The crowd suddenly remembered that the lady in the yellow dress that someone said was elegant just now, seemed to be Young Mistress Huo, so... 

'The one bidding with Tang Qing is the wife of Second Young Master Huo?'

Everyone knew the hostility and animosity between Huo Xishen and Tang Qing. 

"Mr. Tang, is your grandfather still alive and well?"

Yan Jinyi suddenly asked. 

Tang Qing frowned and looked at Yan Jinyi with suspicion. 'What is she asking about that old man for?'

"He's alive and kicking, unfortunately."

Yan Jinyi nodded and said, "Ah, indeed, it's unfortunate that he has an unfilial grandson like you. Fortunately, he's still alive, otherwise, he'd jump out of his grave because of you." 

Tang Qing was infuriated. "What do you mean?"

'Is she trying to say that I'm unfilial?'

Yan Jinyi waved her hands innocently and looked at Shen Yan regretfully. "Sister-in-law, it seems we can't give Grandpa that gift anymore. Mr. Tang is unfilial and unsympathetic. He insists on vying with me. Not only is he ungentlemanly, he lacks compassion too..."

Tang Qing gritted his teeth loudly and thought, 'How dare this woman insult me on my territory? She must have a death wish.'

"Xishen is at least still filial towards Grandpa. That's one attribute of his that's better than you." At this point, Yan Jinyi shook her head and said, "Sister-in-law, let's go." 

With a pale face, Tang Qing stopped Yan Jinyi with huge displeasure. "Second Young Mistress Huo, since you like it, I won't compete with you for it. You may take it." 

Yan Jinyi didn't answer and instead slowly took out an invitation card from her bag. "I wanted to invite you actually. Mr. Tang, if you pay for the item too, take this invitation card and come attend Grandpa's birthday banquet..."

'Yan Jinyi wants to invite me to Old Master Huo's birthday banquet?'

The Huo Group and Tang Corporation were at odds against each other and it was rare for Tang Qing and Huo Xishen to even appear at the same place. Yet, she was inviting him to the territory of the Huo Family.

The thought of it alone got him really excited. 

Tang Qing grinned sinisterly and said, "I'll buy this painting for Old Master Huo then. I'll take it as a little token from me."

'Damn!'

'Seriously?'

'Mr. Tang is not really going to attend Master Huo's birthday party, is he?'

Yan Jinyi's eyebrows twitched and she walked over with tiny steps to hand the invitation to Tang Qing. "Thank you on behalf of Grandpa, Mr. Tang. Also..."

With a cold gaze in her eyes, her smile stiffened and she inched closer to Tang Qing to the point that they could only hear each other. "You're a rogue and coincidentally, I'm a bandit. Do you know what bandits do? They specialize in murder and arson. You were nothing when I started being a bandit. If you look down on me, be careful I might give you a huge beating immediately." 

She remembered what Tang Qing had said during the interview previously. 

'He looked down on me, huh?'

Tang Qing snapped back to his senses only after Yan Jinyi left. 

'This woman is so damn wild!'

'She's just like a wild feline. Where did Huo Xishen get this treasure from?'

Tang Qing's affiliation with the triads and his bad temper made everyone in the city scared to provoke him. 

Huo Xishen was an exception. 

But now, even Huo Xishen's wife had the guts to assert dominance over him.

The secretary went forward cautiously and said, "Mr. Tang, the money has been paid. Do you want to attend Old Mr. Huo's birthday banquet?"

Tang Qing suddenly laughed and said, "Yes, why not?"

'Right, that woman hasn't told me about the origin of that bangle!'
