River stopped by her normal haunt sticking in otter form. It was a pain to transform back so quickly, so she was going to use this time to stay anonymous. Sam had thankfully let her keep the cowled cloak until the day after but it was going to be heavy to carry when she became a Raven again. An upside down tied reed would indicate that her contact had information to give the druid. Walking past the small compound to the far east of the Yellowrock river, River remembered that the rabbit she'd been visiting there had been asked to collect on all of the fast food competitors. Passing the point where she'd been unable to see the rabbits door, she found the reed arranged in the tied fashion, upside down. A part of her training had been to learn when to approach allies when in ther nations, and the druids made sure that her talents had been tested thoroughly during her apprenticeship. Doing her best casual swagger, River passed by the rabbits house and the swung around it checking if she'd acquired a tail, or at least a tail that wasn't one she intended to acquire. Two tense minutes passed and she continued to the rear door of the house, knocking on it twice. The door opened, letting out a low smoky mist. River snuck inside, past the door, waiting to hear as it closed. "Spring let you out to play huh?" A gruff voice said, once she turned around the corner. River clenched. A tall rabbit with a goatee met her. His drab coat would never attract a second glance. He sat in a high backed chair, next to a roaring fire. A tea set divided him between a second unoccupied highback chair. "Agent Capybara, it's good to see you too." The rabbit puffed a cloud of fruity vapor from his pipe. "As much as I love playing with apprentices, I really do wish that Spring would come around more," he said, putting the pipe down. He gestured to the opposing chair. "You could just ask her, you know," River said, sitting down, "She is looking for a ranger." River never thought that she'd seen an agent blush quite so hard.
