So I decided to just come out and lay it out since some of you might have missed it.

Aurora Scroll is the continuation of Horizon. Go there and see the next part of V's journey, if that interests you.

I didn't clearly state it as a sequel at first because I want a fresh start, a new approach to hook in new readers because, to be honest, Horizon didn't have enough traction. The fault was mine, the beginning part of the story is slow and rough and the grammar, oh... *facepalm*

Well, it's my first writing piece, what can I say?

I want a fresh start but didn't have the heart of throwing the lore, story, characters, and all I have written to the trashbin so I kinda cheated. The result was Aurora Scroll.

Those who still remember Horizon, after reading the first ten chapters should be able to make the connection. As for new readers, I provide bits of backstory about what happened in the past without over-relying on it too much. Got critiques about that as well, couldn't make it perfect.

Why not just say it is Horizon book 2 you say? Well, I for one got turned off by sequel books. I want to read the first book before any sequels. And since Horizon is a rough and mistakes-laden book, I don't have much optimism many people will slog through all the 103 chapters to reach Aurora.

I make a sequel without making it obvious it is a sequel. Yeah, I cheated. Don't hate me too much.

This is a promotion of sorts, Aurora is better received and better written. If there's any difference between Horizon and Aurora, the one written in Aurora is the canon one. Not many I think, the only thing I clearly remember writing differently is about the currency.

I'm happy to say I have a few loyal fans that have followed me from my Horizon days. Those that gave me comments and reviews, this announcement is specifically for you.
