"Acting tough now, are we?" Yu Sheng smiled. 

Cheng Sheng suddenly got a bad feeling. His instinct to survive kicked in, warning bells ringing inside his head, he immediately kicked Fei Yin to the spring before the other could react! "Yin… I'm sorry if this is our last meeting…" he smiled as he watched Fei Yin flew to the spring while Yu Sheng already flashed behind him. 

"Sheng…" Fei Yin's eyes are wide as he watched Yu Sheng raised his hand. "No… Sheng - !" he called, yet because his spine was broken by Yu Sheng, he was rendered immobile. However, he could feel his heart being pulled out like a giant claw as he watched Yu Sheng attacks Cheng Sheng from behind. 

"… please don't forget me when you reached your next world – " Cheng Sheng said as Yu Sheng's palm hit his back! 

"NO!!!" Fei Yin screamed before his body fell on the spring! 

"ACK!" Cheng Sheng spat out blood and his body toppled forward. "Yu Sheng, you…" his voice hoarse and he felt his body was ran over by an elephant. However, that doesn't stop him from feeling that sinister… no, dangerous aura from Yu Sheng. "… are a god." He coughed out another blood. No matter how strong he is, or how many tricks he has up in his sleeves, but he knows not to overestimate himself. 

He can't beat Yu Sheng who is a god, and neither could he and Fei Yin if they fought together against Yu Sheng. Thus, he kicked Fei Yin away, into the spring, to go back to his world. 

Yes, that world is only Fei Yin's and not his, Cheng Sheng's. His world is here. Yet even if he wanted to die with Fei Yin in that other world, but fate wouldn't allow them. And so, he sent Fei Yin back to his world while he remained in his world. And it seems he's really going to die here, and in Yu Sheng's hands. 

"You aren't my knight guard?" Cheng Sheng asked. 

"Nope. That is the truth. I really am your knight guard." Yu Sheng answered. 

"You're dissatisfied with the position, so you killed me?" 

"Hmm… that's not it, either." Yu Sheng said as he pondered. 

"Heh." Cheng Sheng scoffed. He is too weak to ask for another question. "Just end my suffering, kill me quickly. That's my request of you as your former superior." He told him. 

"Okay." Yu Sheng nodded. 

"… huh?" Cheng Sheng blinked. He didn't expect for Yu Sheng to agree so quickly. Does he have no sentiment to our former relationship as master and servant? He thought he could conjure up a drama to evoke Yu Sheng's pity. Who knew it was useless? He must be really dissatisfied! He just evoked Yu Sheng's dissatisfaction! 

That was the last thought he had before Yu Sheng hit his chest and his vision darkened. He felt his consciousness was slipping away. As for his soul, it is also slipping away… 

Xinfaxian, Xinfaxian Sect. 

"Ten days ago, we've lost contact from you after you all destroyed your Cleansing Stones." Fan Wen started as they all gathered in the Bamboo Pavilion while the Xinfaxian Sect disciples helped the Xiwang refugees settle in the Xinfaxian. 

They all set up tents on the wide, flat fields and over the mountains, some beside the rivers and lakes. The refugees were permitted to harvest some crops by their own to sell as their source of income. They were all very grateful, since the Xinfaxian Sect gave them freedom and even let them find a living while they stayed. 

"As soon as we lost contact from you, the demonic sect attacked. Everything fell into chaos, and the Alliance disciples, including Zheng Yi, have fallen under the control of Qi Ling. Even the elders, Jing Xian, Su Yuan, and the Alliance leader Zheng Fu Gong have fallen as his prey. The one who escaped is elder Pai, who is master in arrays as his defense." Fan Wen said as he looked at Pai Lie who was guarding the Cleansing Stone. 

Li Tian and the others turned and saw the Cleansing Stone not glowing. "Cheng-shidi and da shixiong…" Li Tian and Feng Mo looked at each other, their eyes are filled with worry. 

"How about the other sect leaders?" Chen Han asked. "Surely, they aren't just idling?" 

"As the fight continues, they heard that the demonic sect also attacked the South and the North. They already knew that the East will be attacked, since this is Cheng Sheng's home. Thus, the sect leaders who came from South and North all flew back to their respective sects – Fei Huang and Qian Shan included, since the Zhongyang still has Jing Rui and the Zunjingde Sect." Fan Wen answered. 

"Then – " Sun Yi said, his face looked anxious. 

Fan Wen shook his head. "Elder Su and elder Jing have completely fallen to Qi Ling's hands. Elder Zheng is still struggling, for the capital, for the Alliance, and for Zheng Yi who has fallen into a coma." He said. "Jing Rui and his sect continue to fight the demonic cultivators, until now." 

"What about my Yuan?" Sun Yi asked. 

"He went back to Youxiwang Sect." Fan Wen said and paused. "And also fallen prey to Ming-shixiong's hands." 

Sun Yi sharply inhaled as his tears fell. "If I didn't leave… if I didn't leave…" he cried. 

Chen Han sighed in pity at Sun Yi before he turned to Fan Wen. "What about my father, and uncle Wu?" he asked. 

Fan Wen's expression alleviated. "Before the fourth stage of the competition, they left the Xiwang to search for a place." He said. 

Chen Han's eyes lit up. "So, they are alright?!" he exclaimed. 

Fan Wen nodded. "Let us pray so." He answered. 

Chen Han sighed in relief and then turned to comfort Sun Yi. "Don't worry, Sun-shidi. We will save Wu-shidi." He told him. 

"Da shixiong…" Sun Yi looked at Chen Han with his eyes filled with gratitude. 

Li Tian and Feng Mo smiled before they turned to Fan Wen. "Shifu. How come we didn't see founder?" they asked. 

Hearing the question, Fan Wen's expression changed and the smile on his face disappeared. "He stayed in Zhongyang." He answered.
