his ears. There warmth that makes his skin covered in lotion...and the energy that it radiated.

Once he gathered enough Psychic Energy around him, Cipher then commenced the conversion process.
Though he didn't know exactly his current Energy Conversion percentage at, he felt that it increased in a considerable margin.
HUM! BRIM! HUM!
The sound kept reverberating as a significant amount of Psion particles slowly transformed into Myston Particles. As the transmutation process continued, the cloak of electric indigo steam then started to produce spots of tropical indigo colored ones and at the same time, beads of sweat wer now visible on Cipher's skin.
He was struggling yet he pushed through. He willed the Myston particles to flow in his energy system that was built only for Psion particles, causing him to feel a painful pang in his mind.
But he wouldn't let up.
Unknown to him, the Factor EX Serum within his body ran rampant as it tried to reconstruct his overall physique to accommodate the foreign energy that its hosts wanted to take control of.
--
Outside the mindscape...
Specks of indigo shade particles filled the surrounding air, dancing like fireflies as it floats aimlessly inside the shelter. The source of such phenomenon, a kid sitting in a cross-legged position, was sweating profusely. His body had hints that it was struggling to keep an equilibrium of itself.
Isvaeriel, who had woken up a little while ago, was enthralled and mesmerized at the unfamiliar sight that she was seeing.
"Wha..."
The only thing that she remembered was that she felt an insurmountable of pain running across her body before losing its consciousness. Though she wondered how in the world she was inside a dome that looks like an abandoned shelter, that question was now irrelevant.
Her grey orbs then locked onto the child that she was suppose to protect.
The child that was supposed to be the Unsorceror...but how...?
"How can he produce such Magical Energy!?"
The red female assassin shouted in a whisper. Everything that she know about this kid was debunked!
Being a member of magical race that were close to nature, Isvaeriel could detect Mana around her which was the source for producing magical energy but the boy sitting on the wooden floor who was portraying a struggling and painful expression, was mysteriously fabricating Magical Energy out of nowhere!
Does this mean that this kid wasn't the Unsorceror?
"Is he somewhat a late bloomer?"
Late bloomers were people who managed to use magic after a specific time after their birth but such case were only known to children within the two to three year age gap. There was no report of late bloomers within the five year old age bracket.
"Aside from that, how can he create Magical Energy without using Mana?"
Many questions then flooded the Elzoren-Vyx'ue hybrid's mind but she decided to observe her ward warily. Honestly she only accepted the Maste's request out of curiosity and intrigue but seeing Cipher now showcasing an unimaginable feat only piqued her interest for the boy.
Not to mention that the Magical Energy he was producing was equivalent to an Advance rank Mage! And there's that trace of unknown energy mending alongside the Magical Energy that he produced...
Slowly the famed Blood Crimson Assassin walked out on from the bed and sat directly in front of the boy, her glistening grey irises that shimmered with interest and fascination gazed intently at Cipher's childish face.
As soon Isvaeriel leaned her face...
BOOM!
A surge of energy fluctuated around them and her brimming grey rondures were met with ones that glowed in two shades of indigo brilliance.

Tower of Somnus
When humanity first encountered alien life, we were judged and found wanting. The Galactic Consensus interviewed our leaders and subjected us to a battery of psychological tests to determine our progress as a society. They found us to be selfish, wasteful, impulsive, and boorish neighbors. Earth was blockaded and our collective encounter with our extrasolar neighbors rapidly faded from memory. All they left behind was a hypercomm relay and a handful of subscriptions to a massively multiplayer game that participants played in their sleep. The Consensus said that it would let us interact with our neighbors in a controlled setting. That it would teach us to be better members of the galactic community. The megacorporations that controlled Earth ignored the game until they learned that the powers earned from clearing dungeons were just as real when day broke. Magic, supernatural abilities and rumors exploded from nothing and a subscription to The Tower of Somnus became a status symbol. Katherine ‘Kat’ Debs doesn’t have much, but it could be worse. He slowly backs up until his back is against the wall like my own, "You're..my neighbor?" He points to my door and I nod my head quickly. He hums softly, "You been here a while?" He asks and I nod my head once again. He chuckles, "Ya head hurt?" I nod again but stop as he laughs softly, "I-I mean.. no.. it doesn't." My cheeks burn red as I look at my shoes, "I-It doesn't hurt.." I repeat like a dummy and listen to him clear his throat, "So do you actually live there or was it bull?" He teased, making a giggle slip past my lips. I look away to the floor again, "I-I like big shirts... a lot." I mumble softly and he nods his head, "Hol' up." He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom."
