This part should be found at the beginning of a book generally, but this time that would have been impossible. So many people supported me with their comments, advices and kind words that it would be impossible to list them all. Nevertheless, I shall try.
First, I have to thank Mobal. He was the Game Master who made this book possible in the first place by DM-ing to our party. He was also one of my editors, and he even supported me as a patron.
‘Beldrak’ and ‘Jim’ were my fellow players, who shaped this story with their acts and words, without them this webnovel couldn’t exist. Thanks are obviously due to them.
M., A. and B. were great help in ironing out flaws in the first drafts, and they also helped me a lot with storyboarding whenever I entered uncharted territory.
Specifically M. made my drafts much more readable and intelligible, and their comments on my grammar and plotholes made me laugh every time.
A. read my book chapter by chapter and their questions highlighted many plotholes and badly written scenes.
B. gave me very valuable advice to shape the story, it was thanks to them that the 2nd and 3rd chapters were written at all.
Cloud Chaos hunted my typos relentlessly. They also helped me a lot to improve on the style and the story. The amount effort and time they spent on helping me is simply staggering, and they still continue their sisyphean quest to fix my jumbled tenses.
The Writing Birb was one of my main critiques in the beginning, and it is thanks to their advice that I have written the 0th chapter. Consequently, without them the 18-27 chapters wouldn’t exist either, or at least not in their current form.
Librarysmiles and Odoanetheus are two commenters who have been cheering me up with their witty comments for weeks and they also made useful suggestions.

Other commenters also helped me to better my story. These include, but are not limited to Ararara, NickLStories, FantasyBliss, Red Nuru, Elecham, Gwunders, Sarius, Midnightrainbow, DerpyBunny2020, Chevalier_92, LostCat99, Mal Chants, Cocelean, AngrySeme. They all gave me very valuable advice that helped this book to become better.
Last, but not least, every one of you who read, commented or rated my story have my undying gratitude. I am seriously thankful to you all, and if I wouldn’t be the greedy penny-pincher I am, I would probably buy you a beer or something.
So long and thank you for the reads.

Edge of the Storm
A thousand years after narrowly escaping extinction, humanity still fights for survival on the fringe of space. On the alien, hostile world of Deana, Taro is tasked with dealing a mortal blow to an enemy that has pursued the last dregs of the human species across light years. From the Wild Summer hyper-carrier, Taro must strike out at an enemy that seems like it would stop at absolutely nothing to ensure humanity's time in the universe draws to an end. The key to it all is Valerie, a human bred super-weapon, and the discovery she makes aboard the enemy craft Delirium. What to expect from Edge of the Storm: You will find here a slow burning story that is punctured by moments of high flying action, intense mecha battles, gory hand-to-hand combat, tough decisions and sacrifices. What you won't find are black and white morals, harems, cute girls, big boobs, or anything else that might bring me troves of readers. You have been warned. Update schedule: Saturdays (and maybe Wednesdays).

The World Shifted, Then War Began
Primrose's first taste of magic was when she met a Faerie at the ripe age of twenty-four. Five centuries later, she's unwillingly neck-deep in a magical plague that brought death and destruction to the inhabitants of Aerilinth. She walked down the path of a witch that brought specks of happiness but a lifetime of pain. From fighting vampires to demons, surviving civil wars, helping cure magical plagues and losing loved ones. Primrose had completely lost the innocence she had before meeting the Faerie. For being a magical creature herself only brought her a pain that only a human could inflict. For the next five centuries, Primrose lived a life searching and collecting rare books to preserve history and obscure spells. She tracked a rare book into the village of Callesta that could possibly help cure her ailment. After several months of searching, she had no such luck. She went to bed and when she woke up, the world had shifted. A law to kill all magical creatures suddenly passed, the war between humans and magical creatures began. Primrose, unwilling to see another disaster strike the land again, sets out to stop the war and find out why the world changed so drastically.

Genre : Fantasy
*Voiced by a 1970s radio-advertisement narrator* Are you... Tired of your Main Characters getting absurd power-ups? Tired of your side characters having nonsensical plot armors? Tired of your overpowered MCs delivering zero thrills, and their gigantic harems irritating the shit out of you? Tired of your MCs behaving like edgelords for no reason? If your answer is yes, then you have come to the right place. Join us and watch as he slowly gets fucked up(figuratively) by the foreign world he was kidnapped to. Watch him slowly morph from a normal teen into a sociopath who enjoys murdering, suffers from PTSD, and see how he tries to redeem himself from it. And much much more, only at Genre: Fantasy. T&C may apply. This is a slow-paced novel(the prologue itself consists of a dozen chapters.) that pressurizes more on the relations between its characters. Death is common, so better not get attached to characters here and there.
