There are some minor changes between the version posted here and the finished book, mostly to do with tightening up the relationship between Jack and Darren and scaling down Marjory's proportions to somewhat less cartoonish levels.
There are also some fixes for the errors in the ranks and names of some Shapes, as well as my confusion as to who, precisely, was responsible for settling Gerald's Rest.
