Vincent ended his conversation with the [Subsidiary System] and focused on the [Dark Beast], His mind was clearer than before when he was only focusing on escaping, so he was able to examine the features of the Dark Beast Clearly

The Dark beast was a large and Unique creature. It had a Purple skeletal head, Two forest green compound eyes, and slitted nostrils with no visible ears. The beast had a wide neck and two large arms. Its arms were covered in silky hair while the rest of the [Dark Beast] was covered in scales. The Hair was brown different from the rest of the body that was black.

The Dark Beast roared at Vincent while summoning multiple Flame arrows out of thin air. The [Dark Beast] roared again at Vincent, Sending Numerous Flame arrows at him.

Vincent frowned in displeasure and annoyance, he disappeared from his position and zoomed across the distance avoiding the Flame arrows along the way.

A Flame arrow flew directly at his head, Vincent reacted by grabbing the arrow out of the air flipped it, and used his [Authority of Fire] to shape the arrow into a spear, brandishing it to his side.

Vincent then Increased his speed, dashing through a platoon of arrows dodging each of them with various acrobatic moves or simple moves, the [Dark Beast] seeing Vincent dodge its attacks, Dashed at him with great speeds.

Vincent and the [Dark Beast] met Mid Way, Claw against Flame Spear. Vincent and the Beast continually clashed with Vincent having the Advantage, Titan Muscles weren't for Joke.

During one of their clashes, Vincent manages to land a kick creating an opportunity which he immediately took. He followed up the Attack by powering up the Flame Spear in his hand with a lot of Ether and sending it to the [Dark Beast] creating a Huge and Deafening Explosion.

Vincent relaxed a little and talked with the System, ''I Expected it to be Stronger, I Guess the System underestimated the [Dark Beast]''

[When a Dark Beast reaches S-Rank, they get an Ability called [Rage Mode], During this form, their Strength gets multiplied, but most of the Dark Beast don't get to use it]

[But that can't be said for a Lost one. When a Lost One enters Rage Mode, not only their strength, Agility and Endurance get Multiplied. Their Innate Ability also gets boosted and may even Evolve]

Acknowledging the system, Vincent kept any further Questions in the back of his head and focused on the Blazing inferno Infront of Him because from the inferno a Silhouette gradually walked out of it on all fours.

The [Dark Beast] that walked out of the Inferno was quite different than the former one, it walked on all fours and was covered in purple Malicious Aura.

Vincent sighed, 'What is this, A last-ditch effort. I thought it only happened in Anime, System show [Status]'

The [Dark Beast] suddenly disappeared from his former position and appeared right Infront of Vincent, its claw outstretched to Vincent and slashed towards him.

Vincent's eyes squinted, His reflexes kicking in. He jumped back quickly but he wasn't fast enough to fully escape. The claws of the [Dark Beast] dug into Vincent's skin and tore through it.

Vincent landed a distance away from the beast, He looked at his bleeding chest and frowned in displeasure. ''I let my Guard down there.'' He looked back at the Beast with furrowed brows, ''If my reflexes were a little bit slower, you would have torn through me.... you'll regret this''

Lightning struck from the clear skies onto Vincent, A Large blast occurred followed by the rising of dust that covered Vincent's figure. When the Cloud of dust cleared the Vincent's was visible again, but this time lightning covered his repertoire and flickered outwards.

[Authority of Lightning; Thundra Possession: Thundra Possession is an Attack created by the Planar Giant of Traversing Lightning. The User of this technique wraps their Body with the Raw energy of lightning from a summoned Lightning strike to increase their attack, speed, and defense.

With more Lightning energy from Lightning strikes gathered comes a greater increase in Physical parameters until it reaches a point where Physical Parameters can Only increase if Lightning energy is gathered from Heavenly Tribulation Lightning or Lightning from the ZoL (Zone of Lightning)]

Due to this Vincent is accustomed to the Technique and is as Proficient in using it as the Lighting Planar Giant had used it.

'I wonder what Other techniques I would get from Devouring the Other Titans' Vincent's smile widened with that thought.

Remembering that there was a [Dark Beast], Vincent refocused his attention on the beast.

There was a silent agreement between the Two fighters, both taking this chance to size up the other one more than the other. Fed up with the useless wait, the [Dark Beast] started the bout with a flame blast from the mouth, Essentially a Flamethrower.

Vincent countered by dashing into and through the flames, with his [Authority of Fire] resistance, Flames without shape can't harm him, at least this [Dark Beast] flames can't.

Vincent reappeared on top of the Dark Beast, He attacked the [Dark Beast] with a Lightning enhanced punch to the Head, but he severely underestimated the [Dark Beast] new mode.

Miraculously, the [Dark Beast] bent down to dodge the attack but couldn't fully do so, The Punch narrowly missed the whole head but managed the chip of a part of it.

The [Dark Beast] rolled out of the way, its head injury opening more as it tried to escape. Vincent didn't allow the beast the recover before attacking.

The moment his feet touched the ground, He dashed towards the beast again but this time the beast didn't back down and attacked back with equal momentum.

The clash between the beast [Rage Mode] and Vincent [Thundra Possession] was in Vincent's favor, but by some means, the Beast still managed to evade some of Vincent's blows, after another clash with no one winning they separated and stared at each other.

Vincent let out a sigh in exasperation, ''It looks like one lightning isn't enough... Then what about two''
