'This is weird.'
I'm in a large eating hall. 2 giants sitting on my left and right. One at 22 feet, the other, 17.
*Munch*
*Munch*
'It's like 2 mountains on each side...' I sigh.
'I guess this is what it feels like to be the midget in the room.'
-----
After a while, we had finished our meal and went off to sleep.
I was in a small room with a bed and a dresser.
Laying down I speak in my mind.
"Sibyl, can you display stats of everyone in a single form? At least then I can compare them all."
[Tell me what info you want and I will display all of you and your new crew's statistics together.] she responded.
"Hmm. Age, height, fruit power and rating, Haki, and overall strength I guess." I request of her.
[I will display whatever I can conclude from the limited data. Some blank as I have yet to see enough of their abilities to judge.] she said in a flat voice.

"Hmm..... Xebec's Fruit actually is rated as an Ultimate Fruit! Whitebeard is still quite young, yet to reach his prime. Kaido and Shakky are both really young."
"Kaido's still just a teen, barely older than me! As for his devil fruit...it did say in the manga that he ate the fruit AFTER God Valley so that makes sense." I nod at the given information.
"Also I do have Tri-Coloured Haki as expected, Nice!"
----- The Next Morning -----
I was at the top deck and begin my daily workout, around 3 hours in at 7 am.
"Ara~ Damien-chan, to think you are not even 15 yet... your nee-san here might have eaten you up if you were a bit older..." Shakky said as she eyed my lean and toned body.
Though I was 14, my height, body, and maturity didn't seem to match. It did throw many people off.
"Shakky-nee, good morning." I greet her with a smile.
"Mhm. Come down, breakfast will be ready soon." She said as she went back down.

