Katerina and Cedric went to Emilio's office to talk.

"Fredrik and John Hernandez have been arrested." Katerina told Cedric. ​​

"Was this you and Alexi?" Cedric asked. Katerina simply nodded in reply.

"Will you see them?" Katerina asked Cedric.

"I will. I need you guys to distract Adrianna for the day." Cedric told Katerina.

"That should be easy. We'll just take her to Mountain View and maybe do some shopping." Katerina said, thinking of ways to distract Adrianna.

"Thanks Katerina. Tell Alexi to meet me at the police station where they are being held." Cedric told Katerina who in turn quickly gave her brother a call.

At the dining area Cedric decided to tell Adrianna about her uncle and cousin.

"Adrianna, Fredrik and John have just been arrested." Cedric explained to Adrianna.

"Was this you?" Adrianna asked her husband. She was somewhat torn about her uncle and cousin's arrest.

"Yes. It was because of the charges filed against them." Cedric admitted. He was actually afraid that Adrianna would be mad at him for this or ask him to drop the charges, but he didn't want to. Aside from the way they had treated him, the defendants in this case were real people that Fredrick and John had hurt.

"So what they did was true?" Adrianna asked.

"I wouldn't back false charges Adrianna. You need to know that about me." Katerina said as she joined them.

"If they hurt people then I won't ask for you to do anything. Uncle Fredrick and John have never been nice to me, nor has Asia. I guess I have to draw the line somewhere." Adrianna sighed.

"I'm going over with Alexi to speak to them. The girls have agreed to take you to Mountain View to see the new house. If you think we need to add anything tell Veronica, she'll buy it for us. The closets there are still empty so go shopping with them after too." Cedric took out his wallet and fished a card with Adrianna's name on it. "I had this account opened for you, buy whatever you want. You can't drive me bankrupt. Trust me Ayanna has tried."

Everyone laughed at what Cedric said, because it was true, Ayanna had spent so much on one shopping trip in the past that you would have thought she would have emptied out that account.

"Mom, why don't you and the aunties join us!" Ayanna suggested.

"I wish I could go with you, but I need to fly to the Clarin Agri Inc. headquarters today. Maybe next time we could go shopping." Priscilla Clarin-Reyes said.

"Mom, you didn't tell me you had to work today. I would have gone with you!" Ayanna complained. Most of the time Ayanna helped Priscilla manage the two Clarin businesses, Clarin Agri Inc. and Clarin Homes. The head offices of both companies were not located in the capital, so at least twice a week Priscilla would fly over to the head offices to do the work she couldn't from the capital.

"I'll head off now. Alexi will meet me at the station. Katerina, take care of my wife!" Cedric said.

"Why are you telling Katerina to take care of her! I'm your sister." Ayanna complained.

"Because Katerina is the eldest and most responsible between the four of you." Cedric flatly explained.

"He has a point Ayanna." Veronica teased.

As Cedric moved to leave Adrianna grabbed his sleeve stopping him.

"You aren't forgiven yet." Adrianna said.

"I know." Cedric nodded. He gave his wife a quick kiss on the lips and left.

"Shopping or house?" Ayanna asked Adrianna.

"House." Adrianna said with a smile.

"Ooooh! Quick, I bought you some really nice clothes that would be perfect for a housewarming!" Ayanna said jumping out of her seat and pulling Adrianna up the stairs.

"Thank you for breakfast Mr. and Mrs. Reyes." Adrianna called out as Ayanna dragged her.

"Just call us mom and dad." Emilio Reyes said as the two girls disappeared up the stairs.

Veronica, Nicole, and Katerina quickly followed behind them.

"You know this isn't a housewarming yet Ayanna." Adrianna told her sister in law.

"Fine, house tour! Come look what I bought for you!" Ayanna said opening the doors to the walk in closet.

"Mom and I were kind of hoping that you and Cedric would live here for a while. The walls are thick so we won't be disturbed." Ayanna giggled as Adrianna blushed.

"Plus mom and dad's room is on a different floor. It's just mine and Cedric's here on this floor." Ayanna explained.

"Maybe we can stay here while you're in the country. I don't even know how to tell my parents about Cedric yet. They might just laugh at me when I tell them." Adrianna explained.

"That would be perfect. And you could always just bring your parents here in one of Cedric's cars. I'm sure that will convince them." Ayanna giggled.

When they were ready to go the girls all headed over together to Mountain View Residences to check out the house Cedric had built for him and Adrianna.
