This vessel was hit by a magnetic pulse powerful enough to disrupt our subsystems but too weak to destroy any mechanical passengers. It was launched by a small unidentified vessel whose captain has been designated as Upsilon. 
How long 'til we reach Zynima? This vessel will be landing on planet Zynima in approximately 26 minutes. Have you made any communications with Upsilon? Affirmative. Upsilon is demanding my transfer to their vessel. They fired the pulse shortly after I refused. Open a comm line to Upsilon. .COMM_OUTER3 This is the captain of Lacuna's vessel. What the hell are you doing? Persuading. You can't have Lacuna. Not only is there no way to transfer it to you, but it is a critical component of this ship. Listen: I don't care about your ship. I don't care about how impossible you think it is. Make it happen. I'll give you 5 minutes. I repeat, an AI data transfer is IMPOSSIBLE in space. I cannot fulfill your request. Then I fry your ship. 4 minutes and 48 seconds. .COMM_OUTER7 Please verify your command before I perform this action. Are you nuts? We'll all die! No, we won't. Physically, you're one of us now. You'd be surprised by how much turmoil we can withstand. And what better option do you think we have? Let Upsilon roast us? I, ah... Lacuna. Do it. Affirmative.
