"Relax I am here, you can do this, I know you don't like a crowd, but please," Scott said then she sighed,
"That is not the problem right now Scott, but I cannot explain either so I guess I will just have to try and go with the flow," she said to herself.
'Okay," she replied then they walked in and greeted Scott's family.
"Emica," his mother said as she hugged the girl then the girl folded her cuffs and swallowed deeply,
"Aunty Lu" she said,
"It's so nice to see you again, you have grown" she replied,
"It's nice to see you guys too," she said,
"Thank you for coming sweetheart" Lu replied,
"My pleasure," Emica said.
"Your daughter has grown into a fine young woman," Lu said to Emica's father,
"Yeah she has" he replied then the girl looked away as one of the guys in the party stared at her and she felt uncomfortable then Scott held onto her hand and she smiled.
"So I heard you will be going to college soon, which did you choose?" his mother asked and she smiled nervously,
"Mom there is still a lot of time to choose as yet" he replied,
"Ah yes you are right, sorry Emi" she said,
"You don't have to apologize aunty Lu, it's fine" she replied as the waiter came and she collected a glass of wine.
"Excuse me," she said as she went to a side and stood up while drinking her wine.
"You okay sis?" Luka asked,
"Yeah I am fine, I am just not... feeling that well" she responded,
"Well we will be leaving in half an hour so don't worry and relax," he said,
"Okay," she replied as she looked in the glass and saw her eyes glowing them she got nervous and closed her eyes then inhaled and exhaled, and a few minutes after it stopped glowing.

"This is not good, how can I control this?" she asked herself as she walked around while her brother and his friends were talking.
"Hello," a guy said as he walked up to her,
"Hello" she replied,
The guy was tall, fair in complexion, his hair was in a taper cut very versatile, he had blue eyes, a broad chin, broad shoulder, very lean and wore a blue and white tuxedo which looked perfect on his body.
"You look beautiful," he said,
"Thank you" she replied,
"You are nervous" he said,
"No i am just not used to a crowd" she replied,
"I see you are one of those girls to like to be alone" he said,
"Yes I am" she replied,
"NIce well I am Jaden, nice to meet you," he said as he brought fort his right arm,
She then sighed and shook his hand,
"Emica nice to meet you too" she replied.
"So is this your family or are you just an outsider like me?" he asked,
"I am a family friend" she responded,
"Nice," he said as she saw the guy standing in the other half of the room staring at her.
"I will be right back," she said as she walked away and Jaden went and join his friends.
"Damn I hate these parties, filthy rich people all blabbing about their money and how their business Is doing," she said to herself as she took a cupcake to eat.
"Hello there' the guy that was staring at her said as he walked towards her,
"It's not good to stare at people" she replied,
'Cold one aren't you?" he asked then she looked at him sternly,
"You are pretty," he said,
"Thank you and you are a pretty blonde too but go and hit on someone else" she replied,

"I like you, no girl has ever spoken to me like this before," he said,
"Well I am not every messed up girl, so please leave me alone" she replied and as she was about to walk away he grabbed onto her wrist and she looked at him.
"Will you go on a date with me?" he asked,
"You are a little too full of yourself, no thank you i will pass" she responded then he smiled wickedly.
"I suggest you let go or you will get hurt," she said as he pulled her close to him then placed his hand around her waist and her eyes started glowing as she tried to push him away.
"Get off of me," she said and Scott saw what was going on the went over to them, and grabbed onto the boy's arm.
The guy then looked at Scott and released Emica then Scott punched him in the face and Emica jumped.
"What the hell do you think you are doing Scott?" the guy asked,
"You two know each other?" she asked,
"Yes Emica meet Denki, Denki my childhood friend Emica" he responded.
'Sorry Emica, I was just..." he said,
"It's fine and Scoot i think he was just playing around, it's fine" she said,
"Sorry man," Danki said,
"It's fine, but don't play like that again if it was another girl you would have been arrested" Scott replied,
"Yeah I know but one thing are you two dating now?" Denki asked then Emica laughed,
'No, we are not, we are just friends" she responded,
"Oh I see so do I still have a chance then?" he asked then Scott laughed,
"Not a chance" she responded,
"Alright, alright, I got it, I will see you guys around, I have to leave now," he said,
"Okay see ya" both of them replied then Denki left.
"I am really sorry about that Emica," Scott said,
'It's fine, come on" she replied then they went and join Luka and the others.
"Emica have you no shame flirting with a guy at a business party?" her aunt asked then she sighed,
"Maybe you should get your eyes and ears checked then you will hear and see things properly too" Luka responded,
"Shut up Luka we will take about this after the party" the aunt said,
"You will talk to the wall, we are not going home" Luka replied then the aunt scoffed and walked away and Emica laughed.

