"Would you like to fight with me?" It was their teacher who asked from the crowd. She had been sitting on the mat like usual. Her face was devoid of emotions and her eyes were close like always.

"I'd be glad." Jillyanna responded.

Her teacher didn't fought with her like they usually do. Her reflexes were even quicker this time. Jillyanna went all out but her teacher was a sly little fox.

Jillyanna thought that her teacher will attack her with bare hands. She never expected any powders will be involve making her lost her consciousness.

When she woke up, everything was back to normal.

"No wonder my cousin called and asked about the identity of my wife. It turns out that you know each other." Travis spoke after she narrated the event.

"Hn. I know her. So far, that's what I have remembered. I don't know if there's anything that I miss." Jillyanna spoke almost a whisper.

"Are you afraid that Winter will talk to me first about you?"

"Hn. She was angry when she found out that you're the man I'm staying with. She was worried that something will happen to you as well."

"She must've forgotten that I trained in the military, too. I may not be an officer but I have the same strength as Hawk. Nothing will ever happen to me. I am more worried about you."

"Huh? What about me?" Jillyanna asked in confusion.

"Because your beauty attract danger." he stated and stole a kiss on her lips. "I am not going to leave you just because of this. So what if you joined them? I don't care. My cousin won't matter in our relationship. She's not the one who's going to live with you, it's me."

Relief surged throughout her body and the tears she had been holding back, they burst out like a stream of water from a dam. She had been restless since yesterday and she didn't know how to start saying everything.

She was afraid to see rejection and accusation in his eyes. She was afraid that he would leave her. She was afraid that he would turn his back on her.

"Sshh. Stop crying already. It's okay. I am glad that took a step to tell me these things." Travis gently pat her back as she continued to cry in his arms. "I chose you and that includes your past and future. I don't want anyone else but you. I will accept everything you are. No more and no less."

"Thank you." Jillyanna mumbled. "Thank you for putting up with me, for understanding me and for everything. I was really scared that you would leave. I was even planning to run away again or lock you up. Whatever works better is fine." she added in symphony between her sobs and hiccups.

"I like the last option. I will gladly come along if you will lock me up." Travis responded amidst his chuckles. "I'm happy that you're starting to open up with me. I feel like I'm one step ahead of your family."

"Lucian knew about this first." Jillyanna told him, bursting his bubbles.

"He knew?"

"Not the whole story. He only knew about the organization because he caught me."

"Is that why you stopped?"

"Hn. He didn't want me to taint my hands with blood. That's also the reason why my mother's case was opened up again."

"You must have a hard time. I'm sorry that I wasn't there when you needed someone."

"I'm sorry, too." she apologized.

"Why are you apologizing to me? You didn't do anything wrong." Travis asked. He was the one getting confused this time.

"I am apologizing for what you went through because of the research. In the end, we both lost our mother. That research was really one of a kind."

"No wonder many people was after it. Why don't you sell it?"

"I have a different plan for it. Anyway, that's all I can say for now. If I remember something important, I'll let you know."

"Sure. Are you okay now?"

"Hn. I'm fine now."

She stood up and helped him pack up her things. She made sure to bring her gadgets with her and her remaining vitamins. "What do you want to eat?"

Travis laughed when she heard her question. It was always him who asked her that question but now, she was asking him the same thing.

"Auntie Fei cooked our food already since she knew we're leaving today. How about you cook our lunch later?"

"Alright. Sounds good to me." Jillyanna agreed. "I'll take a bath first."

"Go ahead. I'll bring these things down first." Travis answered as he pulled her suitcases downstairs.

'She suffered a lot. Why didn't Dad know about this?' Travis thought while bringing her things outside. Her crying face and heart broken expression gripped his heart whenever he remembered it.

Jillyanna was staring into space inside the shower room. She felt tired now after letting out all her negative emotions. 'It is still morning and I am exhausted already.' she exclaimed mentally to herself. 'I am glad everything turned out well.'

'Knock! Knock!' Travis knocked the glass of the shower room.

"Don't stay too long in the shower or you'll catch a cold." he called out to her from the outside. If that heart breaking confession didn't happen, he would've been teasing her already.

"I'm almost done." Jillyanna snapped out of her reverie and responded. She could see his shadow inside the bathroom which was heading to the bath tub. "Are you going to take a bath?"

"Hn. I'll take the bath tub for now. Unless, you want me to join you?"

"Come on. Give me a break. I am so tired." Jillyanna answered him. Even though he couldn't see her, Travis can imagine her, rolling her eyes already.

"How about we invite your family over to my house?" Travis asked her. "It would be better for them to know where you are in case they wanted to visit you."

"Travis."

"Hn?"
