In a world of Runes the continent of Rustren is mired in slaughter and senseless wars. The Emperors star rises in the East, heralding the rebirth of the Emperor Rune. Once again the world will descend into carnage as kings and heroes wage savage wars. For whosoever obtains the Emperors Rune will obtain the Continent of Rustren.
