Hi everyone, I just wanted to take a second to touch base. I got hit with a surprise 11,000$ medical bill for a procedure I thought was fully covered by my insurance. As a result, my schedule is pretty hectic right now, and I haven't had the time or energy to do much writing. That doesn't mean I'm giving up on the story, only that releases will be slow going for a while. Sorry to everyone who's been enjoying my story, and especially the handful of people who joined my patreon. I don't know how long it'll be until I get back to my more regular releases, but I just thought everyone deserved a heads up about what was going on.

Gaijin means outsider or foreigner. That goes doubly so for David Wyatt after he found himself in a world being chased by something that looked eerily like a stereotypical Japanese Oni. There will be my own spin on things, so facts I pull from eastern mythology and legends will be drastically different in some aspects. In the end, this story is just for your and my enjoyment. There will be guaranteed chapters every Friday at 15:00 CST, and I will randomly post chapters at other times when I get in the mood for writing or when I like a particular scene.

So, in light of this, and the feeling that the classical story deserved another telling, I present to you all The Fall – a story focused particularly on Lucifer’s fall from grace and his musings both before and after.

Turns out his P.E teacher is a troll, the local librarian is a literal harpy, and Medusa owns the most popular bar in town. Oh, and the girl he's been crushing on since he was like- six, isn't exactly human either. Robin must delve into the mysteries surrounding his town if he wants any hope of finding his missing parents. And to do that without suffering a fate worse than death, he'll need to personally enter the game worlds to level up and acquire new abilities. FPS, RPG, Strategy, they'll all help him in one way or another- there's just one catch. He only gets one life both inside and outside the game world, a single death will spell the end of Robin's Quest. It's time for a Gamer to take on The World.