"Be right there!" I yell out as I complete my workout.
------
I was sitting in the large dining area with the rest.
"Old man, what's our play in Water-7? Will you go all crazy with your Haki as you did in Freedom Isles?" I ask him.
"XAHAHA, I would love to slaughter them all but building a ship to days and I don't want Garp or Sengoku on my ass all along." He replied. "So I and Newgate will go stretch a little on the nearby island while Shakky will take care of the shipbuilding."
"Kaido, brat, you're so damn tall and stand out everywhere! You will have to come with us too." He said once more while chewing his chicken leg.
"WORORO! Senchou, let me fight Garp alright?" He said.
"Gurara, a brat like you won't make it out alive from someone like Garp. You'll get your ass handed to you as you did with that Golden Lion." Whitebeard interjected.
My eyes widened upon hearing that name, "Golden Lion? Shiki?" I ask them.
Shakky looked at me with some surprise, "You know about Shiki?"
"I heard a few things in Freedom Isles before the Old Bastard threw his Haki around." I gave a quick excuse.
"Xahaha, yes Shiki that yellow lion fool. I beat the shit out of him but he got away with his annoying fruit powers..." Xebec said while shaking his head.
"WORORO, I have only lost 3 times in my life! Each time I have gotten stronger and I will do the same thing once more!" He went on to say.
"How reckless of an ogre you are, Kaido," I commented.
"WORORO We still haven't fought yet Damien, come let us fight on the deck!!" He roared as some battle-lust came off him.
"Both of you kids won't get any food if you destroy this ship from your reckless duel." Shakky dispelled our growing desire to fight.
""Cheh""
---
"So what should I do then?" I asked as I realized he didn't mention me.
"Brat we will drop you off at Yozura Island".
"You'll be fetching something I need for the ship there." He said.
I tilt my head in confusion, 'Don't we have everything we need for the ship already?'
"What is it?"
"It's a metal called 'Blood Ore', we need it for the new ship," Xebec answered.
"What does it do? Isn't Adam's Oak good enough?" I asked.
Shakky then smiled at my words and answered.
"Hehe, Damien-chan, Adam's Oak will be used for the frame, the support, and overall the entire ship's body."
"The wood from the Treasure Tree is very durable but it needs more to withstand our crew."
She continues,
"Don't forget that we have a Death Human, a Tremor Human, a Kaido and now a Pulverizing Human on board...and who know what other monsters Taichou will recruit soon." She said. "Therefore we will add plates of Blood Ore coating the wood."
"This metal has the ability to absorb devil fruit energy from fruit abilities and distribute it through the entire ship. This way no single section of the wood will have too much stress and make our ship practically invincible."
I blink for a few moments then ask, "So how come the Navy doesn't just take all this metal for their ships?"
"Gurara, it's because they don't know about it." Whitebeard picked up.
"Xebec found out about it from a Poneglyph from his home island in the West Blue. The Island mentioned on the stone is on the map but the metal remains hidden except for the family that guards it." Whitebeard answers.
"The Poneglyph said to utter a phrase and the guarding family will listen to your request and bring you to the metal." Xebec yawned.
I raised an eyebrow like the Rock,
"What phrase?"
Xebec squinted his eyes trying to recall.
"Da Miki -ilem.... No that's not it..."
"Da mihi supa.... no, no that not the one either..."
His eyes then clicked as he yelled out.
"'Da Mihi Supellectilem!' Right, that's the one! XAHAHA!"
'Shouldn't he be more discreet with such a metal... wait this is Rocks D. Xebec. The man who declared war on the World and attacked the Island of God Valley... Why would he care about covering his tracks.' I shake my head with a sigh.
"Fine, I'll bring it back." I nod.
"XAHAHA, you can fight later on but now we have to get ready for that." Xebec smiled savagely as he seemed to refer to something beyond the ship.
We walked out of the eatery and stood at the deck and saw the sight before us.
An incredibly long strip of mountain stretching from side to side to as far as the eye could see.
"The Red Line!" I said in awe of the beautiful structure.
[A/N: Red Line Image]
-----
"The ship can't handle the stress from the ride down the mountain... the speed is too high for the cracked and broken hull," Shakky said with a sigh.
.
"Gurara, Xebec can deal with that, you guys should grab the mast."
.
I tilt my head to the side, "Handle it how? The captain's fruits can't exactly be used to 'fix' things..."
.
"XAHAHA, who said anything about fruit powers?" Xebec chuckled.
.
A confused expression was displayed on my face as I saw him move to the center of the deck.
.
"Just watch, Damien-chan..." Shakky said with a smile.
.
Standing for a bit he then smiled like a man about to slay a nation.
He then crouched down on the ground and placed his hands on the floor.
*Thump*
His thick, calloused hands rested on the floor as he flexed his arms, contracting his muscles.
.
"HAA!"
.
He grunted as he pressed hard on the ground with both hands.
*FWOOOOMMPP*
And what happened next had my jaw dropping to the ground.
.
.
.
"T-T-This...!"
.
.
"WORORO! What powerful control over haki!"
.
.
Shakky saw our faces as she commented,
"Hehehe, this is the strength of the ones at the peak kids."
.
My eyes were widened in disbelief as I saw the sight before me.
.
The broken and damaged ship...
The one on its last leg, as if a single punch could make it collapse.
That unamazing-looking ship had now changed to a shiny pristine black!
He coated the entire 400+ foot long ship in pure Armament Haki!!!
Not just the length but the width and the depth too.
Everything had turned a shiny purply black colour.
.
"This is absurd!" I couldn't help but yell out.
'I know you can coat objects with haki but this! This is too much.'
To coat a huge ship, one capable of house giants like Whitebeard and Kaido, in pure solid steel-like haki in mere seconds!
'Such control, such magnitude, it's amazing.'
'The integrity of this haki, it's not a $2 coating like mine but rather one solid enough to easily deflect cannonballs like flies! The spiritual density of the Haki particles is so compact.'
'My hardening density is barely like the particles present in a liquid, weak and fluid with large gaps. Xebec's coating is that of a tough solid, compact and unshaken steel!'
'Sibyl, what level of mastery is this?' I asked in my head.
[This scale of hardening and its integrity... it's easily Advanced Mastery, I would even bet all your System Points that this captain of yours is almost at the peak of this branch of haki.] She responded.
'Advanced Mastery but close to the absolute peak of Armament... this is the strength of someone who stands at the peak of power!' I said in amazement.
I then clenched my fists, 'One day I too will reach this stage!"
"One day!'
-------
Our pure black ship, heck even the sails were black, was now ascending the Reverse Mountain and finally reached the peak.
"What a view!"
I marveled looking at the orange sky as the ship started to descend.
I and Kaido grabbed on the mast while Shakky grabbed the doorpost to the cabin.
Whitebeard just stood there, as stable as Mount Tai.
Xebec just sat on the mast laughing his crazy ass off.
*PSHHHHH*
The boat fell onto the sea, the sea of the Grand Line.
Yet a storm was what welcomed us, rather than the sunny weather back in the West Blue.
*Rumble*
Some distant lightning strikes echoed the humid atmosphere.
.
"Gurara, it's a bit too dark here..."
.
Whitebeard reeling in his right hand to his left hip and...
*SHATTER*
The air broke apart as if he hit an invisible mirror as a pulse of white energy raged onwards to the clouds above. Cracking space itself.
The air continued to shatter as his attack reached the sky.
*FOOOOOO*
The clouds, the rain, the storm...
It was ripped apart by the tremor as warm sunlight rained down and enveloped the seas.
.
"Gurara, much better." He said in satisfaction.
.
'That's the future Strongest Man in the World alright.' I said with a wry smile.

Author's Corner:
I made up Blood Ore btw.
The wiki says, "The [Adam's] wood is capable of withstanding cannonballs and gunfire quite easily, showing little wear over time ... as it is not completely invincible."
I doubt a ship like that of the Rocks Crew would remain standing with just Adam's Wood. After all they literally fought each other to the point of death for fun. So I added something to change it a bit.
The Blood Ore arc will only be 2ish chapters long.
PS "Da Mihi Supellectilem." actually means "Give me the stuff." in Latin.

Random Trivia:
Would you rather it be hot all the time or cold all the time?

But from the sounds of it, that's as close as he's gonna get to actually knowing what he sees. That is, until he enter's King's Wrath. Welcome one and all to Damon's story as he gains his sight after entering a game in which he must work hard to stay alive and fight to keep the one thing that will let him see what all other's take for granted.
