The next morning, Nevada slowly opened his eyes, after he felt sun rays hitting them. He rubbed his eyes and then he looked around his surrounding, before getting up and packing everything up. He took his weapons and put them on.

Once everything was ready, he walked back to the road and towards the Great Mountain. The road leading up to there was narrow and gentle.

He walked for hours, until he found a small cave entrance and decided to rest at the mouth of the cave. So he sat down on the ground, took out his foot and just started to eat, while watching the beautiful view in front of him. He saw a beautiful scenery of nature: waterfalls, beautiful and green trees, animals walking around and birds flying in the sky.

As he was eating peacefully, his ears suddenly perked up, as he heard something running towards him. So he immediately got up and looked at the cave, from where he heard sound, but before he could even draw his weapon, a beast jumped at him. The moments before he reached him, Nevada thought he was dead for sure this time, but then, the beast flew through him.

'What.'he thought, as it flew through him and down the mountain it went. He couldn't understand how it could go through him, but then he looked his body and saw it wasn't there. Instead, there was only snow where he was.

'The fuck.'he tries to say, but nothing can be heard.

'Okay....calm down...Just think about turning back.'he thought and did just that. The next moment, his body was back to the normal kitsune one.

"Can't believe that actually worked."he muttered and observed his body. He had so many questions right now, but he didn't have the time to think about it here, as another beast may jump out of the cave.

So he immediately continued his journey, while wondering over the fact that he just turned into snow.

As the walk went on he concluded, that it must be his Ice Emperor powers. He doesn't really know anything about them and the only thing Maria told him about the Rulers of Elements, is that they have to find out their own powers, without anyone's help. So now, Nevada also has to learn and master his powers, before getting rid of Sola, permanently.

On top of the mountain itself, there was a monastery, thousands of years old, but it didn't show it to be that old. In the Monastery, there was a nine-tailed fox with orange hair, ears and tails. She wore a red kimono which was hold together by a black sash. As she was meditating, the door to the room was slide open and a younger looking version of her walked in and said:

"Mother. Claw has spotted an unknown kitsune travelling towards the monastery. What should we do?"

"Nothing. All kitsunes are welcome here, as long as they don't come with bad intentions."the woman answers her daughter without even opening her eyes and look at her.

"But this one is a cursed kitsune."

When she hears her daughters words, she opens her eyes immediately and asks in a serious tone"What did he look like?"

"White hair with blue streaks, same with his ears and tails with blue tips. His eyes were blue and splitted. His skin pretty pale. He was carrying a katana, a broken sword and a bow. He didn't seem to be wearing armor or anything like that."she describes him to her mother, who asks"Anything else?"

"Yes actually. A white Mark of Sola on his face and a blue tattoo on his right arm."

"Mark of Sola on a kitsune? Don't be funny here. Sola hates beastkins and thats a fact. So why would she mark the most hated race of beastkins. Maybe Claw starts to see badly."

"I'm telling you what Claw saw. You can see him yourself when he gets here tomorrow."

"I guess we shall see then, my dear Elane."

"I guess so, Yre."

Elane then steps out of the room and slide the door shut.

Yre, sensing that her daughter has walked away, mutters"The description Elane gave me almost match Arthurs look. Could he be his son?"

As for Nevada, he had continued his walk up the mountain for hours and once again, the sun had almost set and Nevada had made another camp for the night. By his estimation, he was about five kilometers away from the ground. And because he was so high, it got harder for him to breath, but it was still manageable.

Currently, he was leaning against a tree and decided to go to sleep, but before he could, he muttered"I would prefer to be with Maria right now."

As for Maria, she was sitting on the couch and looking at the big white egg on the table in front of her. This was with Nevada, when he brought back and according to him, it's the egg of the phoenix, that attacked him. She obviously wanted to immediately destroy it, for hurting her Nevada, but she was stopped by him. He said that a phoenix can be a very useful ally.

As she kept staring at it, she muttered"You just want a phoenix lover."

She was okay, If he had a few more woman, but any woman won't do and she will be the head of them. She will never let any other woman steal him away and she will make sure of it. She watched him grow up and so, cares about him a lot. He was her little and young fox. And the proof of their love, was now inside of her.

On the afternoon of the next day, Nevada had finally reached to the top and saw a stone monastery about fifty meters away from him. The place didn't have any decoration or anything. It was pretty plain looking building in his opinions.

As he approached the place, he saw a nine-tailed fox at the gate of the Monastery, seemingly waiting for him to arrive. Seeing her, made him happy, as she was the first other kitsune he had seen in his life.

So when he got to the gate and saw her, she looked at him without saying a word. He didn't know If he should or should not talk, so he just stand there and watched her. She then put her hand on his cheek and slide it down his face.

Tears of joy appeared in her eyes and she said"Grandson." Before hugging him.
