So for those still following, after two years, I finally got around to writing again. At first, I tried and struggled to pick this story back up, but the task felt just too daunting.
I decided the best thing I could do was start fresh, with a new account, and just give it my best.
As of right now, I'm working on a story called Evil Eye: Hexcaller under the name LuckyFrey. It's a very different story than this one, and my other series Still Ain't Dead, but you might just like it!
My son made a complete recovery, and is a healthy beautiful boy. ❤️

The Fabled Islands
Somewhere out there, in the great expanse of space and time, exist the Fabled Islands. Nobody knows how or why they exist, but only that it is a strange and special place that operates under laws separate from the universe. The Fabled Islands are made up of vast floating continents. They vary in size, with some ranging from the surface area of a small planet, to a star. If you look at them from afar, you would find that they are placed in a line. The only thing they share in common, is that the rules are governed by the System. The rules change vastly from one island to the next, so you must quickly adapt. Tristan was raised on the first island, Fertility Island, and has finally been allowed to become a Brave; a respected profession throughout the islands. Fertility Island is a peaceful island. There are hardly any monsters, the land is fertile, and the people kind. This is the complete opposite of what Tristan wants. Bring on the monsters! Bring on the magical items! I want adventure, loot, and to put my life on the line! Where are the dungeons, caverns, and mountains to be explored? Where is the mythical equipment to be found? The next island? Then the next island I will go! His adventure begins now.

A technology based progression system influenced by merit and accomplishments; using tech that's theoretically possible to exist in the near-future. An exploratory perspective of the dozens of Galilean societies, or 'Powers,' from Jordans; and sometimes others', POV. What you wont find: Romance. Harems. An MC who receives shortcuts, handouts, learns things unnaturally fast or has OP plot armor. Jordan is not a special individual. Jordan is not OP and he likely never will be. He's no different than any other citizen in the Galilean Powers and will certainly face as many defeats as he does wins. He'll suffer losses and grow as an individual, while the Powers evolves around him as well. This is semi-hard sci-fi/NanoPunk and takes place in a fictional version of our future solar system. Centered around technology that's plausible in the near-centuries to come. Everything abides by the laws of physics/thermodynamics (As best that I understand them, at least. I'm no scientist.) No artificial gravity, inertial dampeners, teleportation, FTL, or hand-wavy materials will be found in the Project Starfarer universe. Just advanced automation, nanotechnology, cybernetics and AI.
