Chapter 777: Supervisor
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
“Brother Su Mo, why did you leave them them in the river?” Hong Qingxuan asked in confusion.
“How dare they have the intention to hurt you! They deserve to die!” Su Mo said.
“However, it would be a waste to just kill them like that. I’ve decided to keep them until our next cultivation session. We would then be able to devour their cultivation.”
Hong Qingxuan nodded. Although this was rather brutal, she was not about to object.
Su Mo continued to chat with Hong Qingxuan for a while and urged her to stay in the Divine Map’s Space to stabalize her cultivation. Then, he exited the Space.
He sat cross-legged on his bed, took out Leng Fan’s and Teal Fire King’s storage rings, and started to examine them.
Both men were experts of the Martial King Realm and they had been willing to spend extravagantly at the Yin-yang Auction House, so Su Mo surmised that they must be very rich.
Sure enough, Leng Fan still had approximately 1.3 billion Upper Spiritual Stones left in his storage ring after he spent 3.5 billion buying Hong Qingxuan.
Teal Fire Kings’ storage ring also contained near 3 billion Spiritual Stones.
Furthermore, there were also all sorts of elixirs, Spiritual Herbs, weapons, as well as many jade slips containing different cultivation skills.
The two men’s combined wealth was even larger than what he had obtained at Devilish Land.
However, he was not as concerned about Spiritual Stones as he used to be, for he already had more than 3 billion.
Su Mo summoned all the jade slips contained within those two storage rings.
In fact, he was more interested in the jade slips than in the Spiritual Stones. He hoped he could find an appropriate Royal-level cultivation skill for himself.
Teal Fire King might not possess Royal-level cultivation skills, but since Leng Fan was from the Netherworld Devil Sect and was also a Supreme Talent, it was very likely that he had one or two Royal-level skills in his possession.

Su Mo began to examine them one by one.
Most of them were martial arts skills above King-level, including cultivation skills, martial arts techniques, and even body-refining techniques.
“Cloud-step Footwork!” Su Mo discovered a powerful King-level body move.
Unfortunately, he did not have the time to cultivate the Royal Sword Steps that 13th Elder had given him, let alone this one.
He carefully studied it before he continued to examine the remaining jade slips.
Eventually, he came across a Royal-level cultivation skill known as the Heaven Yan Skill.
Leng Fan must have cultivated this skill, which was at Lower Royal Level.
However, the skill did not belong to any specific property, so it was not suitable for Su Mo.
This did not mean that the skill did not have any properties, but rather, it was a mixture of all five properties.
Su Mo heaved a sigh and shook his head in resignation. It had taken him so long to come across a Royal-level cultivation skill, but it was not suitable for him. What a pity!
He moved on to the next jade slip. It did not take long to scan through all of them. Other than the one that he found, he also discovered another Royal-level martial arts technique.
It was probably the fist technique that Leng Fan cultivated- the ‘True-demonic Fist’.
He then put away all the jade slips and started to brood.
Since there was no suitable martial arts technique for him among those jade slips, he would have to buy one from Sky-sea Pavilion.
He guessed that it should not be a problem since he had already given Deputy Hall Chief Hu and Master Cui a lot of benefits.
Moreover, as one of the nine major powers in Firmament and Continent, the Pavilion should be in possession of many excellent Royal Martial Art Techniques.
He then walked out of his room and headed for the second floor of the tower.

He soon arrived at the Deputy Hall Chief Hu’s quarters.
He had not even knocked before a voice rang out, ” Brother Su Mo, come on in.”
He nodded and pushed the door open before taking a seat in the living room with Deputy Hall Chief Hu.
“Brother Su Mo, what can I do for you?” Elder Hu said warmly with a smile.
Elder Hu was a gray-haired, elderly man, but his glowing cheeks and high spirits made him look much younger.
He was in a great mood because of the knowledge of craftsmanship that Su Mo had imparted to him. He felt like Su Mo had helped him bring his craftsmanship to the next level.
He had completely immersed himself in studying it recently. The more he studied, the more profound it became.
Now, he was certain that Su Mo might really be the disciple of an Imperial Craftsman.
How else could Su Mo come across such profound craftsmanship knowledge?
There was no way Su Mo could have thought of these himself!
“Elder Hu, please don’t call me Brother Su Mo. It’s much too formal!”
Su Mo shook his head with a wry smile and said, “Just call me Su Mo.”
“Ha ha ha! Very well. Su Mo, what can I do for you?” Elder Hu asked again with a chuckle.
He knew that it was impossible for Su Mo to visit him to impart more craftsmanship knowledge to him, so Su Mo was definitely here for a different purpose.
“I wish to join the Sky-sea Pavilion in an official capacity and no longer want to remain as an honorary craftsman!” Su Mo said as he gazed at Elder Hu intently.
Elder Hu was first surprised, before he excitedly replied, “You are most welcome to join the Sky-sea Pavilion!”
He was not exaggerating. In his eyes, Su Mo was like a walking treasure chest that would definitely be a great asset to the Sky-sea Pavilion.
“Thank you!” said Su Mo with a fist-palm salute.
He knew that Elder Hu would not turn him down. Once he was officially part of the Sky-sea Pavilion, it would be much easier for him to obtain whatever treasure he wanted.
Furthermore, since it was the largest Chamber of Commerce in the continent, it would definitely be much wealthier and resource-rich compared to the rest of the major powers.
He also had to rely on the Sky-sea Pavilion if he wanted the Firmament Sect to grow in the future.
If the Sky-sea Pavilion were to support them with their resources, the Firmament Sect would be able to expand and grow stronger.
“You’re welcome!” said Elder Hu as waved with a smile. “From now on, you’re now an official craftsman of the Sky-sea Pavilion!”
After thinking for a moment, Elder Hu added, “Of course, your knowledge of craftsmanship alone far surpasses that of an ordinary craftsman. I shall appoint you as the supervisor of Craftsmanship Hall!”
Elder Hu appointed Su Mo as the Supervisor of Craftsmanship Hall in order to get in his books. He had hoped that by doing so, there would make Su Mo feel an added layer of kinship to the Sky-sea Pavilion.
It did not matter whether Su Mo’s craftsmanship skills were of a Supervisor-level.
” Supervisor?” Su Mo asked in astonishment. He was too busy to oversee the operations of the entire Craftsmanship Hall.
“Elder Hu, I’m sorry I can’t take this job. I just want to focus on honing my skills and won’t have time for anything else! ” said Su Mo seriously

Dungeon Crawler Katia
The aliens killed everyone on Earth...almost. Every structure, from the Taj Mahal to the lowliest lobster trap, vanished into the earth, killing everyone inside. The survivors were given a choice: Endure on the surface without food or shelter or tools, or descend into a world-spanning nightmare dungeon that is also a reality TV show. Katia, an art professor from Iceland who has given up her humanity to transform into a shapeshifting doppelganger, meets up with Carl and his cat, Donut. Together, the three fight to survive in a dungeon filled with Clarketech goblin murderdozers and pyramid-scheme fairy moonshine-makers. The above is, of course, describing Dungeon Crawler Carl. With DoctorHepa's (the author) permission I'm posting some fanfic to expand on Katia, one of the secondary characters who started off not getting as much exploration as I would have preferred. I started off writing chapters that matched up to canon except from her POV instead of Carl's; that lasted a couple of chapters before going off the rails and spinning off into a completely new story, which suggests I should really go back and renumber all the chapters as soon as I find some tuits.
