Victor had been busy in his work and had been working hard over all the matters when he was informed that, Princess Nova, His sister was here to see him!

He quickly ran towards the hall to see her with his eyes full of excitement and his heart full of fear!

Fear that she might have messed things up once again and since their uncle had been missing from everyone's eyes then she might have come to him for some help!

But who would have thought that he was totally wrong about his sister! She was not like he had heard about her and rather she was gentle and easy going!

He went to the hall and found her waiting for him. 

He went to her and bowed his head in respect and, "May I know, Why the Princess of Avalon have the time in her hand to look for this useless 'Prince!'" 

Seeing him being all polite and respectful, like any other else, she felt like she was not here to see her little brother, instead she was meeting someone, who had been full of respect and fear towards her!

Her lips twitched when she heard that and the warm scene of Lana and her brother's interaction started dancing in front of her!

She felt rather awkward being there but she also craved the love which Lana had from her brother and she also wanted to love and spoil her little brother in the same way! But it seemed like she was too late! She was already around 26 or 27 and her brother was also around 24 or 25!

Even though she had always been kind to her patients and was loved by all but after seeing Lana, she wanted the real love in her life!

She did not want to mess around anymore! She did not want to create trouble for the crown prince to have his attention!

Now, from today, all she wanted was to cherish what she had in her life! 

She had made up her mind that she would never be fighting with her mother! Seeing how Lana had been suffering to take care of her kids alone, she could see her mother in Lana! She must have been like this back in the days! Hiding the pain deep inside her heart and showing a bright and happy side to them!

Without knowing, she had been fully influenced by her! Now, she wanted to have all whatever she had and wanted to cherish them! Though it was late but as Lana told her… 'If you want to do something good then it is never too late!'

So in the end, here she was! In front of her brother.

She looked at him for a while then slapped on his shoulder hard as if she was already close to him!

Victor was shocked and looked at her dumbfoundedly! He thought that she was here asking for help or something!

"Sis!" In shock, he called her out and addressed her as sister!

"You brat! Now, you finally know that I am your sister!"

Victor was shocked to hear that! He had either met her in events or in family gatherings and all the time he had called her sister Nova or Princess Nova, as if they were not the real siblings at all!

"Of.. Of course! I… I can only call you that! You… You are my sister after all!"

He laughed awkwardly! He was excited in his heart, he also wanted to have the feeling of having a sibling!

"Let's go! I want to have dinner with you and go out just like any other people."

She said and grabbed him out of his palace and took him here and there to roam around and irritate him! 

"Sis! I never had such a pleasurable time being a brother ever!"

She hugged his hand and said, "Yes! Of course! We did miss a lot of time in our lives but we will always be like that!"

After saying that she punched him on his shoulder and they started running here and there in the park!

"Lana!" Misty called out and came to her while having a few little dresses in her hands!

"Lana! Leave all the things and look at these dresses! Tell me which is better!"

Today was Little Alex and Little Rain's birthday! All three of them were busy preparing surprises for both of them while they were still in the school!

When Misty entered the room, she found Lana looking out of the window with a very serious expression! She had been thinking about something very seriously.

Misty understood what was going on so she went to her and held her hand, "What in the world are you thinking so seriously!" 

Lana was so much engrossed in her own world, as always that she did not feel her coming until she held her hand!

"Misty! I am scared!" She turned around and looked at her. Her eyes seemed wet and the tears were threatening to come out of her eyes!

Misty had come here to share her happiness in preparing the surprise but here she was having her heart full of fear!

"What are you so scared of! Little Rain and Little Alex are really very bright kids! They are turning 6 today, and they are really very clever!"

She said and put her hand on shoulder, "Dear! Even though your professor boyfriend is almost missing from the last months but he really has done a lot for our Little Rain! Everyone can tell that how he likes your kids and how much he loves you!"

It's been two months since that stormy day, Lana had never seen Aiden again! As he had said, he went to the borders to take care of some business. But he did call her from time to time and text her but since last month, he had not been keeping in touch with her at all!

Even though he was not there for her but he had made arrangements for all the things! Rain's treatment was going well, under the eyes of renowned doctors! They had been doing really good work on her illness! 

She was not in as much pain as she used to be in the past, when her illness broke up!

But today, since it was her 6th birthday, she was getting more and more afraid!

"Misty! It's not like I don't feel his affection and love for him! It is not about him at all!"

She said and put her hand on Misty's and held it tighter!

"You know! I have been looking for Little Rain's father all these years but there is no result! I even went to the crown prince for help but he has not contacted me since then! The more Little Rain is growing the more I am afraid! She has crossed her age of 5 and now...Day by day she is growing and with her growth, my heart is shivering in fear!"

Misty's heart sank when she heard all these things! She had known all the things but her heart was not ready to accept it, she had been denying all the time!

"Don't worry! Your professor boyfriend had promised that he would find the best doctor in the world to cure her and will also arrange the surgery for her!"

Lana hugged her tight, trying hard not to let her tears fall from her eyes!

"I don't care! I just feel so insecure in my heart! I feel so scared that I am suffocating in my heart… I… I don't know why in the world this is happening to me!"

She said and clenched her heart as if she was so much in pain!

"Lana! Come on! Today is their birthday! Let's not be afraid over something which is not going to happen ever!"
