Somehow I managed to detach and tear my retina. It is causing real issues with my vision. I've lost almost total sight in my right eye, and what is left is causing my left eye to have problems focusing.

The surgical procedure to fix this is going into be done next week, but the doctor doesn't know what type of gas he will use to inject in my eye to stabilize the retina until it heals. If he uses oil, recovery could take up to three months.

I won't be able to do any writing during the healing process (even worse, I can't stay updated on my follows until cleared). I considered trying to use voice to text app, and I still might, but I'm not sure how well those work when editing.

As a stream-of-thought process, they probably do fine, but when I write I go through a process. The initial chapter, the initial edit and upload to Patreon, then a final edit and upload to RR.

I'll keep you informed and get back to posting new content as fast as possible.