A World With or Without Aliens
Nothing matters. It's not my opinion, it's a scientific fact. This is neither good nor bad, it just... is. I watched my entire country burn, fried on a patriotic pan after some jerk fired a bunch of nukes at the docile fleet of alien ships hovering over us. Who gave this moron such power? I don't know. Everyone involved is most likely dead by now. As for me, I can't die. I feel pain like a normal person would (I think), but no matter how terrible the conditions, I will never die or pass out. Fortunately, a lot of alien technology survived its crash to Earth, so I get to spend some time playing with it until Mr. Author gets bored and decides to screw up my life. Beware, this has a "harem" tag. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the main character and am therefore subject to this novel's timeline. While this bars me from the sweet ignorance of Chapter 1's me, it does have other perks... for example, I can tell you that heroine number one is personally responsible for kil-!? H-hey, back off! I'm your character, so if you didn't want me to be like this, then you should've written me differently! Randomguy here! In all seriousness, this novel is meant to explore the concept of nihilism as a post-apocalyptic/supernatural-scifi/satire told from a nihilistic introvert's first-person perspective. As you heard from my unsettled main character, each heroine is going to be a different type of horrifying socio/psychopath with dark motives and dangerous abilities (most of which are psychological). Why would I do something like this? Because I am, in reality, a nihilist who is often frustrated by weird things, like unrealistically dramatic stories, the industrialization of art (specifically music), and people who think swimming in brown creekwater for five hours is a "fun" activity. Don't get me wrong, neither me nor my character are depressed, we're just malcontents who make a lot of nerd references. I feel like the true essence of an "everything is worthless" perspective is lost on most pop-culture figures. The closest character I can think of at the moment is Rick from Rick and Morty, who is a drunk, angry nihilist that experienced tremendous loss. I, personally, find this belligerent state of mind to be very relatable, and have incorperated it into every chapter's introduction. Here, the main character talks directly to the reader (and me), shamelessly complaining about some semi-relevant facet of society, which probably doesn't make much sense... it's not really supposed to, though. These "angry nihilist" moments are just a peak into the main character's everyday existence, and also act as miniature rage-journals for me. It will sometimes take a subjectively 'positive' turn, but not very often. This is because reality isn't good or bad, "it just... is". I will eventually bring it full-circle to optimistic nihilism, since that seems to be a more practical way to live (and by "practical", I mean "doesn't create mental health issues"). It is, of course, a satire. I did this because most unnecessarily emotional moments or people usually make me feel kind of awkward, so I decided to mock them. That is, I plan to mock the characteristics about them I don't like in characters based solely off said characteristics. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my story!

The Brotherhood Archive:Crossroads(Revised)
All people great or small have a story - Patriarch Lord Theris'Heron Soletus, was on the verge of becoming a warden in the Dias Brotherhood until his father holds him back. Instead of proving his skill with culling monsters that plague the land, he is given an assignment different assignment. It isn't one that test doesn’t test his physical strength, but his strength of character. He is paired up with a shy and traumatized boy name Mien. Between Mien’s anxious behavior and the crime he committed, Soletus doesn’t know what to do or what to think. However, when Soletus’s resolve to help starts to waiver, Mien does something unexpected and Soletus decides that the boy deserves a second chance not as an act of duty but as a friend. Hy'Ruh-Ha is a what I consider a chronicle fantasy. It is a fantasy drama coming of age story inspired by slice-of-life stories I've read and watched. It is heavy on the slice-of-life and does move slow. It is low-stakes fantasy. This particular story is romance free.(2 out the of 4 is re-uploaded under this title) And if you are someone who cares, the POV character is asexual. Crossroad(formally labeled as the intermission stories)- is a novella collection continuing the tale where Hy'ruh-Ha. The collection as followed: Wolf- After spending several months in the swamp post, Oeric'Sheldmartin returns to repair the chasm between him and his son, Soletus. However, a ghost from his past comes to haunt him and could ruin the life he's made completely. Note: Wolf is a bit of a character piece. POV character is Oeric. The Priest and the Priestess- A novella written in the POV of Mien and then Kiao after a series of unexpected events that change their lives. Mien's POV- Mien has spent the last couple of years working not only in the infirmary but training to become a combat chanter as part of his penitence. Then one day, a drug addled elf comes into infirmary and changes his perspective of a friend and puts his knowledge to the tests to figure out a mystery effecting children in town. *Spoiler warning* Kiao's POV- Kiao spent most of her time in the infirmary living the same daily secret filled life and until Mien changed it. Now she has to figure out her future in ways she never thought she would. I'm going for a Tues and Thurs day schedule for the re-upload. I may or may not stick in extra days.

The rich, well, remain happily oblivious in the big American cities.
