***CLUNK***
“Fuck, this dude is heavy.” Taylor says, saying anything to ease the tension of the situation.
“Ugh… What do we do about the little pieces and blood.” Taylor asks before taking a big gulp, not really wanting to contemplate what happened.
“Stop being a baby.” Sylvie says as she takes some chalk out of her purse.
“Go get that burger that you left in your car.” She says, her voice having a hint of an order.
“Okay.” Taylor says, not really having the capacity to question. He opens the car door and gets the burger out before handing it to Sylvie.
She takes the burger and tries to lean down with her skirt. She draws a circle on the sidewalk, makes some intersecting lines a few shapes and curved lines, before putting the burger on top of the circle.
“Nulka.” She says before putting a finger on the circle.
The chalk erupts into a cloud of smoke. When the cloud disappears, the burger is gone and there is a black rat in its place.
“Hey, Skitter. Clean up the mess for me please. You can have the rest later.” She says politely.
“Sure thing, boss.” The rat says. Taylor was unsure where his voice came from as the rat’s mouth wasn't moving.
“And try to be thorough. It's his first time.” Sylvie says before giving Taylor a teasing smile.
“Sure thing.” The rat says again before getting to work and beginning to scurry to the scene of the crime.
“Come on, big boy. Drive me home. You're staying at my place tonight.” She says with a smile.
…
…
“So ugh… What are you like a magician or a priestess or something? Priestess would suit you. Certainly pretty enough.” Taylor says out loud, trying to say anything to help him disassociate.

“Oh, would that turn you on? If I was pure? Only for you to use, right?” Sylvie says with a teasing smile.
“Yeah, that would pretty hot. I mean, I don’t mean to be possessive but if I could possess you, I would. With some consent of course.” Taylor says with a deadpan expression, partially being serious.
“I'm a witch if you must know. And the guy you killed was a vampire. You really shouldn’t have killed him; I'm pretty sure he has a connection with that gang you've been dealing with.” Sylvie says nonchalantly.
“Oh, that's bunk. Anyway, are we having sex tonight? Releasing some tension would be pretty nice about now.” Taylor asks, still nonchalantly, but this time, pretty serious.
“Anything you want, big boy. Actually pull over right now. Might as well get this over with. We have some other business to get to at my house.” Sylvie replies, also nonchalantly.
“Awesome. Car sex.” Taylor says before pulling the car over.
…
...
“Should we get the body out of the car?” Taylor asks as he pulls into Sylvie's driveway.
“Nah, leave that for later.” She says before pushing the car door open. “Come in for now." She says as she leaves the car.
Taylor follows Sylvie to the front door before she unlocks it and walks in. Taylor closes the door behind them.
She leads him to the kitchen where a beautiful big-breasted woman was waiting for them.
“Taylor this is Maggie, my sister.” She introduces before walking to the fridge. “Want some milk, Taylor? You were such a good boy today after all.” She says with a teasing smile.
“Ugh… A beer would be nice. Or something harder if you have it.” Taylor responds.
“A beer it is then.” Sylvie says as she grabs one for him. “Say something sis. Don’t make him feel weird.” She says as she hands Taylor the beer.

“Is this one staying around for a while? Or is he just the first of many?” Maggie asks.
“I'm not like you, sis. This is my first boyfriend. You could at least be polite.” Sylvie says. “Also, there's a body in the car. I was just going to get Skitter to clean it up, but not sure if anything else was necessary.” She says.
Maggie sighs. “I'll take care of it.” She says, as if it was just troublesome.
“Oh, and it's a vampire.” Sylvie continues.
“What? How did that happen?” Maggie asks, now sounding as if it really was troublesome.
“My boyfriend was protecting me.” Sylvie says with a cute voice as she smiles and gives Taylor a hug.
“Ugh…” Taylor says awkwardly before continuing to drink the beer.
“Alright, I'll do a background check.” Maggie says with a sigh. “And what’s this one then? Don’t tell me he’s a werewolf?” She asks with a hint of displeasure.
“He's a cultivator.” Sylvie says. “They’re not too bad, right?” She asks.
“Oh, those guys. They’re too disciplined if you ask me. They've always seemed a little boring.” Maggie responds honestly.
“This one isn’t like that. He’s very fun. And he does the job, if you know what I mean. Don't you baby?” Sylvie asks with a motherly voice.
“Yes, mommy. Anything for you.” Taylor says with a sigh before continuing to drink his beer as his other hand held Sylvie close.

Giantslayer
Synopsis: Alain is a fledgling Giantslayer, enhanced individuals capable of killing deadly giants. But these giants are not big, they are what ancient humans would refer to as mundane animals or beasts. 'The Final Curse' as many humans call it, was a curse that shrunk down the entire human population to the size of small rodents. When the curse first occurred, the majority of the human population was eaten by beasts who are now of towering heights and sizes. But their abandoned gargantuan structures were not built for naught, the remaining humans retreated back into their now giant buildings and rebuild societies and nations inside of them. Follow Alain in his quest to right the wrongs done to his past and hunt down the elusive and mythical Elder Giants, giants capable of intellects and speech. Are they real? Alain certainly insists so despite no one believing him. But perhaps it did not matter, they were real enough to him for what they did to his family. A/N: I'm pretty new to writing creatively so I hope to improve as we move along the story. The prose I use is still fairly simple and 'plain', but I am also new to literature in general so I am hoping to improve my vocabulary as well. It should also come under no surprise that I am a non-native English speaker and writer as well. With that said, I do appreciate constructive feedback. Please don't be overly mean at least. All the chapters are rough drafts that will be edited in the future. The cover is by this user from pixiv: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/4545042

The Fall of The Gods
Synopsis: In the year 1966, an army of Orishas led by Sango stormed Amadioha’s palace and razed it the ground, starting a decades-long war between two of Nigeria’s most powerful divine orders. Blinded by the rage of battle, the gods did not detect the rise of a third power, far greater and deadlier than anything they could have imagined. When gods, on both the Yoruba and Igbo sides, begin falling mysteriously to their death, Sango seeks the help of Odion, a Lagos teenager destined to rise from his dark past to become a hero. But can a human hero save the gods from a doomed fate? The Fall of the Gods is an action-packed YA fantasy based on the mythical bond that ties human life with the realm of the divine. It demonstrates the power of stories to change our lives. It also reminds us that Sango and Amadioha are not relics of the past and that, sometimes, what it means to be a hero in today’s world is knowing how to find inspiration in the stories of the gods. PLEASE NOTE: Weekly chapters will be released every friday along with interludes once in a while about Nigerian mythology. I'm a young 17 year old writer and I am new to the site so I will appreciate your comments and reviews. Thank you very much.

Garion Greensleeves always was an oddity. The first son of High-Wizard Garius Greensleeves and Adricor, a Noble woman of well renown, he would of stood to inherit much. However, on the night of his first full moon, as a baby he disappeared from his cot. His parents, after much frantic searching, found the babe crying in a small clearing of trees, a large feline creature pacing defensively around him, the bloodied corpse of a fox resting at its feet. As the parents approached, the beast transformed into a small owl and flew around the clearing before perching on a low branch of a tree nearby. From this moment on Garion's fate had been decided. Only those with magical blood could be capable of calling out to such a being as this. As Garion grew older, the transforming creature remained by his side. Wizards from all the continents visited the glade to see the child who had bound a familiar to his will as a babe. At age seven, Garion left his home glade and travelled the world studying to become a recognised guilded wizard. After many years he was granted the title of Wizard and was sent forth to advise, learn and ponder on behalf of the guild.
