Level 8-10: Master/Veteran

EX level skills have been said to level mountains and split oceans (Yeah, Moses was probably had EX Level on water magic). However, EX skill holders are very rare and so dangerous that not enough data is present.
Personal levels:
Level 1-10: Average villager/commoner
Level 11-20: Minimum requirement for basic guard force (Gate guard, City guard, Security guard, etc.)
Level 21-30: Average level for Adventurers and Footsoldiers
Level 31-40: Average level for basic knights (As strong as D ranked monster)
Level 41-50: Average level for Elite knights and can single handedly defeat a D ranked monster, and can win against a C rank one.
Level 51-60: Average level for Royal guards and B rank adventurers
Level 61-70: Average level for A rank Adventurers and Imperial or Elite Royal Guards.
Level 70+: The so called Realm of Heroes, most of the people that reached these levels were heroes. Most.
The highest level to have been attained by anyone from any race is Level 84 by a Human hero.

Everyone knows how the general story is supposed to go. A man, unwittingly going about his normal and ordinary life, is suddenly whisked off to a game style fantasy world where he is expected to become the unwavering hero of the realm. That is until the summoned hero throws a Hail Mary and gets himself transported to a tutorial world before the summoning can be completed. Add in a clumsy goddess and a broken planet and that is just where our story begins... Greetings all, thanks for taking the time to read this. As of June 2020, the story description has been updated (now that the characters have told me what was actually going on this author thought it prudent to update this) . Updates will be sporatic as i have time to juggle real life with writing. The Hand of Sigmar plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This work will be shorter overall, partly because its born out of a sudden passion, partly because I thought I'd try my hand at a more comfortable story than the grim darkness of the 41st Millenium (psychotic murderer and fraudulent holyman included). At year 3021, Akino Kylei, a detective, and Alexa, her adopted daughter, got caught in a huge explosion of unknown origin. The next thing they knew was they woke up in a huge room full of empty ‘seed pods’ looking structures. Much to their surprise, their bodies have turned into something else and the world they knew became deserted ruins covered in alien flora and fauna, with no single human shadow to be found. Investigating further, the detective and her daughter discovered that one million years have passed since the explosion they got caught with, the whole world has turned into a highly radioactive environment, and a strange stationary ‘void’ appeared below the north star Polaris. The two accidentally went into the void, finding themselves in a strange world, and as they begin surveying that world, they saved a demi-wolf named Lyka from some attacking 'knights'. Lyka thanked the two otherworldy humans by going in a pact between them, and so the three embarks on their journey. Lyka guides Akino and Alexa in her world called 'Elyn', becoming adventurers, and resolving many conflicts. They travelled in that world and experiences many things, all the while slowly discovering some vague information about the so-called Institution, a secretive organization from Akino and Alexa's world, and has left considerable amount of evidences of their existence in Elyn, leading to more questions as to what really happened on that day the Earth was wiped-out.
