UPDATE SCHEDULE - Whenever a chapter is done.

I work 45-50+ hours per week and that's my primary focus. This is only a hobby that actually costs me money. I have no intention of making money off the novel at this time and it will near-assuredly never be worth quitting my day job to write. I'm not doing a Patreon or things of that nature. I'm here to have fun and read other stories too. As such, my tolerance for whining or general assholery has waned over the years. To put it in perspective: I don't come into your house and tell you your interior design sucks and you're an idiot. If you don't have anything nice or constructive to say, please keep it to yourself. I will block people and move on.

There are tens of thousands of novels on the site, so if you don't like this one, then go read something you enjoy. I don't need the mental drain of reading half a dozen notifications from one person about how much you hate a character, the plot, the genre, the writing, etc. It's also unlikely I'm going to go back and make major changes to earlier chapters and risk consistency issues. While I'd love to revise some of the earlier chapters, that's a long rabbit hole I don't feel like going down. I don't have the time and I'd have to stop writing new chapters for weeks or longer.

I'm open to constructive criticism, grammar fixes, suggestions, and ideas, but at the end of the day I'm going to write what I want. Thank you for understanding and I hope you enjoy the novel.
